Very thorough and professional. They helped me diagnose and repair multiple serious issues with my 2006 Subaru Legacy. I am very impressed with their work and would recommend them to anyone who needs a good mechanic.

Excellent customer service, Pat kept me informed throughout the repair. I visited them again on April 28th 2021 with the wierdest error message in the world on my Volvo. He figured it out quickly. He let me know what it was and rushed to get it fixed before I needed to work the next day. Any one who has a complaint on here probably has their own issues, because the owner is honest, punctual and always available to his customers. I believe they are the most honest mechanics shop in town.

All I needed was a simple part put on my car that I had purchased from NAPA because my husband thought he could do the job but couldn’t and they refused to help me. I own two Mercedes and would have been a good customer but not now.

They were amazing. Got my car in and repaired quickly. Even chauffeured me around since I’m from out of town and have no other means of transportation. Staff was very nice. I would definitely recommend them.

They changed oil in out BMW and completely messed up the engine. They charged for premium oil and for replacement of the filter but didn’t replace the filter and used cheap oil. I emailed them with documents from a BMW dealer of what was wrong and diagnostics. I also emailed pay off quote from our bank and engine replacement cost. I politely asked him to send a check to to me to pay off the car as this was the cheaper solution and he could kee the car. He said he refuses to do anything about it. We are pursuing other complaint avenues now including suing them. They claim to be in service for over 40 years but can’t ever change the oil. Do not go there. Don’t try to save money, go to an authorized dealer. You will pay $100 more but service is guaranteed. Simple oil replacement will cost you thousand for dollars on repairs.

We had just left Gillette headed east, towing a trailer, when the rear differential in our Toyota Sienna decided to chew itself up. It was Friday afternoon and we Googled foreign car repair in Gillette and called K & K. Pat agreed to wait for us while we limped back to Gillette, diagnosed the problem, and stored the trailer for us. On Monday when they reopened, they ordered a used differential - had to be shipped from Denver - and by Wednesday afternoon we were all set, after they asked one of their regular customers to postpone their appointment so we could get back on the road. We made it back to NY with no further problems whatsoever.

We got stranded, and this was the closest Audi knowledgeable mechanic AAA could get us to. It got finished up in a few days, which is very appreciated... But the character of the people in a business so much matters to me. A guy, who I assume to be the owner, was extremely rude to his (I believe she was new) receptionist, and quick to get defensive in the presents of my fiances question. My fiance is knowledgeable in cars enough, and has a brother who is a wonderful car mechanic, and knows his stuff (in mechanics and pricing on those parts) and helped us determine the problem and pricing before all this, as we had originally hoped to get it fixed right away once back home. We understood a possibility of an expedited fee, but the price for the part was way off. My fiance wasnt accusing, just wanted to make sure everything was correct... more inquisitive. The guy blew up on us about how he knows everything. It was a bad end to an already frustrating situation. Thankful our car could get fixed timely, also glad the guy who did it isnt our home mechanic.

Came in from out of town on a road trip across the country and had some car troubles. They saw us right away, were friendly and timely as soon as they got the part. Pat is awesome and super helpful and gave us advice for our trip and some other car advice. Glad they were so awesome and eased the pains of car troubles.

We had two ignition coils go out driving from Rapid City to Butte. K&K got us in and out in and out in an hour and half. Great service!

Took pickup in to get interlock ignition device put on, walked out with messed up wiring and them telling us it had something to do with the ignition and putting a new one on would cost 100 bucks plus labor. That them wiring in the IID had nothing to do with why the windows, speedometer, and ac/heating don’t work anymore. Told us we would have to leave it there while their mechanic looked at it to figure out why all those things weren’t working. Didn’t want us there while he looked at it. Highly recommend not taking your vehicle to them. Feel like they were just giving us the run around to get more money out of us. Now have to take pickup to a real mechanic.

The guys at K and K were absolutely awesome!! They fixed my old Volvo XC70 quickly and thoroughly when all the oil came draining out! So stressful to be stranded with a broken car miles from home! Thanks a million!

They got my in and put a new hand set in my car so I could be home with my family for Thanksgiving on very short notice thank you again

Horrible service. Just because I am a women and they think I dont know what I am taking about lets take more money. A problem that should have been fixed back in may was never fixed brought back in and now getting charged for everything again even thou they said warranty and that would fix the problem again. Dont go to them they just like money and not fixing vehicles.
