Our truck broke down on the way home to New York. The service staff at platinum auto got us up and running quickly, kept us informed of the progress, and was empathetic to our situation. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE SERVICE! Bought an SUV from them with $$$$ warranty. Wouldnt start in temps below 20°F or if it frosted out. Had to diagnose and fix myself- they had no idea. Took in for a/c actuator on Tuesday- didnt diagnose until Wednesday because they wanted to be thorough for warranty work. Warranty didnt cover. They ordered part- got there Thursday. I called Thursday at 4:00 p.m.- was told it was finished. I told them I would pick up Friday morning. Got there at 7 a.m.- wasnt fixed. Then they called me at 12:30 p.m. and said the part they got locally didnt work. So they ordered the part - AGAIN- and would arrive Monday. Ridiculous!

I get my Smart Start calibrated here, and they are very professional, personable, and easy to work with on scheduling.

Was a good experience until the final numbers and paper signing they changed the offer price on my trade buy 1000$ when they found out I owed a 1000$ less than I thought so pay attention to every number throughout the buying process. I thought they were gonna be good but no different than any other car dealer. Never have trusted dealers but this was the first time I had this happen before, and when I caught it they made the deal right but noticed I immediate pissed the manager off like I was supposed to just be stupid and go with it.

Highly reccomend buying a car from here. (Most dealerships you have haggling dealers, you have long waiting periods for approvals and can spend almost a full day just buying a vehicle.) NOT THE CASE HERE!!! SUPER friendly easy dealers, easy paperwork process, easy quick approval, in and out in like maybe an hour and a half! Thats from start to finish along with our test drive!! We will definetly be going back. Thank you Dave and everyone at Platinum Auto! We love our new 2019 Toyota Tundra!!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to squeeze our vehicle into the shop to get looked at. Spend way more time then I expected diagnosing the problems, up front with the finding and prices. When we decided to trade the vehicle in for an upgrade the staff was helpful in getting up in to the vehicle we wanted. The staff wasnt pushy at all and gave us time to talk and discuss our options in private. After the sale and we drove off the lot they managed to get the vehicle back in and service the AC on the vehicle even though we knew it needed to be recharged when we purchased. Then when I tried to pay for it they told me no cost. As someone who was traveling through Gillette and had our vehicle break down I am extremely happy we found Platinum Auto to help us out and get us back on the road back home!

My experience was TERRIBLE, Wade and Chris might have a friendly demeanour but are not worthy of their jobs. I was trying to get financing on their 06 buell for $1995 so i took all the paperwork that they said i needed in to them and Wade said he would get right on it. After four days of run around with Wade saying that he was doing things that he wasnt, Chris called and said that he needed more information and that my paper work was incomplete (Wade told me that he had already sent it off, but why if it was incomplete).So i gave Chris what he needed and took more proof of income to them and they still had my paperwork all screwed up. They are the worst at keeping in touch i had to call them at or after the times they said they would get ahold of me,and when i would get ahold of them they would tell me the same thing every time(we are still waiting). After 11 days of them screwing up my paperwork and info they told me that they couldnt help. Well i wonder why, is it because they cant keep simple paperwork in order or do they just not care enough about their jobs to take the time to do it properly. I am very dissatisfied with their level of knowledge and workmanship and would reccomend avoiding this dealership at all cost....p.s. Thank you gentlemen for nothing.
