Two stars because fastenal rocks but this store is shady. I ordered nylon fasteners for delivery on the website. When they didnt show up as scheduled I stopped by the servicing store to see what was going on. My fasteners were there and they had no clue. They were kind enough to knock 4.98 off the shipping and handling from the 9.98 delivery charge on my order and insisted that it was for in store pickup in spite of the order showing delivery and a delivery address. Wont be using this site again.

Employees do not know what they are doing, selling or how to interact with customers. Copper states is a much better vender than this place.
