The McDonald’s was very clean and well kept. The employees were extremely nice. They forgot our orange drink but the reimbursed us with a free item.

Not a bad little Pilot to stop at, on Sunday it seemed to have a lot of spots open all night. The fuel island are at a sharp left angle, so make sure you get the turn good. I can see this place being really busy during the weekdays, but on the weekends, it’s pretty quiet and relaxed here. I’d come back for sure.

Well lite, right off the highway, clean facilities. Hot coffee.

Store was fine but the pumps didnt work for def. Employees tried to help and offered other options but didnt have time to play around. Took 30 minutes to pump 25 gallons of fuel and try to get$6 in def. Like most pilots that serve food you would think it would be cleaner but its not.

Worst McDonald’s on the interstate. Go to the Wendy’s across the street and save yourself the hassle

$2 for a small coffee. Staff are rude and arrogant. Theres always a long line at checkout. Cmon, Jimmy. Pilot has fallen so far in the past 15 years.

The young white guy with the big ears that works 1 am on 4-28-21 told me he couldnt accept my 300 dollars cash for fuel until I went outside to the pump that I just pulled up to to hang up the def pump that someone didnt hang up...I just left and went to loves.

Clean. stocked. decent customer service.

Came in at 1am in the cold very cold morning. Had a reserved parking i paid for. Manager and maintenance and one Ozark driver helped me greatly to back in a very tight and awkward hole. If it wasnt for them I dont think I could have done it. Very much appreciated. I was very tired and I cant say how much I appreciated all of their help.

I will not be back to this pilot, they had the sign up saying facemasks required, but was not enforcing at all, a young man with no mask, stood right behind me, not even complying to, the six foot rule, I suffer from a number of comobilites and cannot afford to get sick, because selfish and hateful people. Very nice gas station and service but I wont be back.

This was one of my favorite stops after tonight I will not be back. The cashier that waited on me was just rude. I wanted to used my rewards card and was told to throw it away because discontinued the program in November. For about 8 years, I have stopped at this station always received excellent service until tonight.

Great place! Beautiful scenery we got to see cows getting herded and it’s 91 degrees and I had fun walking my sweet Bella!! Clean showers also!

Couldn’t get help for nothing. Asked why gas pumps outside put a hold on card of $150.00. No answer and when the guy with a vest came out he pointed to the gas pump and said “Read it” which it said a pre authorization of $75.00 would be charged to card. Then he told me to **** Off and walked away. Great pilot, Great customer service...

This place was great. I enjoyed the food. The coffee was great. The service I experienced awesome. The showers had a wait time, but wasnt to long. Prices are a little high. They do offer great deals all the time on the pilot app. Also, they will let you know the offers they have.

When I am traveling, this is one of the best places to stop. They provide a good variety of merchandise. The service there is nothing short of Fantasy.

This is a great place to stop when travelling or staying in Georgetown. There are actually two Pilot Travel Centers at exit 129 in Georgetown. One has a McDonalds connected to it and the other a Wendys. The one with the McDonalds is quite old and in need of a remodel - lots seems to be falling apart here and the bathrooms are pretty nasty. The other Pilot Travel Center however is amazing. Its much larger, nicer and the bathrooms are clean and roomy. The staff is nice and the Wendys is fantastic. They always seem to have some sort of special on snacks as well. Gas is normally on the cheaper side for Georgetown. We have even found gas here cheaper than at Costco.If you are going to stop at one of these locations, stop at the one with the Wendys.

Best gas prices around. Friendly staff, large selection and clean restrooms make this a great stop on your way to anywhere on this path. I was impressed with the breakfast foods and staff.

This is definitely one of the better Pilots that Ive visited in the country and Ive visited over 50 of them. The place is always clean except for the bathrooms. But thats to be expected with as much traffic as I get. They cant be spiffy all the time. The Wendys is always clean in the service is always good. The cashiers and other employees in the convenience store are generally friendly, welcoming, and efficient at their jobs. You can definitely pick worse places to make a pit stop on your travels.

I love the people who work there. Every employee ia always working and tending to customers needs in a very kind and professional manner. Love the items the Pilot offers. Lovely place. Nice employees! ! I always get a smile and how are you today when I stop in.

