We were spraying some of the test perfumes on small pieces of papers supplied by the store this evening to find out which one we liked as one of the sales people approached my mother and told her not to spray more than once or maybe twice. She repeated this two times as if we do not know how to test perfumes. I could not believe her attitude as if there is a written rule on how many times customers can spray a perfume. We were going to buy perfume as it is my mothers birthday today, but after this warning we decided not to shop at that store. Every time I enter that store, I find the sales people quite rude as they follow customers around and keep asking them if they are still doing all right at a degree to make customers uncomfortable. I will not return and shop there ever again. i do not want to be reprimanded by people who are there to assist us. I find the sales people extremely rude. They need to be taught good customer service. Very poor service!!

The sales reps are quite rude. I bought few perfume sets on a Black Friday. I went back on Sunday and was told by the cashier that I couldn’t buy too much as I already shopped there few days ago. She asked to see my previous receipt which I didn’t had.They should post the limits on the number of items we can buy.

Expensive
