Good help is definitely hard to find, I guess on the case managers as well. The customer spends $300 into store and forgot their 20% off one item coupon. A Nice person would direct them to the proper place on their website that has a public coupon. Same goes for a good manager. She was neither. Not to mention the person in the back directing the fitting room was not good at all. However I did find most everything I was looking for. So two stars for being well stocked.

Fun and Scary

Good selection but prices are ridiculous. Went there to buy a few strands of basic (non-led) outdoor lights. I refuse to pay $12.99 a strand when you can get them for 3.00 each at Walmart or Target.

Flagship store for the area. Much bigger and better selection than surrounding satellite stores. Good displays but not all products are out on the floor

The customer service here was amazing! When I entered the store I was immediately helped by a energetic worker who not only showed me where the costume I wanted was but made sure I tried it on to make sure it was just perfect which it was and it was super cost affordable compared to other Halloween stores.

Huge selection of costumes and decor and because of where it was located theres lots of space to move around between aisles. The line was pretty long but it moved quickly.

You still have racist costumes.

They didnt accept the coupon they mailed. That was annoying. I still purchased my items.
