We replaced my panorama modem to a much better aftermarket system, she reconnected my printer and set everything up accordingly for my iPhones iPads and an amazing fast Internet connection. James and his wife are fantastic! I inherited a VM Windows 2008 unregistered server in old equipment in a Linux based server. I still dont completely understand this but it is what I received. I also inherited in a business purchase a partially rebuilt normal but older server, six workstations all set up a bit differently or built by different people over time. It was a functional, crazy mess. James put me right at ease with affordable services to protect what I have and a simple and reasonable plan to get where I wanted to me. He found me super affordable back up options and services and supported me by coming in really quick to help set them up. Putting me at ease with immediate options for my today needs, steps for urgent needs and a plan to that I do understand for my short term and long terms goals.His support pricing terms is great. $35 a machine (no extra for the server or 2) and much more reasonable hourly rates for super-special projects (between 85-105/hr). He honors his customers by offer a discounted rate for more normal extra projects between 59-75.He also impresses me by getting back to me with new information or service options based on our conversations or my situation.He is here when he says he will be and quick and flexible for surprise issues.His support ticket system is also easy to use and I love it as a to-do list for the little stuff that can be done whenever.

James at Expert IT Support has been fantastic. I approached James because my business laptop was getting slow and bogged down. I wanted to get a new laptop but I had extremely expensive software on my computer that I couldnt transfer and didnt want to repurchase. As such, my best option was to clean and upgrade my current computer. James was extremely patient with me in helping me to understand options and pros and cons of the different approaches. In the end, I had James add more RAM, install a large solid state hard drive, and clean up my system. He copied my existing hard drive on to the new one and then installed everything quickly and efficiently. My computer ran like it was new and vastly improved my ability to work. James has provided help and guidance on several other occasions since. I completely trust James and would highly recommend him to others. He is an extremely good IT guy but is also a likable person - and that is a rare combination.

James installed an SSD card on my computer. It took more than the expected 2 hrs through no fault of his but he only charged me as promised for 2 hrs. My computer runs like a car with a V8 engine. James is very personable and knows his stuff. Not only does he do a great job in explaining the possible issues with your computer but also with the different options available. In setting up my new computer, he did a great job in taking most of the stress off of me by installing the software I needed but would have forgotten about...and in lightening speed. Losing or having to replace a computer is stressful for most of us, but James made in worry-free and within 2 days of diagnosing the problem. Horrible service, James came into our office and promised to do all these things, he said our existing system needed to be totally redone, he lined it out in a contract, he told us that it was expensive upfront but after he migrated everything our computers would all be linked and run smoothly. He made a mess out of everyones computer that he touched and screwed up our server, Our office has never been in such a state.. converted us to the cloud That never happened!! James left us to figure out everything on our own, we paid him thousands of dollars and now he wont return emails or calls, BUYER BEWARE this guy is a scammer!!!!
