Clueless. I had gone to this store last week with a very specific paint need and the guy said they didnt have it but it would be in the next shipment and to call in the next week. I called and the guy said it came in. I drove to the store and low and behold... the paint is not there. Apparently it was logged in their system, but was not in the back. A wasted trip, ugh. Advice - have store employees check in the back to actually verify it is there before driving to the store. And not all stores have the same calibration when mixing paints so I was told the color might be a bit different based on the store you go to. Lessons learned.

Horrible customer service. Talked about me like I wasnt even there. Will definitely be reporting this store to there corporate office. Very dirty and not clean. I will never go back there. Just Horrible people working there.

I shopped online and picked up at store. Super easy and safe! This was my first time shopping at this store. I was really surprised by all the selections of paint. My project requires fast drying. They had a paint for that! SnapDry paint, just add your color.

I was repairing and refinishing an old family cedar chest and needed to stain some replacement cedar pieces to match the original cedar. I went to the Georgetown Sherwin Williams store with samples of the original cedar and the wood that needed to be stained to match. Two separate people behind the counter took a lot of time to slowly make a stain that suited my needs. After some trial and error over a couple of days, they made me something that matched the original cedar. I now have my Great-Grandfathers hand built cedar chest looking great and back in use by our family. Thanks for making the extra effort to help with a small purchase of a quart of stain. Much appreciated.

The Georgetown location leaves a lot to be desired. We were told when we placed our order for a quart of paint that it would be about 2 hours and they would call when ready. Not only did they never call, but they would not answer the phone when we called or would just answer and hang up. When my wife called the next day the person was rude and short with her as if she was somehow inconveniencing him. She said the young man that helped when she picked up our quart of paint was very polite, but that it was not the same person she spoke with prior to arrival. Will be buying elsewhere from here on out.

Theyre excellent and matching colors friendly and good service at most locations

This is probably the friendliest location. Ive been to several other ones and everyone seems forced to work there. I always come to the Georgetown one and I feel at home.

Went to sherwin Williams to order two $33 cans of paint. We had a $50 voucher from our builder. With tax, this was going to cost us just a little over $20. Simple math. My 7 yr old can even do it and I know because I asked her to a little bit later into this story. I hand the guy the two paint cards for the colors the girls picked out for their rooms, we picked out semi gloss. Guy goes to the back to see if they have it. No semi gloss available but they DO have egg shell. That’s fine, egg shell looks just about the same to me. Guy goes to the back and then comes out and says one of the colors they only have the upgraded paint type but they will give it to me at the ovation price. That’s fine, as long as I don’t have to pay the difference because it’s all the same to me! A second person goes to check me out and quotes me $77. Minor moment of panic and I ask him if he has applied the $50 voucher. No, he hadn’t. It’ll be $50 now. Blank stare. I asked him why and had him go over the numbers again. He said they couldn’t give me the upgraded paint and the $50 voucher. I didn’t want the upgrade for the base paint price, I just wanted two cans of the base paint and they offered the upgrade. 33 plus 33 and tax was 77. Minus 50 is 27. I told him I would rather just walk away at this point. He offers to go “see what he can do”. I say that’s fine and he disappears in the back. I hand my 7 yr old a piece of paper and a pen and have her add 33 + 33. Then asked her to subtract 50 from 77. She did both problems perfectly. Guy comes back and says my total will be $28 and answers the phone and doesn’t talk to me again while I run I card and he wordlessly hands me my receipt. I asked him if I was good to go and he nods and says yes.

Best Sherwin-Williams store Ive been to in a while. Pleasant and clean store, helpful employees and most of the time enough employees to assist you quickly. I say this because the other day only one employee was working. I asked why he was alone and he informed me one employee is on search and rescue for Hurricane Florence. Wow! I can wait a bit for a store that has such a big heart for our fellow Americans!

Way better service than youll find at any big box store. They do have wait times and get extremely busy, but this is where the contractors go to get their supplies. If you want knowledgeable salesmen and quality products, shop here.

The manager there was extremely helpful. We were looking for a specific kind of ladder. They only the had the smaller one in store but were able to get us the larger one the very next day.

The manager, Jason, was a great resource to help us decide what exactly we needed. He was friendly, knowledgeable, courteous. Their store has great displays, easy to find what you need.

My husband and I had a great experience at this location. The staff was extremely helpful with picking out the correct shade of paint. Helped us figure out how much we needed and loaded it all up in our truck for us. We will be sure to use them in the future. :)
