What’s not to LOVE about Costco. They’ve managed to turn shipping for food, clothing, household items, small and large appliances into an experience. It’s fun to shop at Costco. Our trip this morning was a classic good adventure. And if you didn’t know that Costco has a sense of humor, check out the Costco 500 piece jigsaw puzzle - my pic is attached. Fun.

As always great place to shop!👍😁🥰 I actually got in and out in 15 minutes. Found what I needed, got it on a cart, thru the line and to my vehicle in record time. Admittedly it seldom is that fast. Lucky day!

Only store in and around Gilbert, location is always crowded. Product catalogue is good, they offer their standard services. I would rather recommend visiting this location during weekdays than weekend to avoid crazy crowd.

This is a very well-run store the manager and his assistants are very polite and professional. If I lived in Gilbert AZ, this is the Costco I would shop.

Gotta love Costco! Great prices, very helpful employees, inexpensive yet delicious foods court.While I understand how some are against self check out lanes, its nice that Costco added them. More often then not, they are empty which of course means I can check out MUCH quicker. As someone who cant stand for very long, this makes a big difference in my shipping experience.Only thing that would make shopping at Costco better would be for them to add a scan and go system like the other warehouse store.

This is about Costco in general not this location. I bought 1 pack of t.p. because that is all I was aloud. It is very hard for me to get to Costco as I am handicapped and I live in Casa Grande. Also the t.p. went from 36 rolls to 30 rolls for the same price. BAD COSTCO SHAME ON YOU!!!!!!!!!!

Love me some Costco, but an appointment at 4:30 means 4:30 not 5pm. Its fine to disregard my time, but if I show up at 5pm for my 4:30 appointment and disregard their time we know what happens then.Everything outside of that fantastic including all of the staff!

I love Costco. This was my first time in this location. Every worker I met today was very pleasant and friendly. However Im only giving 4 stars because toilet paper was completely out and there was nothing posted outside of entrance stating that. Ive seem this at other locations so members are aware of what products theyre out of before they enter. The chicken baked I had afterwards was very salty and tasteless too.

Needs help in the Verizon srand. We waited over an hour for help .. then another hour to get finished because the employee was helping 2 of at a time.. otherwise it would have been 3 hours.

Great service as always, employees are quick to respond when called and take action on others duties if able to take on the task. For example a spill on the floor, no need to call and wait for maintenance to come, a employee walking by stops right in front of the spill securing the area that no customer will slip and fall, calls out to anther employee hand me paper towels please within seconds took care of the mess. It was a one two three step, like nothing happened. Now that is how employees need to respond, take on the task these are high risk priorities. Its not about my position is not maintenance every employees position is to provide a safe environment for customers as well as employees, safety first.

Its Costco so its always a zoo, but the store is as clean as it can be. Employees are friendly and helpful 👍🏼

This poorly run worthless establishment told my mother her insurance wouldnt cover a shingles shot and charged us 130 bucks. We called the insurance and they assured us a shingles shot was covered. Wont be back to this Costco because no one knows what theyre doing except for screwing over older women. Costco has long lost the customer friendly appeal they once had. The days of saving money by buying bulk are long gone. I havent seen competitive prices since I was a child and now theyre robbing the sick

You can never go wrong here. I always end up with more than I walked in for. Even upgraded our membership. Fast and friendly

A routine Costco run but picked up a rotisserie chicken as it was get late and didnt feel like cooking. Like everyone else I have eaten more Costco chicken than I could ever count but tonight I ate possibly the best chicken I have ever eaten in my life. Who ever prepared the chickens that came out at sixish needs a raise or better yet a promotion. Well Done !

I prefer shopping Costco they have scooters with baskets wide isles and most of my preferences. My grandson goes with me and grabs what I cant reach.Their meat, produce, and baked goods are the freshest and best quality.They have very kind and helpful staff.I will always shop here

I sure wish they would stop allowing families with 2 or more people to come in and graze and clog up all the aisles. How can you keep a store clean and free of covid 19 if you consider going back to old standards And allowing everyone to Graze freely and bringing giant families to shop It doesnt make logical sense. You dont see huge families in Safeway or frys shopping like that. Health is more important than revenue generation. wake up America.

Scott in the optometry center is AMAZING! Super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful! They are always busy and he doesnt seem to let it get to him! Deserves some recognition for outstanding service! I live in Peoria and the optometry center is so terrible and bad service that I would rather drive to Gilbert near my mom to have a better experience! Thank you!!

Death of a giant. Costco used to be so amazing. Now it’s full of quirky junk that needs to be returned half the time. Customer service used to be 5 star now the employees are rude like everywhere else. We’ve switched our membership to Sam’s Club and they’ve been great. Sorry Costco you will be missed😢

Got everything I needed the Thursday before Labor Day. The checkers and staff were all helpful and courteous. Didnt wait in line longer than five minutes and this was at approximately 4 PM.

I needed to grab a bunch of stuff mostly food and I was very excited about the pack of 6 avocados for $3 I think. They were so good we keep repeating this for a quick and simple option with eggs during morning meals. The store was clean and lines were too bad. The pizza was a nice way to end the shopping experience.

