Fully staffed but only one person has a register number. Jimmy the ASM came by but didn’t help, and has no pulse on his shop or employees. This ... is ... bad. Really bad experience when 10+ auto shops are right down the street.

They never answer the phone to help you make an appointment.

They dont have enough mechanics to serve everyone and cant even change a tire until the next day. But they sold me some decent tires.

Went for an oil change and they recommend for air filter too.(Had done synthetic oil change finished in hour and half) Though they said it can take 2 and 1/2 hours. They only had 2 people but eventually someone else came so they did it quicker.

Friendly service and was ready around the time he said it would be. Car feels smoother and stronger than ever after high mileage oil change new air filter, new wipers and tire rotation. Car has past 200k and expecting my Pilot to go another 200k.! But Im gonna only give 4 ☆s cuz I wanted the fuel system flushed I was told it wasnt available. 😕

3 hr wait time to get a simple oil service done with only 1 car in the bay, and I was second in line. Why? I asked if I could help them because it seemed like they needed someone to manage them.

People are really nice and the prices are good. However, you dont pay a lot because the service isnt there. There is a few people doing the work of a lot of people. Expect to wait or come back another day. Come early and be prepared to wait or have a ride.

Less expensive, but you need plenty of time and patience. These folks are slow and the auto shop does not have enough workers. I see an issue with accountability too.. no one here to address the concerns of the customers..My experience at gilroy Walmart.

Price is reasonable. Make sure to get dropped off. Over 4 hours 😑 the employees also act like they dont care, seems like they purposely take their time...

The men that helped me where awesome!! They made sure I was save and that I had oil to take my trip.

TI take my three vehicles for oil changes and got tires on one of my trucks. They do good service wish they had more when theyre busy. Prices are right.

Pricing is great. Lacking sufficient staffing. The mechanic has to run the cash register as well.

This is experience was terrible. When calling on the other day I got a totally different informative vibrant personality, and that is what made us drive here for our tires. But, when we got here it was a totally different experience. We were immediately introduced to terrible customer service and a terrible attitude. Every question we asked was responded with an attitude as well as no information regarding what we were asking. The employee was very rude, no customer service skills, and combative. He even spoke rudely to his coworker/employee. WE WILL NOT RETURN HERE FOR ANY SERVICES!

One of the worst automotive experiences I’ve ever had. And that includes car accidents. Ordered tires a week before, no one could find them. Literally only one guy on register and one guy doing actual work. Wait time to have 4 tires put on was 5+ hours. Two guys working were reasonably polite. But whoever manages the auto center isn’t trying very hard.

Made an appointment at 1 to put my tires on and they didnt start working on may car till 2 whats the whole point of making an appointment

Walk-in to change the oil and the only thing they told me 4-5 hours for the change had many appointments, the next day wak-in again and the response same to 3-4 hours for the change could not even schedule an appointment .. will they be lazy or do not really care about their work?

Ive got mixed feelings about my experience here, only because a simple oil change that was supposed to be done in about an hour, took over 4 hours and they never even tried to apologize.. Their lucky that I didnt cause a disturbance and get myself 86ed from the place.

Customer service izzy was very nice and efficient at assisting those of us in line. However they dont have the wrench to change the oil filter on a Mercedes so unfortunately they couldnt change my oil.

Never a smooth visit, but I end up getting what I need done.

Horrible. No one has keys for Auto cage. If you ask anyone they are bothered by your presence.

Its Walmart what did you expect? They show these Goodyear Wrangler Authority tires for $123 but of course they dont have or it will take a long time to ship them or find them online🤦‍♂️

Never have I had worse service or felt disappointed with what I purchased.I used to work at the Walmart TLE in Livermore for 2 years. I understand how stamped and outright busy you can get.No excuse! This TLE is completely understaffed to the point my oil change was 4 hours.When they were finished doing whatever they were doing, my oil filter wasn’t changed, my oil was half a quart over filled and my tires were deflated to 26 pounds in the front and 32 in the rear.After all that was done they couldn’t process my gift card I had just purchased in store and were mad at me because I didn’t have any other way to pay but with the gift card.Notes:-Staff and supply your employees with what they need including coworkers.-Stop hard selling gift cards you can’t accept.-Do Not Sell this as a Premium Oil change if you cannot complete services and in a timely matter.

I had a very bad experience here I took my truck for a simple oil change they took about 3 and a half hours very bad service I do not recomend any one to come here

If I could give a worse star rating I would, they worked on my car for almost 2 hours then told me my oil pan bolt was tightened too much and they couldnt remove it that I needed to go somewhere else as they didnt have the tools, didnt tell me they stripped my bolt, when I went to another place they told me it was stripped and looked freshly stripped, went and filed a claim and the guy said they didnt do it, that it came in stripped.

I have come here like 4 different times to try to get an oil change and tire rotation, and each time they are beyond backed up. Dont waste your time coming here until this greedy corporation hires more people.
