Baskin robbins always delicious. But this time my quart wasnt filled all the way

Ice cream is great! Service was very friendly. That being said the place was filthy. All of the stainless was dirty. There was definitely more than the days food particles piled under the every machine. The floors looked like they havent been moped in weeks. You can tell the place is run by kids and is in dire need of a deep cleaning.

I do not like the fact that cashiers Never wash their hands and never wear gloves before touch the ice cream. I observed them multiple times and after touching money, their pants etc they do not wear gloves. Every time I am there I asked them to wash their hands and wear gloves and one girl specifically makes angry face and take gloves some where from rest room. Are you serious? I will file a claim about this place because such place can be full with deceases.

Fantastic service. There was a young lady working the counter this evening (11-23-19). And about 10-15 customers in line. She handled herself very professionally. The ice cream was good as well. 👍🏼 My 🍌 Royale was the tops. 🤘🏼

The man and the woman working were very helpful. They tolerated my 1 year old son being loud and trying to put his hands on everything. It was just before closing and they were still very nice and patient. The ice cream was device of course, so many tasty options. Great visit.

I took my son on a mini date for ice cream, the two gentlemen there were very kind and patient while my 3 year old picked his and my flavors. Given that I let my 3 yo pick my cone and ice cream he reassured me that it was the softest ice cream and very good. He was knowledgeable about what they had and rest assured it was delectable! I let my son get another one as the prices were great and they gave you good portions on top of the yummy ice cream!

Oh how exciting for me to find this Baskin-Robbins on accident. Of course I just had to stop in for a treat as it has been so many years since I have seen one. I had two scoops in the bowl and it was great. Of course a professional would have crafted a unique Sunday with some of their special toppings that they seem to have these days (I only noticed them after checking out). I believe that I counted 32 different flavors on the ordering line - I guess that is why they dropped the 31. Treat yourself to something good!

Customer service needs major improvement. The teenage employees need better training. If a group comes in, the 2 employees should serve the group and then move on to the next customers. Instead, one employee (Nicole) serves our bigger group and the other teen tells us he will serve the group of 3 after us. It makes no sense. It should be first come first served. We end up waiting for the group that came after us to pay. Management: please provide better training for better customer service!

Really pricey. My kids enjoyed the ice cream. The employees were nice. The store was clean.

I dont know his name but the old man who helped my husband, my daughter, and I clearly loves his job. Hes not just working at some ice cream place, hes passionate about it and he loves Baskin Robbins. He told me about their sweet deal on Tuesdays. That plus his kind demeanor equals we will definitely be returning.

Who doesnt love ice cream. This particular location had 32 flavors whereas another one we visited after going to I-Fly Scottsdale only had 28. This store was extremely clean and bright and can get busy from minute to minute so I cant say what time is best.

Um, of course it is good. It is Baskin Robbins, home of 31 flavors. We are fortunate to live relatively nearby. They remodeled over the summer. The only suggestion would be to train the staff better on cake decorating or hire and pay for a talented person so the cakes look more appealing.

I have such a love of real hand scooped Ice Cream! And Baskin Robbins is one of the few left here in Arizona who has really delicious real (not soft served machine dispensed) ice cream and Shakes made from real Ice Cream. I love Jamoca Almond Fudge and Pralines and Cream!

I havent been to a Baskin-Robins in forever! My family and I were excited to find one close to home! All the flavors looked great and were hard to choose from! Ultimately, we each found a flavor/combo we loved. The only thing that put me a bit off was that there was a bit of a mess on some of the tables and chairs. It was pretty forgivable though, especially seeing as how there was a group of teenagers that were just leaving when we walked in.

Out of town friend ordered a cake for me for my birthday. Went to pick up & told me first I had to pay for it. Then they called Manager & was told it was paid for they just forgot to mark Paid on ticket. Took cake home & someone called me @ 9:30 @ night to tell me they forgot to run the card & it was declined & I need to pay for the cake!!! Idiots work @ this store. Gladly taking that Cake back to them tomorrow! Dont do business with these idiots!! Happy Birthday to Me!!

What an incredible experience! Having ice cream should be in a happy environment, and they more than met my expectations. From the delicious smoothie to incredible service!

Always a pleasant visit! The kids they hired are a select few that actually are courteous and great you when you walk in and arent just standing around or rude to deal with!!! They have knowledge of the flavors and are patient while our kids SLLOOOWWWWLLLYYY decide!! Keep it up!!

Ice cream was excellent, tried the peanut butter cup.

I paid $30+tax for a half sheet cake which was supposed to serve 8-12... This was not anywhere near a half sheet; at best it was a quarter sheet. If Im lucky Ill get 8 servings out if it. Its too late for me to do anything about it, so fingers crossed.This was a terrible price paid for what I got. Guess Ill try Cold Stone next time?

I order the premium sundaes for myself, wife, and little ones but lately the workers seem to be rushing the order and not making them how theyre suppose to be. I even pay extra for more toppings and sauce yet all of them get them same, tiny amount. I gave them the benefit of the doubt the first time. Then the second. But now after the 3rd time, and getting worse! (Almost no toppings). i wont be coming back.

New Owners, New Look, Great Service ! I havent been here in about 2 yrs and I want to let everyone know its ok to come back now .New employees are attentive and care about customer service and put pride in to what they are making for you.

Terrible store. There is always only one person working there. Because of this you wait and wait. I will never go back. Each time I think it will be different and it never is. I feel bad for the ONE person that is working there. They are overwhelmed and of course cant handle all the traffic. Whoever owns or manages this place has zero idea how to keep staff.

Whenever I go here they rarely have all it takes to make a banana split and typically no one ever cares . Service here is in the crapper and tables are always dirty. Dont waste your time here just go someplace else with your family that appreciates your business and spare yourself the aggravation

Ordered a 1/2 sheet for my sons 15th birthday. My husband picked it up... I should have checked it immediately when he brought it home but with party preparations I didnt have time. Once the party started and I had a moment so I went to go take a look at it. It is so tiny! I had to go back online to make sure that I did in fact order the half sheet. I even looked up the dimensions for Baskin-Robbins half sheets which should be 6 by 8. This looks more like a 6 by 6 1/2. Too late to take it back now. And I know its just a birthday cake (expensive but just a cake) but its not even symmetrical. Maybe thats my OCD coming out but it should at least look nice right? They closed the Baskin Robbins close to us so we went out of our way to use this one. Sadly, I wont be going back. Or at least not ordering cakes from them. They are expensive and super tiny! Next time Ill just get the Carvers from Frys.

Owner has lost my business over $2.00. wouldnt honor the baskin and Robbins app coupon after having me waste it before telling me oh we dont take it. I asked for a call from owner, heard nothing back. I eat a lot of ice cream and wont be back to this location. i will go out of my way to another baskin robbins

Horrible customer service...... Walked in and waited 2min to finally see someone that worked there walk up front and then she was on her cell phone! She gave me the wait a minute finger and I stood there for a couple minutes in disbelief and then just walked out. She was still on her phone when I left and didnt even acknowledge the fact I was walking out due to the lack of service.

If I could give a 0/5 I would. Service is terrible, its ridiculous filthy, always understaffed, and drink machines always broken. Theyve gotten my orders wrong the past few times Ive been there. The place smells like sewers. Last time I went I waited a half an hour and the girl got my order wrong and the guy at the register didnt charge me correctly. Skip this place entirely.
