The service is subpar, they often close about 10 mins early because they’re trying to close and leave sooner.. and they always run out of items like peanut Butter. Unimpressed and the team members need better customer service

I come to this store very often and love this place absolutely! Get cakes here often and we picked up our bunny cake and it was adorable. I highly recommend this place. Great service and top notch quality.

We ordered a cake at this Baskin Robbins and it turned out perfect. My little one loved it and made our event so special.

This is March 2021 and in January 2021, my daughter turned 13 and wanted a cake from here. While eating her chocolate 🪵 cake, we found multiple strands of hair in them .... and you can imagine how that went.I went to the store the next time but the owner wasn’t present so I sent an email with pictures.No response was ever received or apology or even just acknowledgement of that email.Today 3/31, my kids ask to go in there and I remembered to talk to the owner but her response was shocking.After I asked her if she checks her emails she said yes and always I proceeded to tell her my experience.Her response was something like this“I will have to check with my production line, we don’t make anything here “ I said Ma’am is that all you have to say ? I was hoping for you to acknowledge my experience and at least take responsibility for that moment ruined and the fact that I returned to support your small business. But oh no .... she went on to scream in-front of her staff asking me to not come back . (Like I was ever ) I also went on to pay for my daughters ice cream 🍨 as she yelled “ don’t come back”.The level of unprofessionalism was astounding, in-front of her staff and my lil 8 yr old daughter!!If you can’t hold yourself together and apologize to a client may be you should reconsider your business strategy in such a small town.It’s such an inappropriate move towards a customer from a boss/ owner .I will not be returning and I will make sure I tell others of this behavior until you improve your customer service.I am sure I am not the only one that has had this but I am just the one deciding to write about it. I love to support small businesses but this should not be acceptable customer service in any business.

The single scoops are so little. They barleyyy put any in and it’s not worth the price. There was a lot of attitude and when I walked in I was hit with a wave a heat and the air was thick. Not a pleasant experience.

This is good place to get some dessert whether it is a sundae or a shake or an ice cream pizza or a cake. They have everything one can expect from an ice cream shop. They even have pies and some cute looking clown cones for kids to enjoy. Attaching a picture here to show the variety of things they have to offer. Baskin-Robins ice-cream is my favorite but sadly this store is quite dirty. Makes me question the safety of the food.

I bought a cake from this store today. I wanted something related to a train and this is what they gave me. Could not have been happier. My child loved it, his friends were very happy and their parents were extremely impressed. This cake just made the party glow. I wanted to sincerely Thank the team working at this store.

I needed a cake with a particular theme and this store did an AMAZING job! Picture is attached. Beautiful colors, gorgeous candles, real looking water and beach.....I mean I cant believe it they made such a pretty cake. Highly highly recommended.

Came are at 9 oclock, closed. This is the third time Ive come where theyve closed WAY before their hours on their door states and on Google.

I walked in here to buy a cake, cant say much about the employees because we really didnt interact, but this place isnt how it used to be. Needs to be kept nice and clean, everything at counter look very dirty and sticky.

My family and I went to this location for various ice cream items; it had been a really long time since we’d been here. Upon entering, the shop looked dated and dirty but there was a long line and assumed we were going to get exceptional service. Baskin-Robbins has a great product with its ice cream, so nothing can really go wrong there. We ordered a couple of ice cream scoops and two large milkshakes. This is our standard order and expected standard product/serving size. The picture attached is what we got for the shakes. It was missing about 2 inches of shake from each cup. We have purchased milkshakes before, at different locations, and had never had the shakes served like this. When we asked the girl attending us, if this was how they served their shakes, she said “I followed the measurements and it’s really busy.” I was taken aback because I had never heard this kind of response. Usually, employees apologize and try to rectify the problem and not take a defensive stance with a customer, especially when the product is so expensive. Since there was a long line, I did not want to make a scene and paid for my items, although it was obvious I was not too happy about it. If you want a milkshake at this Baskin-Robbins, expect this kind of product. Will not be going here again.

I get it, it was Mothers Day and, thus, probably busy throughout the day; however thats no excuse to be rude to a customer...especially when its not warranted.When I got there, there were no other customers. I told the server that it was going to be an order of four triple scoop ice-creams in bowls. I was not asked if my order would be to go; however, with the amount I was ordering and considering I was alone, one could/should have safely assumed. In any case, I politely asked if I could please get a lid for the 1st triple scoop bowl she handed me with a spoon as the order was to go. At this point, the server ROLLED her eyes at me, roughly yanked the spoon out of the bowl, harshly flung it into the garbage can, and begrudgingly put a lid on as requested. I mean she had an obvious attitude as if how dare I ask for a lid!She completed my order but the entire time, she was acting as if how dare I make her scoop ice-cream. I was stunned! By the time I was given the 4th triple scoop, other customers had come in and the one immediately after me gave me a look of what the heck when I turned and looked at her as she, too, was seeing the attitude I was receiving from this server because it was THAT obvious.I normally leave a tip; however, this time I did not as I dont think Ive ever been treated with such an attitude like this server had for no reason other than to be rude....and considering the tip jar was completely empty at 4p, I have a feeling I wasnt the only one mistreated that day.This was my 1st time going to this location, and probably my last as I really dont see myself patronizing this particular BR again. The ONLY reason Im giving it 2-stars is 1) the order was correct and 2) the ice-cream, as always, was yummy.

