Cant say enough good about these guys. We thought we had a full garage door replacement in our future-type catastrophe at 3:00pm. I called them and the guy was almost apologetic saying itd be a couple of hours (on a Friday afternoon) until someone could come out. They arrived 15 minutes early, checked out the problem, fixed the door, did necessary maintenance, and were done by 5:20pm with a fully functioning (existing) door. No upselling, just straight talk. All done for a very reasonable price to boot. Will be looking at these guys hard if/when we upgrade from the builder-quality ones we have.

I had the Door Company out this AM to install 2 new door openers for us.Daniel has always been great to work with. The techs that came out were Jose & his son. They were very friendly & knew what they were doing. It was a great no stress experience ! I highly reccomend the Door Company !

Excellent service for me and several of my neighbors. On time, reasonable and local. I highly recommend this company. Common sense tells me to check my home warranty coverage before making a service call to an outside vendor but I am glad I chose this company, I believe I ended up with the best service. They were a lower cost than some of the other neighboring community companies but I do not mind paying a slightly higher price when it is the experience level I am paying for and the fact that a local business is supported.

Excellent & fast service. Took time to understand what we wanted then explained options available followed by a recommendation based on need not price. Very pleased - We will continue to do business with Mugsy and his team.

E-mailed them the at night and they called me first thing the next morning. Had a technician at my house that afternoon and fixed the spring on my garage in less than 30mins. Shelby was friendly, informative and professional. I would definitely use them again. Great job.

We had a panel that got bent, and they came out to replace the panel--as well as add braces so it wont happen again. While they were out, they fixed our garage door buttons (another repair man just left them essentially hanging out of the ceiling) by attaching them to the wall and making it look neat again. He is also took a look and adjusted the springs and whatnot while he was out. These last few items were definitely outside the scope of work discussed, and super appreciated! All of the individuals we worked with were professional and friendly. I also appreciated that they were able to text (Im not always able to take calls). Definitely going to them for all our future door needs! Highly recommended.

I called late one day for a garage door that would not open. They responded the next day at exactly the time they had said they would be there. Shelby explained the problem to my wife and told him to call us anytime on his cell. I did call him later that day and we agreed on the work to be done. He was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. He took only about 15 minutes to replace our spring and repair the connection to the chain.

I had a special order door, he said 2-3 weeks, it was here in 2 weeks. They came out to install it, the tech said 2 ½ hours, and in 2 ½ hours he was showing me the particulars of my new garage door and opener. He showed me that he couldnt get the door adjusted completely correct due to the design of my garage ceiling, but he got it as close as possible and it works great. Thanks for the fantastic service, you came highly recommended and you didnt disappoint.

The service men arrived at my house within an hour of my calling them. They replaced the garage door spring that had broken, oiled everything that needed to be oiled, checked out everything, and were done in less than a hour.This company should have its logo shown next to service in the dictionary.

Spring broke at 9:00. Called The Door Company and was told they would be there to replace the spring between 9 and 11:00. Robert Vaughn got there around 9:30 and commenced work. He suggested to install 2 springs; ours had only one, and if one broke again we wouldnt be locked in or out as we were this time. He was quick and efficient, had the new springs installed, the system adjusted and lubricated by 10:15 and was on his way. We also had a nice chat along the way. If you can say youve had a pleasant experience in having your broken garage door spring replaced, Id say this was it. Thanks to you all.

The technician they sent out was rude. He quoted me a price for the repairs our door needed and when I told him that I needed to go consult with my wife about how we needed to move forward, he said that was ok. When I returned he had already begun working on the door. I informed him that we didnt want to move forward with the work as what he said needed to be fixed was covered under our home warranty for less than his price. At that point he became rude to me and my wife. Would not use this company again.