Stop here every other Friday and Sunday, a great place! Very friendly cashiers, bathrooms are always clean. Just miss the rough rider condoms in the bathrooms. Bring them back!

Its okay. Much smaller than most. Could use renovation for the truckers amenities. Bathrooms are just horrible. Always a wait because some truck driver is rambling off their numbers to get gas and it just never works the first 3 times. Need a separate line for semi trucks getting fuel.

Just nowAs a trucker I tend to be conscience about the environment. I went into the McDonalds inside of the truck stop with my Pilot coffee cup that Ive used 3 times. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and a refill. She gave me a hard time about a refill my because it was not a McDs. Cup.She would gladly refill a McDonalds cup but not a Pilot cup. I think this manager needs to be retrained. This is a truck stop where coffee are the biggest need. She should also understand that cup is a cup its not rocket science to poor coffee into the cup and charge the person Accordingly.Stupidity at its finest...I ended up buying a refill at the pilot I mention to the two clerks what happened and they laughed and said she is ignorant...

Its a great place to stop on my way to my parents. Clean, always friendly. Very busy! Food is always fresh!

I do not recommend the Mc D. They were out of multiple drinks and happy meal toys. They forgot the sides in both our happy meals, which I noticed before we left, and shorted us a medium fry, which I didnt notice in time. The last straw, though, was that my teen son found a hair attached to his burger.

This pilot has been the best so far! The showers were awesome very clean great water pressure and the hot and cold adjusted perfectly. The bottle water and the werthers was an awesome touch. They had plenty of parking even at 6 pm at night which is rare! This one had a McDonalds in it. It was a great visit the drink station in McDonalds could use more care but other than that workers were very pleasant. The poor cashier in pilot could have used some help she got slammed while her partner was on break but held it together and stayed sweet to everyone! They have washers and dryers here also 2.50 a load for each.Thanks for such a great stay!!!!!

Extremely friendly workers! Fantastic fresh coffee! Entire store, bathrooms were very clean. Lots of stock for travelers. Outside & parking lot very well lit, also very clean.

Easy in and out location. We were traveling with a travel trailer and were easily able to pull in to gas pumps and return to interstate without any manuvering problems. Did not go inside.

Small but friendly

Very very clean bathrooms, easily accessible from either the car parking lot or semi parking lot. The staff is always very polite and helpful if you have any questions. McDonalds here is probably one of the better ones Ive ever been to!

Its a great place to stop and rest your legs. Normal gas prices (no price gouging). Has plenty of snack and drink choices in store. Clean restrooms and had a McDonalds attached to store.

Ate at the McDonalds inside the travel center food was standard McDonalds fare service was fast and dining area was clean.

This is for the McDonalds not center. Didnt get food order in right, ordered large drinks didnt get them, then gave us mediums when asking for large cups. Forgot food. Definitely needs to have employees retrained or replaced!

We visit here often, every time..always great customer service, LOVE the coffee..always fresh b/c its the NEW Bean To Cup machines cant ask for a better cup! So good that other places like Loves, TA, Flying J, Mapco..etc. They have had the same machines installed. Sorry BUT none of these places can do what Pilot does. #PilotFan

Pilot is always a great place to stop and grab snacks, coffee, and so much more. Plus their bathrooms are always spotless...

Place was so dirty. And I asked to the cashier lady supervisor about the bathroom was surrounded by water and trash. She told me you better go to home. Now tell me the truth as a supervisor is that the way to talk to your costumer? I used to be fueling my truck very time but no more from now . Really worse place so I wanna recommend to the people not to waste your time by visiting at this store

Friendly staff is always a plus for any buisness. This pilot travel center was rocking it during our stop over to fill our diesel tank. All truck fueling lanes were clean and stocked with winshield washer fluid, air hose right there and all windshield squeegees were in great shape.

Tea was good from Pilot. Not impressed with the McDonalds here. Slow service. Hash brown tasted really funny.

I was trying to use the in-store shower late on Christmas Eve, and the guy at the register acted like he didnt know why I was there to use the shower. Other than that, for a truckstop bath/shower combination it had everything necessary. Except slippers... I knew it wouldnt have slippers.

