Would highly reccomend them for purchase of your new home. Friendly and reasonably priced new mobile homes.

Good homes good pricing, polite sales staff, but be prepaired to be delayed every step of the way, just recently ordered a home & was brought down to our town with an a crew of only 2 guys..... they started out great, fast working, then past 2 days nothing completed at the end of each day...... me being the customer have showed up & put in more hours to get the home ready, than the short handed crew, its the companys professional responsibility, to have the crew there on hand, to get the work done, not the customers job....I will not even be having a Christmas this year do to this & im staying 22 miles out side of where the home is being set up...do to the constant delays EVERY step of the way, if you want a smooth fast company that will get your home ordred & delivered & placed, in a timely smooth manner? id look else where, has been a night mare!