It was hot yesterday, and I wanted some ice cream. While looking for a flavor, I noticed that they placed globs of ice cream from the older buckets onto new ones.The flavor I wanted barely had any ice cream in it, looked old and was discolored. I asked if they could bring out another bucket, the girl looked dumb founded and told me no. Of course they wouldnt accommodate me, their customer. Wont be back. Thanks!!!

I come here often because it is the closest Baskin we have, but recently they have made some great changes. They have ice cream tacos(never seen that before), they have all flavors of roll cakes available and above all they have candles now. It is so easy to just go and pick everything from one place. Oh and yes, they have full sheet cakes available in the display. Seriously, so easy to pick cakes now. New flavors are available and good service.

The guy working there did not even notice me walk in for literally a minute (there were no other customers at the time.) He was on his phone but at least he apologized, I put in my order for a double scoop with a dipped waffle cone. Once the order was done, I was only able to eat half the cone. Literally half the cone because the wrapper around the cone was glued to the cone, I wouldn’t be making a big deal out of this if it wasn’t the 4th time this has happened.

I am not usually one to make a big deal about things like this But this has happened several times. I have not only seen the workers and THE OWNER put the old ice cream on top of the new one and it drips down the sides of the tub. The owner is extremely rude and the service is horrible. I waited so long to get helped because one of the workers was on their phone and when they finally saw me they were rude. The prices are ridicules for the size and they do not fill it all the way. The place is always filthy and I saw mold on of the cakes because it had been there for so long. the new owner is honestly running the place to the ground, the old owner was always on top of everything and hired the nicest kids. will not be going back until they change owners because G as they employees call her, is making the business unpleasent

We very disappointed with our Celebration Cake. Boo! It was not a celebration at all. I was embarrassed after unboxing the cake. People were laughing at it! The writing was horrible!

I often come to Nob Hill to get groceries and felt like eating something sweet so thought to go to Baskin Robbins close by. I was so impressed by the energy in the staff and the cakes were beautiful. Really enjoyed my Ice cream and highly likely I will come back again.

I’ve ordered multiple times and was given the wrong flavor or a milkshake instead of a malt or vice versa. Not too important but rather annoying for the price you pay. There is always a line, it’s dirty, and the teens that work there are rather slow for waiting customers. I’d rather go to the grocery store and get a pint. Highly disappointed

Ice cream is always good when I go there. But one employee has his headphones on while helping customers. Very unprofessional, especially when there is always music playing in the speaker system. If store is empty no problem. But when people are waiting for their orders please put them away.

The ice cream is great, however each time I have gone, the one person making the ice cream is consistently taking their time even when the line is to the door.

I love the service and energy that the cake decorators and servers showed. This store really cares for all the needs of the customers as well as the customers themselves. I went with my entire family looking for a cake for my sister’s birthday. As we walked in we were greeted with a friendly smile and made very welcome. We had a tough time of deciding what cake we wanted, but the cake decorating team was very helpful is tailoring to our needs. We eventually placed an order for a tiramisu over chocolate cake. When we picked up our order, I was very impressed that everything was neat. The frosting was professionally done, the borders evenly spaced, and the presentation was efficient. The team wasted no time in taking my order, completing the order and serving me and my family. My family has been getting our cakes from this Baskin Robbins for many years. I would definitely continue coming back to this store for any and all cakes needs that I will have.

Just ordered a Reesie‘s layered Sunday, judging by the picture on the menu was something I thought I was going to enjoy. When it was handed to me it didn’t even come close to the top of the sundae cup, two scoops of ice cream the size of a golf ball and a sprinkling of Reesie’s peanut butter cups for eight dollars, complete rip off.Baskin Robbins you should be ashamed of yourself.

Who doesnt love great ice cream?! The Baskin Robbins on first Street hires and employs some fabulous teens.

The best icecream makes the best milkshake. That soft serve b.s. they have at other places is NOT icecream, and has no business being in a shake.

Its hit or miss when you come here. Some days you get good service and other times the teenagers working make you feel unwelcome or rushed. The ice cream is always good and they accommodate most requests.

Ran out of a few ingredients that night before I came on. There was one young mam who was taking the orders. The name on the receipt is gurk. Another young man was also helping getting the line down What bothered me was this tall kid who walks in with street clothes goes behind the register and start ringing up a girl. She orders about 4 or 5 items and her ticket was about $4. I know whats going on. Abuse of employee iscount. Shout out gurk for helping me complete my door dash order by recommending a replacement item. Tell grease ball to not be so obvious and that what he is doing is stealing.
