I needed a Title notarised due to selling my truck. I called and spoke with Callie who was very polite, professional and very helpful. She answered all my questions without a rushed or bad attitude and I was very appreciative of that. When I got to the store a guy named Brian helped me very quickly and he was also extremely helpful, nice and professional and got my notary done within minutes and had no issues. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. I happily paid the 10 bucks and will always come here for notary service and any mailing needs in the future, and will tell everyone I know how awesome my experience was here. Sadly quite a few businesses these days lack in the customer service department, so when I have service this good I just have to let folks know. Couldn’t be more pleased with how I was treated and taken care of. Great job you two! Exactly what a good business should be like! Highly recommended. A+++++
This is the closest one to my home & I ship a lot. A few weeks ago I came in and person named CALLIE was working. She was super helpful to me, and really looked like she knew what she was doing. She assured me my package would be taken care of and from her mannerisms and professionalism I could tell it would be and that she took her job very seriously. Ive been back a few times since and usually get Callie (once even got in her longer line on purpose). Callie makes this store somewhere Im eager to spend money.
This UPS location is a very small shop that makes it feel cramped with big packages. Service is quick though and the staff is quite friendly and helpful.I mostly use this location to return Amazon packages... They are good with that and even help with the packaging and labeling.
Came to this location for notary services. The UPS employee, Brian R., was serving as the notary As I was explaining what the form needed, he told me to go somewhere else and get it done. Fortunately a manager, who didnt witness the conversation, was available. He reviewed the document and assisted me in explaining to the notary what the form required. Brian indicated that he had only been doing this for 3 weeks. Some coaching is needed on customer service skills. In the end, the notarization was performed, but the outburst was unnecessary.
Fast friendly service!
I was in the store no less than 20 min ago. I literally got one picture mailer and a standard box the guy put me to the side helped 10 other people. Never packed the box asked him why he thinks that’s ok to do. I mean the box packing couldn’t have taken him more than literally 2 min. I will be going back after work to see if they will make it right. But very disappointed at sales associate Brian. Very poor service.
Always had good service here for sending things and office needs
Not sure how this store continues to be running, zero ability to provide customer service . This is a UPS store ! And I was recommended by their associate to send it via certified USPS mail...
It was about 456 pm tonight as my husband got out of the car to see if this store was still open. The gentleman was getting ready to lock the door and when my husband asked if he could get something faxed. The man let him in to do this. A big thank you for letting him do this so we did not have to go out of the way to go to one of the big chain stores. Again we really appreciate this so very much.
*** Horrible Customer Service ***Waited in line 30min just for two copies. This place is poorly ran. Store manager is all over the place. DDo NOT come to this store unless you are willing to wait more then 40min. I literally writing this review as I wait in line.
Was going to rent a box the workers Brian R. there seem like that they did not want to do business I’ll just go down the road better customer service .
I go out of my way to go to this location. They are always helpful and provide good customer service.
I called here simply because the UPS system I needed to use was down. I was trying to locate a package that was very time sensitive. Upon calling here looking simply for help, two separate ladies spoke to me on the phone. The first was extremely kind in trying to help with what I needed. The second who was some type of manager was beyond rude. She asked me to explain what I needed. So I began doing so, she continually began talking over me saying no you listen to me. Maybe if you stopped talking After asking me to explain? After I barely have told you whats going on. Well thats not my responsibility or job. I asked just for the number to get me talking to who I needed to because obviously I wasnt. She hung up. So unprofessional and disgusting to treat someone the way she spoke to me. You should never talk to someone on your professional work line that way regardless of if youre supposed to be helping them or if its your responsibility or not. A god complex in a UPS store, nice girl.
I will never use UPS stores again this particular store took my Brother and I for a ride bait and switch, The owner/ Manager gave us a quote . Proceeds to tell us that they freight will be going out in the next 2 days, that was on a Wednesday, when my brother who lives in the area called on Friday .. and asked when their freight was going out he got a cock and bull story of how they couldnt fit the pallets through the door The fright left on Monday .. Mind you they got a table and chairs through the door just fine .. We never saw a measuring tape, We got told it depends on the weight when we got the bill we got billed for the dimensions we also had 3 boxes of My mothers stuff . they told us oh we had to repack the china never did, they told us we charged you for an extra box they repacked one box .. It was a small box placed inside of a large box flat nothing in it!! When I called and spoke to the Owner / Manager I was told very sarcastically we didnt charge you for the peanuts we had also been told they used extra bubble wrap for the China .. It was the Bubble wrap from my brothers house !!I called UPS store Corporate that was a waste of time they took up for him not much help .. Yep UPS stores have lost my business .. a Car Engine only weighs 600 lbs tell me how a dinning room table and 6 chairs weighs 1050 lbs ??? Oh thats right they bill by dimension
First UPS store Ive ever been to that wont allow non notary employees sign as witnesses on documents. Ive done countless closings at UPS stores in 4 different states and this was the first time Ive ever heard this in my 8 years of being in real estate. Wasted an entire hour of my time going to this UPS store after I called and spoke to an employee who told me I could close and get notary stamps in their store no problem. I will never go back to this location.
