I was a little hesitant at mattress shopping during the pandemic, but my worries were put to rest as soon as I entered the store. Staff is very friendly and their practices were super hygienic. Honestly the easiest mattress-buying experience I’ve ever had!

I never write reviews so consider yourself lucky BJ. My wife and I were in need of a new mattress and we ended up here on a cold gloomy day in January. To say that my wife is a terrible customer is an understatement. She hates being sold to and generally finds most interaction and small talk unbearably awkward. BJ worked his hind end off trying to get her to tell him what he wanted in a mattress. Finally after about 20 minutes she warmed up to him and we ended up getting a great deal on a new memory foam mattress and box spring. Now being a salesman myself it wouldve been very easy for me to write her off as a customer due to her cold nature but he didnt do that and that meant a lot to myself and her.

We stopped in for a few minutes to learn more about a mattress and found the salesman (Billy)very arrogant, he made us feel like we was putting him out by asking questions about the tempur-pedic mattress brand. We went in knowing what we wanted for the most part (sealy optimun). We had a lot of question as it was our first higher priced mattress purchase. Sharyl was our sale rep, and was AMAZING. We had tons of questions about the warranty, their company, the customer feed back, and asked her if there was anything else she thought we should know about our purchase. She took the time to answer every single question in detail. We are having our new mattress delivered tomorrow( fast i know) FREE of chargeand well informed. Sharyl made sure we had every deal and discount available. I have worked in retail management for over 10 years I know a quality sales rep when I see one. We were treated as if we had been loyal customers for some time. Lets not forget we now have 120 days to see if we like the purchase, and if we dont we can exchange it with a $49 fee added ( not a big deal to me if we dont like it). When we do need to purchase another mattress SleepOutfitters in Georgetown KY will be our first stop, hoping Sharyl is still there. Also, we did a lot of price matching before our purchase and they made sure to match every local offer in some way, with in reason. Hope we have been helpful with the information we have listed.
