Not a pleasant experience at all. First.. They called to cancel on the morning we agreed that they were to come, causing me to miss a day of work without pay. Then, to add insult to injury, they gouged me for well over $200 for the spring to replace the broken one. Yes. You read that right. Well over $200 for a basic black garage door spring. And the labor charge seemed quite high to me too- nearly $150 for a simple and quick job. So to summarize... Just short of $400 to replace a simple broken residential garage door spring- the most basic of garage door repairs. Lets keep in mind that the entire garage door, including the complete installation, cost barely more than twice that when I had it installed a couple of years ago. Beware of these people! I would never ever do business with them again. Shcheisters is too kind a word.

My wife was also taken advantage of and paid $200 for a set of torsion springs. These are typically around $60 a pair at home depot.
