Nice quiet neighborhood. Very clean.

Lot Rent is nuts, youd be paying more in lot rent than paying for the actual place, just about every year they up it; during winters they are not always up on plowing the roads, second sheds are not allowed, fences arent allowed, kiddie pools arent allowed, rentals and vacant lots arent always mowed but if yours is over an inch they get on you; water pipelines are the only thing they mess with right away. Dogs are suppose to be in control of the owner or in fences and on leashes but dogs are always running loose.

Wouldnt recommend for anyone to buy, rent or move into this place.