If the CEO walked into the restroom, hed probably freak out!! What a DUMP!! BEWARE going to that place, garbage all over the floor the minute you walk in the door, the toilet paper roller, soap dispenser and the paper towel dispenser were all hanging on one side, there was a USED poise disposable pad on the floor along with tons of toilet paper. Out back by the McDonalds employees door was a bunch of full trash bags.. Im guessing these people have almost no morals to clean up. I had to give 1 star because there isnt a zero star. Better get a hepatitis vaccination after going there.

This Pilot by far is better than the one down the street if you are towing or in a large RV. It was very easy for us to get in and out. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Large selection like most Pilots.

They are non compliant with the mandatory facemask order. Allowing people in without masks.🤬

Not enough restrooms. Caters to 4 wheeler traffic and not truckers as most of the truck stops today. SAPP BROS is the only truck stop that female drivers have comforts.

Great place that normally has best gas prices and if you have a pilot card you can get it even cheaper 😉

Bathrooms were dirty. The store seemed organized and well stocked with everything you might need/want. The McDonalds attached was awful unsatisfactory. Service was very slow. Workers seemed to be confused about who was doing what. The food was 5 out of 10. Cold fries and a 3/4 filled shake. Sandwiches were warm but very sloppy.

Should be no stars. Had to wait for a shower to get cleaned. Three were not cleaned and app said no wait. Old dirty Pilot. Needs updating and staff should be trained better or replaced. Dirty shower with hair all over the floor, dirt in every corner.Coffee area not clean as well. One drawer under the coffee area was left open and was stained or black mold in it.Very dissapointed. Manager is oblivious to interior and exterior of his store.

Didnt go inside. Only used the drive through at the attached McDonalds. The drive through was laid out whack a mole. Didnt make any sense but they had limited space I guess.

Was able to find parking and its 9pm And still plenty. Cashiers were very friendly. Shower was lukewarm and I was disappointed over that since its been cold today and a nice hot shower would of been great. Showers are very small. Gave only 2 stars because it took 20 minutes to get my mushroomswiss burger. Wanted icecream and machine down. Asked for cookies. Nope out of those too. So I said I will settle for an apple pie. Surprise none of those either. Manager or assistant manager standing right there at counter and never attempted to provide any of the above I wanted. On a positive note the McDonalds older cashier lady was nice. Awesome field in back of parking lot if you have a large dog.

Great place just has its issues fuel lane pumps something always messed up. McDonalds cant get an order correct after 9pm. Needs schooling from other store

Very busy while I was there, gas prices lower than other stations, but watch out for the McDonalds in this building, one gentleman brought a bacon cheeseburger back that had no meat on it! Wheres the beef?! LOL! But on a good note, my chocolate shake had plenty of chocolate in it, usually dont have enough.

Clean, good assortment of food and drinks. Also, very well lit at night which may seem like a silly thing to state but it has really made me feel more comfortable when I need to stop for gas late at night or really early in the morning.

Restrooms were pretty good. We were passing through on our motorcycles. We were in and out fairly quick. Place was clean and they moved though the line.

Filthy showers, coffee not ready in the morning, and charged me for ice when it was my cup.

The pilot truck stop with McDonalds has always been clean when I stopped in remember it is a truck stop so they can only do so much but the girl inn 3rd is super kind

This truck stop is small as compare to others and half of the parking is angle parking. But usually you find a spot here. And there is another pilot across highway.

Ive been to probably every one of these in the country. Their best thing is the drivers lounge, which their competitor who has started catering to regular drivers who cause most of the car/ truck accidents with their dangerous and foolish driving maneuvers, does not have. Their name starts with an L.

Disgusting disaster! The ladies room was filthy toilet paper paper towel dirt everywhere, no toilet paper dispenser in the stall, toilet paper sitting on top of a trash bin for feminine product disposal, soap dispensers hanging off wall paper towel dispenser empty roll of paper towel half wet on the counter. Three employees standing behind the register with no customers. No reason for this restroom to be in such disarray with that many employees at 4 in the afternoon.
