I am very happy with the way our project turned out. We replaced rotten railroad ties with engineered stone, and had our parking area levelled and covered with stone. Martins crew completed the work quickly and professionally. They even cleaned up the job site each day before leaving. We plan to have them come back to do more work for us in the spring.

I have consistently received outstanding service from this company. Courtesy and service on site is excellent and highly professional. This morning was an excellent illustration of this quality. We were to have a load of mulch delivered. When driver Pedro Campos arrived with the load and called me, as instructed, I was not able to answer. Nonetheless, Mr Campos deposited the load in exactly the right place off my driveway and when I was able to get outside, everything pertaining to the delivery was exactly what I would have wanted. I couldnot be more pleased with the way the Landscape Alternative crew performed every day of our project as well as the finished result. The craftmanship and focus to detail were exceptional. They also cleaned the worksite every day prior to depature to keep everything as neat and tidy as possible. They installed paver walkways and steps from from our driveway to a walkout basement patio as well as new plantings. The communication prior to begining and every day to insure we were all in agreement on the slope, step orientation, vegitation removal, and the new plantings were exceptional. Got hired on Maintenance And the agreement on my interview day was $16 an hour, Then I was told No it was Not it was $14.50 And then when I did Go to work theyre all the one me to do weedeat, then when I got my paycheck they only paid me $ 13.50 an hour, Never the less if you do get hired on their make sure you get it in writing on how much you are going to get paid and what job you are going to be doing, And also that first day that I worked We didnt even get to take a lunch break until 2:10 pm the temp. Outside was 95% and the feel like temp. Was 100, poor business.

We completed a large scale project that included a new stone patio, fireplace, wall, drainage and a tremendous amount of landscaping. Martin Thomas and Landscape Alternatives designed and installed a paver wall and patio for us in 2007 and did a beautiful job. So we asked them to come back in 2020 to clean it for us. As before, the guys were friendly, professional and hard working. They repaired one area of the patio, power washed all the pavers and installed new poly sand. It looks great!
