Absolutely amazing! I had a somewhat custom order that I wanted done for a hat and they knew exactly what I wanted and said it was a simple job! They didn’t charge me any extra and got done before they told me it would be. I can’t recommend them enough for hats, shirts etc. Any embroidery you need done, this is the place to do it.

Helpful and easy to work with

I have always believed in supporting local business and see our community thrive. Im afraid, as a fellow business owner and customer, I would NOT recommend this establishment. I took a couple of smaller jobs in to see how they would be handled, by the new owner. I have had many projects done by the previous owner and was completely pleased. This experience left me discouraged. The owner was impatient and it was clear I was a bother with the items I was asking for. As I shopped, I heard him openly use profanity to complain about another customer. The product took much longer than estimated, with no follow-up on the progress. When I called in to ask, before the phone disconnected, I heard him say he was tired of people calling him. The most discouraging was the sub minimum quality of the embroidery. It ripped within the first wash.How I am treated, as a small customer, directly relates to how I act as a large customer, with my business. Unfortunately, I will not be bringing business here, but hope others have a more positive experience.

Amazing customer service. I always procrastinate and am so thankful the shop can always accommodate and help me with unique gift ideas, design work, and customized embroidered items. We use them for any party invitations as well. Super quick turnaround and amazing products. An amazing little gem in our town!

The owners here do amazing work! Larissa’s eye for design is by far the best! They do everything from logo design to invitations along with apparel. You can also stop in to buy the cutest Wyoming gifts!
