Prescription not ready?????? You have GOT to be kidding! My mother needed test strips. She came in two days ago. Not ready then. Came in two days later and still not ready. How stinking hard is it to put a box of test strips in a bag? This is exactly why I am no longer a walmart pharmacy customer.

They are great but need more help. Customers are waiting too long. I held on the phone an hour and gave up. Been trying to get through again and again. Ridiculous. Disservice to customers. Cheapskate budget.

They need to say on the website that they are closed from1:30 - 2pm on the weekend! Wouldnt cute down wait time as I got there at 1:38 pm. :/ Or they could have told me when I called before I came to make sure scripts were ready. That would have been nice! Only coming here because they are the cheapest for my meds.

Yesterday there were some unexpected obstacles with my insurance provider. They wouldnt fill my prescription in the dosage prescribed. It was very stressful. Shannon patiently answered my questions and made sure I knew what the next steps would be in procuring my meds. The projected time to get my proper prescription refill was a couple of weeks. Imagine my surprise when Shannon called this morning after taking time out of her busy work day to get in touch with the right people, saying shed gotten it all squared away, and I could pick up my entire 90 day supply today, with the correct dosage and everything! She really went above and beyond, saving me so much grief and making me feel like a valued customer instead of just some name in the system.

They are typically pretty efficient, but they dont always get your online refill requests. Also, it would be GREAT if they could build a drive through at this location.

With the changes annually to Medicare Part D supplemental plans, weve moved from Walgreens, CVS and now Walmart. We find the Georgetown Walmart provides better and more prompt service than either the local Walgreens and CVS and hope we can stay with Walmart next year.

Terribly unorganized. Rude. Told me several different times. Came to counter at 2:08. Words used by lady were I called you yesterday. I told you after 2! Felt like getting my meds was causing an issue. Have had this experience multiply times. Cheaper isnt always better. Will not use again.

I hate how they talked and answered the phone while telling people in front of them to hold on. Also they have one person staffed and a line wrapping around the pharmacy, typical Walmart fashion here. Not to mention how rude the blondeish brown drop off lady is. She talks on the phone like that is her only job. She keeps answering the phone and making people wait. And I find her people skills horrid at best. So after watching this pathetic excuse for a pharmacy operate and being told its going to take 30 min to grab a bottle of pre-packaged mouth is a bit crazy. Its. Not like they have to do anything other than grab the bottle. I will for sure never visit the pharmacy that acts like its ran by a shoe salesman, but I bet the shoe salesman would be more efficient.

As of the last several months, the customer service has been horrible (rude) and my doctor gave me a 1 year prescription on my meds to be provided in 3 month (quarterly) increments. In March, and not the first time it happened, they only had 1 month even though they told me they were out, so I finally got that one month but they owed me 2 months. My one month ran out and I phone in the refill on Friday only to be told that there were no refills and I would have to wait for them to contact my doctor. I stopped by yesterday and they still dont have my refills. I told the lady at the register that maybe I should change pharmacies and she said maybe I should!

Rude customer service. Incompetent team members. Never will I go back again!!! They tell you something and you go to get medication and it’s wrong or not filled! They never have medicine on hand.

Walmart Pharmacy does not value their customers. They make Mobile Express customers wait. They don’t have the QRcode accessible on the card reader so Mobile Express customers have to wait until they log in. Join the world of Technology Walmart Pharmacy!!!!

I usually stand in a long line for 20-25 min. A couple of times the cashiers have been rude, but most of the time they are quite nice.
