Travis is terrible. If anyone I knew was looking for a recommendation I would tell them to go elsewhere. The owner John just defends Travis and I have no idea why the guy lacks human decency.

Called JL Automation 3x to get bid on central vac system. After those calls he finally showed up to look at the job. He promised me a quote within 24 hours since I was pressed for time on my construction job. After several follow-up calls/ texts to him, with promises to get me a quote and scheduled, I finally gave up and found another contractor who had the job done within 3 days. So sorry to give this poor review. I would have appreciated an honest response if he didnt want too or couldnt do the job, rather than stringing me along.
