Josh did an outstanding job! First of all, he checked several dealerships trying to find my CVO Limited. Then he sent two of his employees to Chippewa Falls Wisconsin to get the bike. When I arrived at the dealership, he greeted me in a very professional, upbeat, glad-to-meet you manner. Summer Brittain, the finance manager, was also very knowledgeable and professional with all of the paperwork. All-in-all, it was a very good experience!
Me and my wife decided that we were ready to find a new trike and the folks at Deluxe Harley were awesome!! I was traveling thru back in either 16 or 17, your team was outstanding! I asked some questions of your parts team that I could not get answers from at my local shop, and for the answers I was looking for. Your clothing went above and beyond what I believe was expected. I was looking for multiple sizes of the same shirt and they went to the inventory to find them for me. If I travel that way again, you will be a must stop for me.

These folks are a very upstanding group from the sales department to the shop they have been great. We purchased our first Harley Davidson Tri Glide Ultra in July and we have had a blast. Unfortunately there is a glitch in the bike that caused it to quit running but the guys here at Deluxe are doing their best to resolve the issue. I made a phone call to them from the interstate about the issue and in about 20 min we had it loaded in a trailer and headed for the shop. Customer service here is second to none and I believe they will stop at nothing to make sure their customers are absolutely satisfied. If your reading this and are in the market for a new bike or just accessories and clothes go see them they will take care of your needs. All I can say is thank you to the team at Deluxe Harley Davidson of Gillette.

While traveling out West (I live in Ohio) we (a group of 8) were hitting all the beautiful spots in Montana and Wyoming before heading to the 2021 Sturgis Rally. My 2015 Ultra Limited started experiencing engine temperature problems. I was extremely worried about damaging the engine. Mike and the guys at Deluxe went out of their way to get my HD in and repaired (water pump, oil change, brake and clutch service) and back on the road within 3 hrs. I caught up with the rest of my group in Deadwood, SD later that day, and my Ultra was back to running smooth as silk. Thanks a ton! Everyone I dealt with in the service department, to the great women in Parts, were phenomenal! If you get a chance, stop in, its a stunning HD dealership. Thanks again!

My Harley broke down 2000 miles from home, outside of Gillette, WY. AAA picked me up and brought my bike to Deluxe Harley-Davidson. On my way to AZ I stopped to check out this dealership. Jack greeted me as I came in. I saw the new Revival FLH that Id only seen pics of and started drooling. Jack was friendly and super knowledgable about the bike. Sales Manager Josh came over and joined our conversation informing us about the dealership and how they do business. I was very impressed with everyone and everything along with the new FLH. Made a call to my wife as I told her Id like to stay married but wanted to buy this beautiful retro HD. She rides an 18 Tri-Glide that she customized so it was a quick Buy it! I told Jack to write it up and Im ecstatic! Tough part is waiting a week til I get back to Gillette from AZ to ride it home! Where to start...1st off amazing staff. In light of all the social distancing they went above and beyond to get the deal ironed out and set the appointment to pick up my new bike. Shelly and Josh were both great and extremely helpful. Beth in finance made sure the process was super smooth and efficient. Maria was extremely knowledgeable and helpful as well, and she made us feel like part of the family. The 2 guys I met in parts and service were great and offered some great advice and answered the few tech questions I had. My Wife and I are blown away with how awesome this dealership and its staff are. Out of the 9 Harleys I have bought this has been the easiest process and best experience. Two weekends in a row I was in Gillette for business and needed my bike worked on. Without an appointment the first weekend they got me in for new tires (thank God!). The next weekend I had an appointment on Saturday but broke down on Thursday. They worked me in and repaired the original problem and the one that had almost left me stranded on the road. Tedi in service was phenomenal and went way above beyond in keeping me apprised of what was happening and ensuring my bike was safe and ready to go for my return trip home.
This is a great Harley dealership. We drove the extra miles just to deal with them. We havent always had that kind of experience with Harley. We would definitely refer to them in the future. Thank you for a great experience, we will be back.

Was going back to Iowa from Montana had a engine light come on and go off. Took it to the shop. They got me on right awayJames couldnt get the light to come on so he fixed what he thought it was. He was correct. They had me back on the road in an hour. Great people.

On vacation from Nashville, TN. Had a water temp warning light signal on my 2014 Limited while traveling from Cody, WY to Buffalo, WY. Next days agenda was to see Devils Tower and end in Deadwood, SD.Showed up at 9:00 a.m. Tedi (Srv Mgr) got my bike on the schedule, diagnosed and repaired with a new upgraded water pump system and had us on the road by 12:30 p.m. Saved the day for sure... and made our return trip to Nashville safe and secure.Thanks Deluxe HD Team!

This is a really nice dealership with a lot of inventory and the staff is extra friendly and helpful. They helped me find a specific face shield I need plus they found where I could get a headset cord they did not stock and then they even called the other dealer to make sure they had it and put it in will-call. My friend and I were traveling together and his water pump went bad on the road. There service department took it in at 4 pm and fixed it before they closed. One of the best dealers I have seen.

