I recently ordered a 2000 lbs. pallet of black rubber mulch. It arrived much sooner than anticipated. Instead of the 3-7 week wait, it arrived within the first week. In addition, the mulch was excellent in its quality and condition. It looks great around the trees and bushes in the front yard. So much I ordered a second pallet for the sides and backyard. Very impressed.

I recently ordered my second 2000 lb. pallet recently, and an waiting for a third. Despite the potential several week wait (per the website) it arrived much faster than planned. The local delivery company they work with was also wonderful to deal with. An all around great experience and customer service. Super excited to get the last batch to finish my project before the season turns for good.

Im sitting here at the finale of the 7th week since purchase and payment with no follow through from the company as to if/when the purchase will be fufilled. Only correspondance I have recieved from them regarding product fulfillment was on the purchase date where the email specifically states delivery/fulfillment delays currently have expected fulfillment times at 21 days. We are way off that mark with no correspondance on their behalf. Inquiry into the issue on my part has produced some insight as to possible order fulfillment, without guarantee.

I have to say, this company is top notch. I’m very impressed with their customer service, rubber mulch product and overall experience. They made things very easy on me, and at a reasonable price at that. I will be purchasing from Best Rubber Mulch again. Thank you once again for everything!
