I’ve been meaning to write a review for awhile!My daughter was supposed to have her first birthday party here, but, due to the pandemic she had her second birthday party in the event room.I couldn’t believe how helpful and sweet the girls are! My daughters birthday turned out absolutely amazing! I’m so happy I did my daughters birthday party here.The boutique is absolutely adorable! On top of that, the clothes are super cute.

Joss and J is my favorite baby store of ALL TIME!! I have shopped there for several years. Every single item I have purchased there has been the UTMOST quality, as I know the owner, Aimee, hand-selects every single thing they carry with love and care. We have countless items from this incredible shop, mostly clothing, but also some toys and other stuff. They carry hundreds of items from small, women-owned shops, along with a curated selection of bigger brands that are must-haves. Aimee also created her own line, with the cutest designs and the SOFTEST material. I know every dollar we spend there is worth it because all of the clothes and toys I’ve purchased for my children have been absolutely incredible. You won’t find a better, more thoughtfully and lovingly created shop. Also, you MUST visit in person - there is the coolest wall with the line “I’ll love you forever, I’ll like you for always” from the book “Love You Forever” 🥺♥️That book was my favorite as a child and is my toddlers favorite so I have to take a picture of him with it every time I visit. I’ve been into Joss + J a handful of times and always leave happy with my purchases and the service provided. I appreciate that the associates don’t stalk you when you are just looking. But are quick to answer any questions I have. I normally go in with family (we are a tough bunch that are huge on customer service) and even my family adore the store and the associates. I can promise you that we will always shop here and buy all the cute clothes and gifts! I even plan on having my daughters first birthday here in the event space they have! Thanks Joss + J for being such calming and fun place to shop! 🤍

What an awesome store!!! My husband and I came here to purchase a gift for our goddaughter. Not only did we find exactly what we were looking for (there are sooo many adorable things to choose from!) but Becca, who was helping us, gave us the most wonderful customer service ever!!! I highly recommend this shop to anyone in the Phoenix area =)

I love this children’s boutique! I’ve been to a couple of other children’s shops in AZ and they usually carry a small selection of pricier clothing brands that are too precious for everyday wear. I was pleasantly surprised to find that Joss + J carries a curated selection of local businesses and their own adorable brand of basics. Prices are reasonable and everything is so cute. When my daughter is old enough, there is even a little play area to keep her occupied while I shop. Staff has always been lovely to us when I’ve gone. Worth the visit!

While visiting my parents in Gilbert we stopped by this sweet shop. I loved their selection and was able to find a dress for myself along with a few things for baby. The sales associate was wonderful and sweet as well. I love finding local shops like this. I will definitely return and will order some things online as well!

Joss + J is such a beautiful store. In addition to looking beautiful, perhaps the best part of the shopping experience/attending an event is the associates and owner, Aimee. They make you feel like family from the second that you walk in until the second that you leave. I love a shop that truly appreciates having your business, and no store has ever expressed more gratitude for their customers in person and online more than Joss+J.

Love to check in here every couple weeks to see what new things they have. Everything is so cute and amazing quality!

Ive shopped here countless times and each time has been such a lovely experience! I love that the owner carries small shops that I frequently purchase online from because it allows me to see it in person. (and not pay shipping. Double win. Haha) They keep the store very clean, modern, and inviting. Its my go to place for baby shower gifts for friends. Cant say enough good things about this boutique!

The owner Aimee Barro’s unprofessionalism is astounding and disturbing. I went into this store with my friend today and bought some items that I’ve had my eye on since I found out I was pregnant a few weeks ago. This was a big deal for me as I have been trying to conceive for over three years and I chose these items to be the first that I personally bought for my baby. The owner then proceeded to verbally attack my friend with false accusations in a message from your personal instagram account because she didn’t tag the store in her story. I found this totally immature, unprofessional and uncalled for. This turned my first baby purchase into something that was now soiled. So, I attempted to return the items, not realizing that they only offer exchanges. The polite associate informed me of the store policy and offered a gift card, which I declined because I don’t want to do business with someone that verbally assaults my friends like a high schooler on Instagram. Just moments after I left, she proceeded to message my friend again implying that my friend sent me to do her bidding by returning the two items. Let me assure you Amy Barro, I am my own person and I don’t do anyone’s bidding. The decision to purchase was my own and the subsequent decision to return the items based on your unprofessional actions was my own. She then proceeded to send video footage of my attempted return to a non store personnel! All of this over a missed tag on an Instagram story. I will not only never shop here again, but will be sure to tell anyone I know with young children to not shop here again.

We had our daughters 2nd birthday party here and it was fantastic!! The staff was so friendly, and the event space was beautiful! We will definitely be back for future events. Ps the shopping was great too!

I had a not so awesome experience here. The owner Aimee is completely unprofessional and easily annoyed with annoyed customers. That’s the simplest way to put it. She even went as far as to block me on Instagram from her business page. Which I can’t say I’m sad about. I just found it super weird and childish. Two weeks later and I’m still unable to use my purchased product from her shop. Her resolution was telling me to go order elsewhere. That’s good though, because I wouldn’t recommend shopping here. Ever.
