Great delivery service but omg the rock had so much dirt in it. This will take awhile to settle so we dont see as much dirt then rock. Sorry but in the future I will look elsewhere😳

Cody is great I Christopher Metcalfe Creations was looking for some dirt to plant bushes and we called a few places and Pioneer was my choice. When I arrived the crew there made shore I had everything I needed and made shore I was safe. Thank you to the owners for having great people.

I dont know who is in charge of quality control, but they did not do their job! They need a new tape measure and a better sifter!!!I sent my father down to go pick up some river rock. I order 1-1/2 to 3 inch river rock. I asked for a ton and a half. The staff loaded it up for him on our utility trailer. when he got home and I first saw it, I thought it was a mistake! For the price you charge, and a quarter of the load was dirt!!! you gotta be kidding me!!! And as for the rest, more than half the load was 6 inch rock or bigger!IF I CAN SEND SOMEONE TO PICK SOMETHING UP AS EXPECTED! I WOULD RATHER NOT SEND THEM AT ALL. I WILL CONTINUE TO DO BUSINESS SOLELY WITH A&A MATERIAL!!!

I loved this place. They were respectful, courteous, and kind and very helpful. I called and asked a million questions which the happily answered and helped me get everything I needed the same day in sorry notice. Watched them deal with several other customers with the same awesome customer service as provided to us. Fast delivery and amazing service. Delivery guy was terrific too. If you need Rock, sod, artificial grass whatever for here. Cant say enough about these guys.

Very convenient and easy to use. Knowledgeable staff. I pick up trailer loads of material - kind of self serve. Reasonable prices considering the location. Good prices on accessories and support materials. They have all varieties of sand, gravel, flagstone and rock. Not 5 star because of parking and turn around for trailers. But this IS a gravel place!I have had multi-ton loads of material sent to my home from this business without a single problem.

If youre looking for soil for your raised bed vegetable garden, dont let these guys con you into buying their loam. I was told it was 50% dirt and 50% compost. When they say compost they mean WOOD CHIPS. The soil doesnt drain and almost none of my vegetables produced, even with all of the amendments Ive tried. The only thing that seems to be growing is all the mesquite seeds that came in the soil. Waste of $500.

I have used Pioneer Landscaping Centers on a couple of occasions and they always have the friendliest service! Chase especially is very helpful and welcoming! He helped show me different options of rock and I found exactly what I needed! I highly recommend Pioneer!

WORST Rock Place EVER! Only reason why I went through with the delivery is because they said They would call before the come. Never called! They dropped off 2 tons of the wrong rock! Came when I wasnt there! And never gave a receipt. Called and complained. Took 2 weeks before I ever got a call. When they contacted me the owner argued that they called before drop off. I pulled up my cell history from phone service, they never did. Awful customer service!

Came here to get some dirt. Employees were upbeat, friendly, and eager to serve their customers. Extremely rare in any business from my experience. Way to go guys! Keep up the good work!

I had 20 tons of rock delivered in December and am happy with the quality as well as how easy it was to order the rock. The staff are very helpful onsite and on the phone.Thank you!

Call 3 days prior to project date to order ABC. Got a call from dispatch on Friday prior to confirm. Project day came minutes before 4pm. They called not enough ABC. Suggested another product. Said i would call back in a few. When i did they told the drivers left went home. Could not deliver. I called dispatch guy and he said he would call me back. He did and said driver was going back to work to deliver. Driver arrived with attitude. Then he was an inch from hitting my wall. Never do business with them again.

I dont know if they even deserve one 🌟 .today I went there am a landscaper and the guy whos name is Saba didnt treat me as a customer . Bad experience I had pallets from day before and he wanted to charge me again for it very rude . I will try to stay away from him in the future

The MCdonalds of rocks. Over priced rocks. Bad service. First I call and tell the employee where i live and i ask wheres the closest one. They send me to the wrong pioneer thats further away, but not only that! He also gave me wrong direction because he didnt know the difference between north and south. Besides all that I found rock at least 10% cheaper or more, That is more than free tax! And the other companies charge less for delivery even though they are father away. If you need to get rocks i would steer clear of and pioneer and find a non-chain small company to do business with instead of helpping a national chain. I also feel pioneer is potentially very unsafe and dangerous place towing to the fact that one of their heavy equipment operators in Gilbert is clearly on drugs

If you are open until 5:30 then why is everything locked up at 5:15. Unprofessional.

We called at 3:20 pm to place order 3 days out. The worker told my wife to hold. Came back on the phone at 3:30 and said they were now closed and refused to take the order. When she asked for the corporate number or a manger, he told her to google it.