Walked into the store the other day for some help with an Amazon label since my printer died. The girl with short hair and glasses was super helpful and walked me through the entire process. Thanks again! :)
I brought my package here to ship and was offered USPS 2 day priority for $87. Despite there being a sign on the counter for 20% off UPS 2 and 3 day shipping, USPS was apparently the cheapest. I declined and took my package to the post office and shipped it 2 day priority, the exact same that was offered to me, for $32. An additional profit margin of 63% or $55 mark up on a parcel package is outrageous. That kind of consumer exploitation should be reported to the BBB, FTC, and local AG. Nonetheless, I know where I wont be shipping anything from, nor will I recommend for any other services.
The teenagers working there didnt instill much confidence in me that my package would be packed correctly and sent on time. They could have cared less that I was there. It was more of a give me your stuff, pay and leave and we will box it up later kind of thing. I was sending a handmade item to my sister that took me hours to make and I was just told to leave it on the scale and go. They were all standing around talking. In other UPS stores, they packed my items up in front of me, taped it shut and stuck the label on before I even paid. I have no idea what they did with my stuff before they boxed it up. It just didnt feel right. The 3 stars are because item did make it to the recipient in time. In the future you should pack up customers items in front of them. It would take a lot of liability out if the situation.
We recently shipped 3 large boxes of antique fine china to our daughter in Florida. After calling 4 stores with questions regarding price as well as what we could discern about their professionalism we choose the UPS Store at Gilbert/Williams Field Rd.WE DID GOOD!! The staff was highly trained and professional, and the packing was beyond what was expected. Five Stars!!
UPS never scanned my textbooks i rented from amazon through their system which has now resulted in me being charged by amazon for a late return, which wasn’t my fault it is the stores fault for not shipping my package out on time i dropped it off 10 days ago and amazon is emailing me saying they still haven’t received it. Hailey on the phone was unhelpful and rude and i had to ask 100 questions to get the answers i needed out of her no information was given until i asked what happened with my package and they took no responsibility for my package and told me to call the UPS 1800 number, which should be their job to figure out since my it’s not my fault this package is now missing
I needed a 500 page print job of 60 files completed within one hour, and this store was able to complete the job perfectly and immediately. They were also able to work with me via Dropbox. Highly recommend for print jobs!
Friendly & Effecient Staff!!!
SLOWEST LOCATION IN THE ENTIRE WORLD.
Sent my package out on time at ups for 2 day delivery, but the employee didnt give me any indication that it was being picked up by usps and my package arrived a week late. Called and spoke to the owner for some sort of compensation and he explained how they partner with the post office, but he didnt want to help me out in any way. He said once usps has the package it is out of their hands. As a client, how am I to know all of this without being told? I will not be using this store ever again!
When I dropped off my boxes the girl that accepted them slid them off the counter and DROPPED them, like should couldnt give a crap. Not sure if she was doing her own box testing as if she wanted to see if she could break the contents before they even got shipped. When I ask why she dropped them, she said that it will probably be dropped like that 100 more times. WTF?!? While this may be true, I am not sure this is the ATTITUDE that UPS is going for when helping customers. I usually go to a different location, but I went to this one because it was on the way. NEVER again will I EVER go to this location. UPS should take that Franchise away from this person for negligence.
Wonderful service and always clean.
Mailed a yellow envelope that weighed 1lb and 0.5 oz to Ne. and it cost 18.07,give me a break, really that much? You wont get anymore of my business, ripoff!!
Nice place and helpful people. Wish they had more hours.
Great fast service every time!
You can count on great service from these folks.
This company is unprofessional. Would not recommend. Period.
Love this store staff is always nice and friendly
Helpful, efficient! Thanks, Linda.
My bank no longer has a notary public services available, but directed me this UPS Store. They did have a notary there (Saturday 12-4pm) whose services cost $10 per signature, not per page, which is the absolute legal limit for notary fees.
Dont go to this location. But you probably will anyway since its the only one open before work.
Notary hours are 12 - 4 if anybody wanted to know
Closing at 6 pm is nuts. Other UPS stores open till 7pm to accommodate customers who got off work at 6.
Great location.
Manager should be fired
Get your hours straight!!
