Mark was nice. Very friendly and helpful. We would buy from Mark again as he was great to work with and absolutely no pressure sells. Financing was a bear... the lady was rude to us when she found an error in the paperwork that was their fault, and it continued into the next week when there were errors in the $$$ on said paperwork. Quality did their best and was accomodating to make things right in the end. I would return and buy from there again, but make sure all of your paperwork is correct.Fast forward to a month later and we still have incorrect information related to our financing and them not getting the correct account numbers. We shouldnt still be dealing with these errors.Overall... very little attention to details regarding their paperwork from beginning to end... which equals a lot of frustration on our end. We should be refunded the $99 document fee for all of the extra legwork we have had to do. If it wasnt for Mark, this would be a 1-star review.
