Good place to buy small stuff at reasonable price. Good precautions for covid.Ample parking space.

It is the Dollar Tree. What is not to love? I always get my cards, bags, balloons and my Operation Christmas Child goodies here. They have new stuff all the time. I have also ordered online for various things for goodie bags. A great place to grab a pair of readers that I lose all the time. We go here at least 3 times a month. The staff has always been helpful.

Great place to buy cards, gift bags and seasonal items. Cleaning good, snacks and personal care items. Of course you cant go wrong for one dollar. Sometimes the lines are ridiculously long. Thats my only con.

They have an OK selection, shelves usually arent stocked fully and one cashier open at a time.

This store had everything in place as it should be . I was pleased to see multiple varieties of bread juice cards and cleaning products. My Hats off to the store manager, awesome work and keep doing whatever it is you guys are doing !

Went to get wall calendars, but they were sold out. Also couldnt find mesh laundry bags like I had gotten here previously. They have plenty of boxes of Christmas cards, though. 50 cents for a box of 20. Most greeting cards are 2/$1. Reach dental floss $1.

Today this location was understaffed and the upkeep of the store was below standard. However, the staff was both helpful, patient, and courteous.

You can find good brands if you go early in the week like on Tuesday evening. Not all Dollar Trees are created equal, some have more products and varieties. Others have better quality products and brands. EVERYTHING IS $1.OO 🤑 but not always good quality products.

Always long slow lines especially when a customer wants to purchase several balloons. Thank goodness the items are good for only a dollar. Great place for party supplies and nice cards.

This store needs help, one cashier and women checking out had three carts unbelievable . The line was so long, someone ask the cashier if she was here by herself and she said yes which was a lie. Someone called the store and the Manager answered she was on her lunch break and had to come and help her employee, really and had an attitude like we were putting her out .if you paid your employees more maybe you could get some better help.

I usually come to this one, but this time I was surprised to see how organized it was, felt it was deserving to write a review since most dollar stores are a mess. Great customer service at this location: e.g., the cashier assisted me while I was bagging items in our reusable bag and a stocker let me know where I could find an item (which aisle and shelf).

They lost 1 of my bags. I was still in the store when I notice so I came back to the cashier (also the manager Ruth) to informed her. She said that once you were out the store it was your responsibility. I told her I never left the store. Then she change her mind and said that after I left the counter its my responsibility. This was on 06/03/2018.

Dollar Tree is actually really awesome. Employees there are typically nice, and its cheap. Only problem I have with it is the fact that they dont have fresh fruit. But its a dollar store, fresh fruit is really out of mind. Anyway Dollar Tree is actually very nice and is a nice place to go to when you dont have much cash.

I recently bought several items from this Dollar Tree. We ended up not using six of the items for Thanksgiving so I went to exchange the items for cards and Christmas bags. When I entered the store with my items I immediately went to the register and informed the cashier that I would like to exchange my items but lost my receipt. She seemed annoyed right away and demanded that I go get six items. I ignored her attitude and went to get six items and went back in her line. She told me that I should go to another register instead as if she was closing. She continued to take several customers after asking me to move to the other register. When I went into the other line, the next lady treated me as if I had taken the items and then wanted to exchange. She told me that next time I would need a receipt to exchange, when this is not posted any where in the store nor was the fact that they couldnt pull a transaction from your card. After treating me like a criminal for 10 mins she finally let me exchange the items. This location lacks customer service and store policies and items to be frank. Dont waste your time here.

Lazy people never answer the phone and the store is a hot mess

After waiting 10 minutes in line to order balloons, as I was instructed to do by the cashier, Emily, I finally reach the front of the line and she hands me a sheet of paper and tells me that I need to write down the balloons I want. I do... and she rolls her eyes and tells me that theres going to be a wait (as if I hadnt already waited long enough). So, I ask her how much of a wait and she replies 30 minutes!! For balloons!! She couldnt have told me this before Id already wasted so much time??? Without waiting for me to say anything, she tells me to come back later and starts ringing up the next customer. There was one other cashier in the store at the time who just stared and did/said nothing!I find it odd that management would find it suitable to leave 2 incapable/ incompetent people running one of their bigger stores on a busy Sunday. This is the most pathetic and unprofessional level of customer service Ive ever experienced... but I guess you get what you pay for!!

