Good pricing professional detailed quotes I would recommend this place to anybody who is trying to build a home or a cabin

This company is not worth even trying to get a door from them they are unprofessional, uncouth, and unethical I’ve been waiting nearly 2 years for my door and they still do not have it corrected paid extra to have two different colors one in the inside and one on the outside now the trimming is not even close to what it should look like. It looks hideous and I am a house that you can see directly when you come by so it’s kind of pathetic that they would allow a customer to be dissatisfied please. Don’t ever use this company go with someone else stay at Home Depot or Lowe’s.

Purchased a special order jamb. It was not the right thing the customer wanted. It looked completely different from what there old jamb looked and did not like the look of it . So now I’m stuck with 40.00 jamb R&K won’t take back. Would have been nice to know the return policy.

Really good people who know what they are doing

I left a voicemail 2 weeks ago. No response.Called a few days later and talked to John who took my infirmation, said he would call me back in an hour. Still waiting.Called again and some woman transfered me to Johns phone which went immediately to voicemail. Left a message....... STILL NO RESPONSE!!!I get that you are busy and this is a good thing but still NO EXCUSE for BAD customer service 🤦‍♂️🤷🏼‍♂️

Impressive size. Doors and windows showrooms and sales are separate. A little hard to find, when you enter where the address tells you too just trust that its back there, look for their signs and keep driving back back back. The fella we spoke to was Frank, he was down to earth and friendly, didnt seem high pressure at all. He was giving us a quote right then and there but we got called away. By the time we got home the quote was in our email. Impressive.

Very clean lumber yard

I had great service from first contact. Luis gave me an estimate over the phone and was extremely helpful. Jose and Jacob who installed the attic installation were on time and courteous and swept up after they they were finished. I would highly recommend this team for any installation job.

I am still waiting for a big, 1/4 round window to be replaced. This project had been going on for almost a year now. I have been contacted a few times by representatives of the company who say they are working the issue with Western Windows, who manufactured this particular window. It has not been delivered yet. From what Im told, its the manufacturers fault but how do I know? Im just a consumer. They told me that Western Windows has delivered the window backwards twice. Western Windows will now get a rating.Gary Harper? Do not use R&K. P.S. this job was awarded to them based on the contract that they could deliver. NOT.

They came out and installed insulation in the attic. Super quick. Came out early. Did the job right. Very polite. I recommend

They came originally and were suppose to blow R40 in my attic, which is suppose to be about 15 inches. When they were originally done, I went up and checked and saw they blew only about 5 inches. After dealing with the rude install people telling me I was wrong, ultimately the supervisor told them they were wrong and had to finish the job. Of course though, they did not have enough to put in my attic, and had to come back again. After waiting a week, they were suppose to come back today but showed up about 45 minutes early at 615 in the morning, rang the doorbell once and left and never tried to call me. Now they are trying to reschedule a third time. With all that being said, this company is completely untrustworthy, and I wonder how many people don’t look in their attic and have been scammed like I almost was.

Talk about Rude. I called to compare window prices to Home Depot hoping to give my money to a local company. The first lady I talked to was nice(except for asking is I was calling from Home Depot, like I worked there or something...who asks that...) but had computer issues and so she transferred me to her partner who was having better luck with her computer. This lady was so short with me I dont know how she has a job.

I was fired because my back was injured on the job also the secretary is with holding an incident report that happend last september when shorty dropped his end of a truss coming off of the rollers and it hit me on the right thigh because i couldnt handle it by myself he was not wearing gloves and ever since that day i made sure all the people that worked thare had gloves and eye protection

Awesome place for doors and other things for your house

These folks need a crash course in SAFETY! The guys in bright orange shirts fly and I mean fly around on fork lifts and have no sense of whos around them. They do not watch where they are going, nor do they sound horns to gets others attention. This goes for the ones in white pickups. Its like a open lot with no direction, do what you want with no repercussions. Its a obstacle course as well.A gentleman unloading us, saw that we were still unstrapping the load and went to the other side of the truck to remove product. Never sounded his horn, didnt ask us if we were ready nor got our attention. He moved product off of my truck without my knowledge and if he had pushed forward to far, or his brakes failed 3500lbs to 18000lbs could have landed on me and crushed me while I was pulling my straps off.

We bought all of our interior doors from here. They were super helpful and even caught things that were potential problems. They also have a good selection of wood and MDF mouldings on hand.

I ordered a door with a window insert from R & K. Gave them specific dimensions for a window shutter that needed to be installed on the new door. Once I got the window the framing was to big. They swore it would fit. I returned it and without even trying to resolve the issue they wanted to refund me and basically get rid of me. I am now 4 days into this with the door at their shop and still have not gotten a solution. STAY CLEAR AND BUYER BEWARE POOR SALES REPS!

I orderd $4000.00 worth of entry door/sidelights in October of 2014. I was supposed to get them installed around the end of November. By mid December I called (several times, because they never return your calls!) only to find out that there had been breakage and so we waited and waited again. In February I called again to be told they would be in by the end of Feb! They never returned my calls when I called the end of Feb. to find out what was going on. I finally had to go to their location! They said there must be a problem with that manufacturer....did I want to re-order with another brand? Ummmm after waiting nearly 5 doors. NO. I will tell everyone to go any where else but R&K doors!Horrible customer service.

Horrible customer service on warranty work. I would NOT recommend using their sevice department because in the future, if you need service, you will regret it. The guy we attempted to work with was arrogant and difficult - it was obvious that customer support is not a priority to this company.

When you need hard to find millwork carpentry products. This is the only show in Mesa.

Sent out the wrong sliding glass door and have not come to check or replace the door and week have been waiting two weeks so we can get on with construction

This company has no regard for the public. Making deliveries to a residential area at 5 am in December. With the semi truck and forklift this wakes the whole neighborhood up. No consideration at all.
