No respect for their customers. Stabbed us in the back by suddenly doubling our monthly rent from $80 to $180. They actually admitted to squeezing everyone because they realized they are one of only 2 storage providers in the area. We also realized we could manage our items without them, and that their services are no longer required, or wanted.

We didnt even think twice about renting here. We got the space over the phone and Patricia gladly showed us our parking space for our travel trailer. All the Extra Space Storage’s I’ve rented at have been terrific, this one in particular was great because the units are all drive up and very well lit in the evenings. My experience started off questionable due to a system issue with my rental. However Patricia was VERY helpful and polite about the situation. I determined that any issues I had were only that of a system issue with the new Rapid Rental online feature. So I give 5 stars for service, 3 stars for the system issue. Overall 3 stars. I can safely say that if Patricia is the one helping, you will be taken care of.

We were in the middle of organizing our unit in this heat and Patricia offered to bring us water. Told us to stay hydrated and if we need to cool off just come to the office. This is not her job to check on us. Her hospitality and care is genuine. Thank you for being the prime example of customer service!

This place is tucked in the middle of Forest St and it has two gates to enter. Very secure facility and they offer the best locks and security! Couldn’t beat the price I got first month rent free I only need the space for few weeks so this was awesome!! 😎

I have been renting here for years and Primo and Patricia are extremely helpful. Genuinely caring people. Storage facility is very well lit with cameras everywhere and people who actually pay attention. I have rented at other storage facilities in gilroy and this one is by far the best.

Very secure location but a bit pricey

Simply ask for Patricia for your storage needs. She called my mom when she accidentally left her keys in storage. Patricia called immediately to let my mom know that she found the keys during her lock check. We literally just left 10 min ago. Thank you 😘😘😘

Drove my RV to my locker to load up for an upcoming trip. Forgot my lights on and drained the battery. I had to leave the RV there overnight before I could get service. Primo was fabulous. We had left a note on the door explaining what happened and my name and phone number on it. Primo gave us kudos and asked if we needed help. He was very gracious about a 37-foot RV left in the row!
