Great parts store, I was on the road traveling and needed a part called ahead and they had it on the counter waiting for me when I arrived!

Convenient location. Didnt have what I needed today, but staff was friendly. Grateful they can test your battery and alternator in the vehicle. Also has a paint store and heavy truck parts.

Napa paint. The two guys that work there are super nolagable. They have helped me out a lot. When it comes to paint or auto body they know what they are talking about. Thank you napa paint.

Very knowledgeable folks to deal with.

Bought top of the line brake pads and brake rotors. They didnt stand by the warranty I called and had to talk to a manager that would not honor the warranty. Most of the parts are made in other countries and the warranty isnt worth the extra price.

Im new to Gillette and they welcomed me and I enjoy coming to Napa every chance I get. Good Guys in the paint department.

Good knowledge old style parts store

Merchandise selection is extensive and very organized in aisles/shelves. Most of the staff members are friendly and helpful. The biggest gripe I have is the length of time it takes to make your purchase. There is NO RUN IN AND OUT to get anything. Even though your merchandise requirement is simple and easy to find - there is always a long wait at the counter to check out. They need to set up a separate checkout register for quick purchases - use the counters for customers who need a special part that requires looking it up and finding it in the storeroom shelves.

Had the part in stock that I needed. Wasnt to expensive. Had the same part on Amazon but I would have had to wait for it. Had the tools I needed to install the pulley. Pleasant customer experience.

Amazing people that work there! Brandon helped my husband change out our alternator after it went out on our way passing through. He didnt have to help but he went the extra mile and did. Thank you so much Brandon for helping getting our little family back on the road and for the new belt, we defiantly will be paying this forward.

Really depends on which employee you get. Some are okay. A couple are great. Seems most have a poor attitude and dont do anything that causes them any amount of work. Couple that with increased cost. I go there when my options are limited. Mostly no thanks

Stopped in to get a new break light bulb. When that turned out not to be the issue Travis O. was quickly able to help me further diagnose the problem and get me the right part. Customer service at the counter and parts was perfect. I will always come here first.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. They provide a great app to where you can order what you want and pick it up in the store. They will call you and let you know they have it. I am also into radio controlled cars and Napa has some of the hard to find parts that I cant find anywhere else in town

Wide variety of parts, pieces and supplies

They were able to fix my carburator with out costing me an arm and a leg for the repair.

By far the best place in town best in price and very friendly people. The only place that had the part I needed and Erin is now my new favorite person she was fast and knowledgeable on what she was looking for.

When you need truck parts... Napa will find them.

As hard as they tried, they just couldnt find the fuel pump that we needed for less than $500 and sooner than five days.

Drove into town because the website said its open today and it is not no signs posted saying it would be closed or nothing!!!! Waste of time

This is a great store, the personal are amazing you get help quickly and if they dont have what you are looking for they will suggest the place where you can find it!

Had everything I needed the lady was super knowledgeable.

Will never do business with this Napa again. Watched a guy bring in a jack that was completely cover in rust from sitting in a flooded toolbox get told just go pick a new one out. Then I get treated terrible and they won’t return a 186 dollar part because it had surface rust( been raining for a week straight) and a scratch and on top of that it was the wrong part!! I guess that’s how people get treated when Robbie is having a bad day.

Very busy parts house with some very knowledgeable individuals and some that just think they are. Some of those individuals tend to have a poor attitude deducing from the experience.
