I have to give a big shout out to Jon L!!!! A motorhome hit my truck yesterday, totally busting up my taillight! The bulb was also busted and needed to be replaced. I stopped in to get a replacement bulb so I could at least have a working light. Jon not only made sure I had the correct bulb, but also looked at the lens and figured out a way to patch it up so the bulb wouldnt be exposed! This helped eased my mind since it will be a few days before I can get the housing replaced. Jon was great and I cannot say enough about how much I appreciate what he did for me!

Didnt think the store was open and saw an employee walking towards the door. I asked him if I could just ask a question. He was incredibly helpful and said they were actually open. He went inside, I closed up my vehicle and when I went inside, he was already looking for something that would work. There was no exact match but he found something that would work just as well and actually better.The manager even called another store in another city to find out if they could help me find the part. That for me is above and beyond.

Ive been going to AutoZone for over 20 years its a good place Ive been a loyal customer and Im still using my old telephone number that I had 20 years ago its still a good place keep up the good work

They checked my alternator and battery which I was sure were bad and turns out they werent. Saved me a boatload of money.

Was not very friendly and there was an item with a sale tag that they would not honor...even had the same item number but he said it was not the item

Had to pick up a wiper blade for my Saturn Outlook, they had it in stock and put it on for me . Appreciated when it is -20 outside 5 star help.

Not helpful and they have deals up but when you ask about them the employees have know clue about them I ended up paying $64 for a oil change with 7 QT.s of Pennzoil and a oil filter when they have a yellow tag with 2 5qt. Bottles of Pennzoil and a oil filter for $33.99

Every time I walk in Im greeted and asked what Im in need of. Its a quick and easy place to deal with. And their employees have helped a few times with my vehicle.

Ordered a part and specifically told them what I needed and received the wrong part. I gave them another chance and got them to order the part agin and yet agin received the wrong part. They are very slow and do not understand it feels like.

The staff are amazing, they are always so helpful and very nice. They try there hardest to find you exactly what your looking for and if they dont have it, they will point you in the right direction, unlike a few other places I have been.

Needed some ATF and wasnt sure what type. Asked at customer service only to be made a fool of in front of other customers. After making me feel like an idiot he told me what I needed, after which I purchased at Walmart. Lost a sale and a customer. Way to be friendly!

They told me they had the same spark plug for my kids race bike. It wasnt the same att all and took out the whole motor. It cost me several thousand to fix it. All I got talking to the manager who gave me the plug was (he/she -not real sure) said it was a cross reference. However when it was purchased there was no mention of a cross reference. I have been leaving messages for a couple months trying to get a little assistance with the repair costs and have not once received a follow-up. Customer service is horrible and they really screwed my kids race season last year. He was in first for state points and AutoZone ruined it for him

The staff is full of women who dont seem to want to be there, not very friendly. It has all the parts and whatnot and the store is clean with a nice layout.

Returned $25 worth of unopened merchandise with receipt and got $11 refund, said they had gone on sale since I purchased them? I think Ill shop elsewhere in the future.

Store Manager Jeff needs to stop lying to customers and treating employees badly. One day I was in their and found one of his employees crying her eyes out while the Store Manager walked to the back with a satisfied look on his face like destroying someone elses day made his day so much better. I tried to console her and learned what he had done to her. Unspeakable cruelty from what I learned. Also he has lost several employees because of his behavior and messing with employees hours. One part time employee only got 6 hours a week several times over before quiting. He forces his employees who speak up to either be unable to pay their bills and have money to feed their family or submit to his evil condescending schemes.

I had an issue with my motorcycle, and i do not know anything about mechanics of the machine. when i got there, i wanted to have my battery checked, and i was told the machine that they have was too big to put my bike battery on, and if i could wait for jose to get there as he was returning from making a delivery. thank god i did. the help jose gave me was priceless, and another young man stopped for a part who used to work there by the name of shane. between shane and jose they were able to see what my problem was and helped me get me back on the road. and when i offered to pay them, neither wanted any money and were just excited to have been able to help me and get me back on the road. so i would like to say its employees like jose and people like shane who really make a difference and make a bad experience. in closing thanx alot jose and the team at auto zone, you guys are lucky to have such employees to help such a person as me when i was lost, they helped me find my way.jason