I have worked with Maria and the team before and they really have a special team here. This is a great Dealership with Sales, Service, and Parts all available. A lot of the employees ride their bikes to work and ride together on the weekends. This for me is a great indicator that the people at Deluxe care about the motorcycle community. No matter where I live I will buy my Harleys from Deluxe.

We are heading to Deadwood the week before Sturgis and one of our riders bike broke down. Called this Harley shop and they said they cant help us because they are closing. So here are stranded for hours trying to figure out how to help our friend in the middle of nothing on Hwy 14. Very disappointed 😞

If I could rate this a 0 star I would.Harley Davidson is a family. It started with a family and we continue to ride as a family. I cannot tell you how many times I have rode on long trips, only to find a road gremlin doing something to the bike where I need to turn off and get something fixed or checked at a local dealer. There are those 90% of dealerships who have checked my bike, fixed my flat, or repaired a part for me. This is NOT one of those dealerships.Bad on yall for taking advantage of a fellow rider who told me you basically robbed him to get him to buy two new tires, when all you had to do was fix a flat. And for a veteran? Should be ashamed.We (the larger Harley Community) have been appalled at your lack of compassion and your blatant desire to make a buck than to help someone. And the fact that you delete these post show that you are more concerned on what others think, than do actually right the wrong.All Harley Riders: Ignore this place.

AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP at all costs. Their physical location provides them the opportunity to prey on transient, out-of-area riders and overcharge them for simple repairs. The service department has arbitrary policies in place which require customers to purchase unnecessary parts and service.For example, instead of repairing a near new rear tire with a perfectly safe and effective patch, the service department REQUIRED the customer to purchase a NEW rear tire...AND a NEW front tire so the treads would match. A service not required by Dunlop or Harley Davidson.
Disappointed Customer of Deluxe Harley-Davidson of Gillette (now a former customer)Residing in Sheridan, I am sharing this review to warn others within the Sheridan market of the potential poor service they may receive if doing service work with Deluxe H-D of Gillette.I scheduled with Deluxe H-D to pick up my 2016 Ultra Limited from my home in Sheridan on Thursday, May 16th for a 10k mile maintenance and replacement of the water pump. This service request was with the mutual understanding that the bike would be completed and delivered back to me on Thursday, May 30th (after 2 full weeks) in time for a scheduled bike run with friends on the weekend of June 1st & 2nd. Deluxe H-D only delivers or picks up on Thursdays.The water pump was ordered out and I don’t know when that happened, but apparently a technician didn’t begin work on replacing the water pump until the end of the 2-week window, Wednesday, May 29th, when it was discovered that a radiator fan also needed to be replaced and a new fan was not in inventory, so it also needed to be ordered and my bike would not be delivered to me on Thursday, May 30th as agreed upon.I called the service manager early afternoon on Friday, May 31st for an update and learned that he received the new radiator fan and the technician was just completing ALL the maintenance and repairs. Since my bike missed the 2-week Thursday delivery day, I requested that the dealership please make arrangements to deliver my bike to me yet that afternoon/evening (Friday) so I could enjoy the planned bike ride the following morning as I didn’t have the opportunity to personally drive to Gillette to pick up my bike. The service manager said he didn’t have transportation delivering to Sheridan until the following Thursday, June 6th.Interestingly, the Deluxe H-D website states “Our Service Department strives to provide a premium customer experience and handle any issues with your Harley-Davidson® motorcycle in an efficient, precise, and timely manner” / “Great Service as well!” It’s one thing not to take responsibility in managing scheduled maintenance and repairs, including anticipating other problems showing up, and quite another thing if not then willing to provide an accommodation to honor the stated “great service in an efficient, precise and timely manner” so the customer is not the one who suffers.Anyway, not accepting the service manager’s bike delivery response, I made contact with the store manager, Maria, who also identified herself as the store owner. I documented and shared with Maria the entire timeline of events with the request that she please arrange for my bike to be delivered to me in Sheridan, as agreed upon, in time for my ride the following morning, thinking that certainly the store manager / owner would want to make things “right” with a repeat, paying customer if given the opportunity. Well, I quickly discovered that Maria doesn’t live the words on her website, at least not if you live in the Sheridan market. With total indifference to my disappointment with her service manager/department not meeting the bike repair and delivery timeline, Maria made it clear that my bike would not be delivered by her dealership until the next scheduled delivery date (Thursday) even though her service department created the delay because they controlled the timeline of when and how the maintenance and repairs would happen and/or what inventory to keep on hand. Bottom line is that I missed the Saturday/Sunday ride because of the poor service from Deluxe H-D and I can’t get that back.Additionally, this fiasco wasn’t for just a $59 oil change. I spent over $1,000 with Deluxe H-D with this scheduled work and over $600 with scheduled work in 2018. When the owner is unwilling to ‘walk-her-talk’ and make accommodations for a “good” customer when warranted, she doesn’t deserve my business. So, beware - if you live outside the Gillette market, consider my experience before calling Deluxe H-D for service work.
