Needed a new king size bed so went to Gilroy store, where Ethan helped us select just exactly what we wanted/needed, a nice king on an adjustable platform. Ethan was very professional, personable and helpful but never pushy, and made the whole process quite efficient. Bed was delivered the next day, again, very efficiently, and quickly. The fellows set up it an demonstrated the features and were gone!!! Overall, extremely satisfying experience, we will be back in another ten years...

Had a great experience with Ethan at this store. The first time we went he was super helpful and really helped us understand what would work best for us. When we were ready to buy we went back to him and he again was fabulous. The prices were great too. Turns out we weren’t able to get the mattress shipped to the central coast where we needed it but still definitely wanted to give a public shout out to Ethan and thank him for his patience and for trying to work with us. So I actually bought a Mattress here like a month ago because I was moving to my own place and the customer service was amazing. I told the employee Alvin that I would write a review because of how great the service was and I still havent forgot about my promise. He had the patience to ask us so many questions and allowed me and my girlfriend to test some mattresses in the most sanitary he was able to find. I had been sleeping on the floor for over a year and half and my back is full of knots and Im only 23. He was able to find me a great price and now sleeping in my bed for a couple of weeks I can say he found me a great mattress as well . I didnt forget and Im writing this review for a reason! That extra effort that he made is an effort I wont forget. Havent slept this great in literally like 2 years. Amazing service, thank you!!!

I got excellent assistance and advice from a young man named Ethan. I was there to find a mattress for my elderly mom that would be compatible with a hospital bed she sleeps in. She has severe osteoarthritis in her back and cannot lay flat so the mattress had to be just the right firmness and we wanted a pillow top for softness. I was able to bring my mother into the store to try them out. Ethan was extremely helpful and gentle with my mom. I’m so grateful.

My husband has sleep apnea and back issues so finding the right mattress was tough but Shaya knocked it out of the park. I had a great experience here when purchasing my second mattress from this location. Marcie and Neil helped me out. Marcie was not too pressuring as normal sales reps are and when I returned with my counterpart to check out the mattresses, Neil assisted. It was late at night so I was expecting a less than friendly service which was not the case. Neil was professional, and very knowledgeable and quite friendly. I didnt get to sleep on it for 2 days as still moving. As I was making the bed I realized it was quite high and I had asked Gabe for the short legs so I called him and he actually took time out of his day to come from Gilroy to Hollister and adjusted the legs all the way down. Purchased a Beauty Rest mattress from Mattress Firm about 2yrs ago. Thought our mattress was to soft due to my on going lower back pain and my wifes hip pain. Went back to Mattress Firm to consider a different mattress. Remember my expensive Beauty Rest was only 2 yrs old. The district sales manager (who happened to be in the store that day), and the sales associate, understood my situation and went above and beyond to accommodate purchasing a new mattress.

Ivan was super helpful with finding the perfect mattress. The store was also very clean, they are doing a great job making the consumer feel safe during COVID.