You can always count on Costco for the things you need and a list of things you don’t, all at a reasonable price. It’s my $100.00 store because I can never get out of there under $100.00 bucks. But today, an exceptional gentleman helped my 80+ mother locate her car after she had difficulty recalling where she had left it. Preston came to my mother’s rescue and went row by row until he found it for her. Then Preston escorted my mother back to her car and helped her load it. Many, Many, “Thanks” to you Preston!! I very much appreciate the care and compassion you showed my mother!I wasn’t in the area to help her and you came to our rescue! I hope you are recognized for this is some way! 💰👍🏼🤩

I am FLOORED by Michael, an associate in Sales today! I called in after noticing what my mom liked while Christmas shopping for others today. I am CERTAIN she will not suspect a thing and so I called to hold the necklace after I couldnt find it online - I was excited. I was greeted so pleasantly when I asked if holding jewelry overnight was possible via phone with the floor manager. I am disappointed I cant reference his name - he certainly deserved it! He took my details and said he likes to think anything is possible (all I had was a physical description of the item, trying to be aloof with my mama) and arranged to have a sales member call me to see if they could locate it on the floor. I was so thrilled. They actually called back just 4 minutes later and Michael even called me from his personal cell phone to assist! We confirmed the item via text and photo and I am so completely THRILLED, ELATED and FLOORED by this customer service. Michael, from the bottom of my heart - thank you for your kindness. Very nice store. Not the closest Costco to me, but the only Costco that I care to shop from. Shopping here is very nice and laid back. As far as delivering to them, they can work a couple of things, but all in all, its nice coming to this store when I can.

Not really their fault, but this store has the rudest, most thoughtless and selfish customers you can imagine. People will walk in front of your baby stroller without looking. Theyll cut you off with their cart while looking, separating you from your wife and daughter. More than half the time we choose to travel to a further Costco or to Sams Club.

There was one staff that was absolutely fantastic. He was knowledgeable and friendly. I did let management know how awesome he was. Come to find out he had only been there a few weeks. Sure hope he keeps the positive vibes.The rest of the staff including supervisors were rude even the one I was giving a glowing review of their employee. Management was ready to put the blame on others for even the slightest hiccup. They are overseeing the other employees that are training. The supervisor is responsible for any issues that arise thus the title supervisor.It took 5 staff members before they were able to find someone that knew how to use the register. After a big ordeal I was finally able to pay. Then had to stand in line again to receive the merchandise. While this is not a problem it is an issue that there is no place for you to stand (except in the aisle) while waiting on the staff to bring out your purchase. Multiple supervisors stood around while the person grabbing the item from the back asked for help in locating it. He eventually located it and even with verifying it was the correct box still sent out the order incorrectly. Meaning when I got in my car and opened the cardboard box my items were not correct. How will places keep employees if the supervisors are awful and not actually supervising? Their inept lazy attitudes will cost your business money.

During the madness this location is doing their part to keep the store clean and organized. I saw multiple employees throughout the store gathering abandoned carts and empty boxes in the isles. Their cashiers are fast and efficient!

I able to get the things I needed at a reasonable price. Associates I interacted with were pleasant. My only negative experience is the required face mask policy in our state after mandates have been lifted and science is showing rates well below the recommendations requiring them.

Everyone should have a Costco membership, the savings on gas alone should cover the cost of the membership. We enjoy this store more than Sossaman as there fewer grumpy old snowbirds. Wish they carried Tropicana extra pulp O. J. If they did we would never go to Sossaman again. They do a great job of maintaining their fleet of disability scooters.

Dont bother calling ahead for pizza or any department for that matter! Nobody ever answers

I returned an item at this Costco - San Tan. The clerk Angela Y. asked to see my Costco - Citi card Visa card. She looked at it, coughed on it and gave it back to me. Not very bright employee. I not worried. One day shell do that to the wrong person. Itll be the last thing she does.

Very busy Costco. Experience was like all the others locally until we got to the Cashier. She was extremely rude and nasty when we checked out. Yelled at me for having something on the belt that got mixed with someone else. Then gave me a hand motion with a hurry up for my Costco card. She was scowling and never a nice word. The whole checkout experience will make me not go back to this particular location. Its sad when one person can ruin the entire experience.

As much as Costco is famous in many peoples lives. I am only rating it an okay experience. I went in to consult about opening a new membership. The associate did not really take time to explain the difference kinds of memberships to me and only refer me to the most expensive one. And there was a credit card option to maximize my savings. She never even thought of introducing that to me until I insisted and asked. I am not sure if it is because of my ethnicity. But I would probably only stay with them for a year and drop. The store is full of people. The line is long and the line to head out the door is even longer. Be careful of what you want for.

As long as you dont have to deal with the employee Colleen experience is good. Went for just their meat selection, but in true Costco fashion walked out with way more. Prices arent any less than the 1 minute drive to Winco. Honestly dont see the point in paying for a membership to get discounts on food when its not any cheaper. Only benefit really is the electronics and appliances as they come with 2 year warranties. Another negative is although large aisles, carts are typical size to fit bulk items then try to squeeze next to another person. Nothing like feeling like cattle at the register, dont expect to have a conversation like, hows your day, because you wont get more than 1 word answer.

Costco is Great! It is very busy every day at any time. I can not wait until Queen Creek location will ope maybe this will lessen Gilbert traffic.
