Was recommended to these guys by the staff at AutoZone when I was looking for a part. Went in thinking I needed a new transmission or something worse. These guys diagnosed and took care of of the repair at a very fair price. Dave was great to work with.

I arrived at 8:00 for a state inspection, they were polite,the office was clean. I was ready to go in under 20 minutes.

Im restoring my 1965 Mustang and I brought this Mustang to them with a Magnaflow exhaust system. They quickly and efficiently installed this exhaust system. The price was fair and the customer service was excellent. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing exhaust system work.

Good work done by this shop. I took a 1965 Plymouth belvedere for a glass pack and they ended up repairing other parts of my exhaust for not to much over the original quote. Had it done in a timely manner.Will definitely take my other vehicles to this shop. They seem like good people, which is hard to find now a days.

I have the opportunity to use Georgetown Muffler on multiple occasions and Shane and his crew were amazing.The reason why he and the mechanics are great is due to the fact that stick by their work and warranty. I took my truck in this past spring for a timing chain issue and fixed the problem. Fast forward to this past week and the same issue came up again. They honored the work they did in the Spring and replaced the parts again. Very impressed by his integrity as a business owner.

Shane and his staff work very hard for 12 days to figure out what made that car act like she did . And they figured her out . I had to take her to get her tags the woman at The place use to be his neighbor and said he a sweet young man others at the Pharmacy said oh they are so good at that place . Georgetown muffler is very busy all the time. I was requesting for a exhaust kit that I bought for my car to be installed. When they try to install the exhaust, it was the wrong one. After reviewing the issue with the installer, him and I came up with a solution that we were both happy with and he took care of it. They quoted me a price with the kit install... since that didn’t work... they made a new one exhaust and kept the same price. Very professional of the crew that works at this shop!!!

He quoted a catalytic converted replacement. He did it in the time frame he quoted and charged exactly what he quoted.In todays world that is 5 star service. Had David weld up single chambers, and bolt on tailpipes on my TA. It came out awesome. Took my wifes Tahoe to get dual 2.5 pipes put on. Will definitely be back for my future turbo project.

I had gotten at Georgetown Muffler with about 20 minutes until they stopped inspecting vehicles. They stayed open an extra 30 to 40 minutes so I could drive my vehicle for a few miles to make sure the timing in my truck was correct. Im so thankful I didnt have to miss work tomorrow to finish my inspection. Thanks yall so much.

These guy really operate with a very high level of integrity. Another shop in Georgetown quoted me over $1,700 to repair the AC our van. Georgetown Muffler did it for a little over $150.I know they are called a Muffler Shop, but dont let the name fool you. Shane and Georgetown Muffler will be getting ALL of my future auto maintenance. Lets face it, mechanics can tell us about anything because the general population just doesnt know any better. If you want a maintenance shop you can count, look no further then Georgetown Muffler Shop.
