I knew they would help me put together the best solution for my business, and work with my budgets. Great advice on selecting equipment for our home theater. Installation service was excellent. The installation technician was professional and very efficient. He provided great advice on the overall setup of the system and different ‘tweaks’ that could be necessary as breaking in and balancing the system during the first few weeks. My security system was installed by Components. I called and asked some questions about my security system during my divorce. 2 woman I spoke to were extremely rude. One woman even sent an email to my attorney stating I was harassing her.....what in the world?I was happy with the work but would never do bussiness with people so unprofessional.

Had work done Security Cameras - Home Theater equipment upgrade. They used products a couple of years old - gave me no written instructions or manuals. Seems the personnel they had install the equipment were learning on the job. Customer service was not that great not quick to follow-up and not very professional. Would not recommend to a friend.
