I found, at USB Phone world, a power supply for my older HP laptop. The price was so much less than I anticipated, I purchased two of them. Both were delivered as promised, and both are good. I had to look hard for ones that had enough power to equal the charger that my rabbit ate. My purchase experience was terrific. I recommend them highly. The company was friendly, helpful, and efficient.

Purchased a battery from this company and it wasnt holding a charge. The sales person quickly sent out a new battery and charged my credit card and sent a return label. It has been six month of calling and either talking with the Manager, Steve, or leaving messages to get my refund back. I am writing this in hopes of someone being able to help me.

The battery arrived in good order and fast. I needed to use my computer for extended use in the field and the second battery was needed. I am very pleased with the product.

Order initially came in promptly .. 5 star service. After having issues, a new product was promised ... twice ... since it had not come in over 3 weeks. Second time it was promised in 2-3 days. That was about 2 weeks ago. It should have been here last week.I do not like promises that are not kept ... period.I will be happy to change this review in the event it actually shows up, hopefully before I am no longer able to use this particular device.

The ordering was easy and fast, and it could be delivered directly to Jamaica, which I needed. However, my order email says it was shipped on 11/3, yet the tracking still shows that it just has the electronic notice sent to the post office on that date, with nothing else posted since then. It is now 11/7. I expected it to be en route to Jamaica by now, but tracking says no. Very disappointing.

I bought a battery for my Toshiba laptop from the company and it is poor quality. I asked them for replacement by warranty. They charged me for replacement fees. After 3 month (!) of waiting and complain to BBB they sent me battery even worse quality than the previous. The battery work just 1 hour instead 4..5 hours as native Toshiba battery. Look like the company sells recycled stuff as new.I dont recommend to anybody buy anything from the company.

They sent me a broken battery which they replaced for another broken battery. I then wanted my money back but neither did I receive that nor any replies to my emails inquiring about it.EDIT: After about a year of writing this review, USB Phone world got in touch with me and offered me a replacement battery alongside a full refund which was promptly paid. I suppose this fell through the cracks.

Nothing but good experiences with this company. I have bought laptop replacement batteries and am currently waiting on the delivery of a replacement charger. Even if it isnt the 100% best or top notch quality, their products get the job done and their prices cant be beat.

My experience with USB World is great this time around. I dealt with Dean D who treated me fairly and like a VIP. I explained to him the problem I had with the owner Steve giving me a Lemom Battery for my Sony Vaio that never worked at all, and I went all the way to Canada to give my mom an Excellent Sony Vaio with what I thought was a brand new battery only to find out, that it never ever worked, and so we had to plug in the Laptop every time(And never got to use the battery). I was already visiting my mom in Canada so I could not take it back with me, and start shipping from LA to Arizona.I wanted to cut my losses as a Sucker this one time, with the Sony Battery. In any case, Steve sold me a Lemon non working Sony battery but his second battery for my own Personal HP Laptop worked great.So this time around I dealt with Dean D who made sure I got my new Original HP battery, in a timely fashion before I left for Canada again, at 7:30 am on 03/31/2016. My battery arrived yesterday Monday and so far works great. It is 1:45 am early Thursday morning, 03/31/2016 as I write this. If anyone reads this, try and ask for Dean D when you place orders. To use an analogy, Steve the owner Goalie let in 5 goals in the first period of a 3 period Hockey game and we had to take him out of the net and put in Dean as his replacement., and much to my surprise Dean D 4 years later, scored 7 goals to save face for the team over at USB World. 4 years later I am still upset that Steve did not have the decency to give my 77 year old mom a new Sony Battery so she can enjoy her laptop given by her son, in her golden age retirement years. But Dean did well to put a positive spin on a first time negative experience. I am giving 5 stars for my new latest experience and not the one from 4 years ago. Horrible! I returned a pair of batteries for a refund over two months ago and still have not received a refund. Ive contacted them on multiple occasions and I am always forwarded to the manager who never picks up his phone. The worst part is I had to pay for the return shipping.WILL NEVER BUY FROM HERE AGAIN!

Ordered a Dell replacement laptop battery 6/12/14; paid for express shipping (1-2 days) and received it 6/19/14. They initially responded to me regarding refunding my shipping fees, but now it seems to have fallen by the wayside. My last 2 emails went unanswered and I am wondering what will happen with the 3 year extended warranty I purchased, if I in fact ever need to use it....