Neat stuff for a buck. Great to buy simple things to give to kids in the neighborhood; Halloween dolls!

A great little dollar store you can always find a quick and useful item when you go there

This dollar tree location should be ashamed of how they conduct business. This location never has enough employees to run cash registers and the lines are always overwhelming. I have noticed lately they have employees on the register that don’t know how to work the machine properly or they definitely have language barriers and can’t communicate well with customers when issues arise and this leads to longer delays. I usually stop to this store on my way home from work but it’s becoming a nightmare to purchase anything at anytime without waiting an average of 20-30 minutes in these long lines. If this store can’t get it together I’m going to be reporting them to the corporate office. It’s not fair to people to be subjected to all these issues and then have some of the employees display nasty attitudes on top of these long lines and language barriers. I have been to other dollar stores in the area and the atmosphere and customer service are much better and I Believe it’s just the leadership at this store.

Went in to shop last week before Christmas during checking out the conveyer belt I was placing my items on started running by itself and a lot of my items started jambing up at the register the cashier was furious. She was able to stop it, with an angry look at me like I did something to cause it. She got it under control . I walked around to help bag and she started throwing the items towards me with total hate on her face glaring at me. Paid for my items said thank you and will never shop at this store again. And will tell everyone about ‘‘this experience

There are some incredible deals to be had here, like 3 bottles if hand sanitizer for a dollar. Its impossible to know what theyll have each visit, but its worth going every now and then because they always have some bargains.

Only good thing about this dollar tree is that everything is a dollar. The employees at this location are slow and not good with customer service at all! Especially a white old lady who constanly has an attitude with the customers. Rushing customers, complaining for whatever reason. Everything that comes out her mouth is always negative!

If youre looking for a toothbrush holder you will not find it here! Meanwhile this is a busy store and not everybody is friendly. This includes the cashiers. I was greeted with minimal smile and service when I was checking out but as soon as I get the transaction was finished: cashier recognize someone she knew and she was all smiles happy holidays and New Years and everything to her - smh whatever . And then when I was checking my receipt, I have noticed theres a $0.05 tax . Same cashier off suddenly walks over and says excuse me and she was putting in another cart cuz I was standing there trying to read my receipt in the store. Meanwhile, Nobody tells you about the bag tax when youre new to Montgomery County . That is why a lot of these stores Ive learned the hard way: theyll will ask you if you want a bag . Thank God the parking lot spaces are closed within the store vicinity - no handicap spaces . So if youre disabled and walk with a cane youve been warned... this is for the review for the Dollar Tree where Shoppers Supermarket Plaza is.

Very limited supplies. Manager very rude instead of coming and talk to you she yells across the store at customers. My daughter was waving a plastic flag she yelled across stop playing with that flag its not a toy. Really it was a small plastic flag not a real flag which is a toy flag. Very very rude every time I am in that store she is yelling across the store at someone. If not the customers the employees.

We love the Dollar Store. Good toys for the lil un and containers for organizing said toys. Everything is actually a dollar. They place is pretty well kept and they are constantly updating the inventory.

I appreciate the wide variety of items available for only $1. Ive been saving so much money shopping here for comparable items (eg. cleaning supplies and toiletries) that I used to get from Target and Walmart for more than triple the price. However, I deducted a star because the lines can get extremely long, and there is one consistently rude, miserable cashier there on Saturdays who complains and speaks down to customers. Her attitude is terrible, and I purposely try to avoid her line when possible.

This store is really big compared to other dollar stores in this area. It has wide range of items.Only disadvantage is when ever we go there will be only 1 counter that is open i’m not sure why don’t they just open all the counters when they have enough staff. Be ready to stand in lines at checkout.

Online it states they have an opening for a floor associate at this particular store. When I asked about the position I was told by the manager that they are not hiring for any positions. I believe this is discrimination and I will take actions against this location. They have also lost our business.

The Spanish lady manager is very rude always unhappy please hire someone who wants a job with good customer service ..love this store the just hate coming in and have to deal with crabby staff
