I was trying to get a new phone but I couldnt get my number transferred over to New Jersey so I dont know how good T-Mobile truly is but I gave him four stars because they did try

So I came into this location about a week or so ago to buy the Samsung Galaxy Note Ultra (128gb) outright . After upgrading not only my phone but my phone plan i must say the 5G difference is more than noticably satisfying to say the least. Carlos was the T-Mobile rep that hooked me up with the goods. Him and his team made my experience smooth and comfortable. Highly recommend the Glassboro location.

Never have a bad time at this store, staff is very nice and are very smart. Raven helped me out a lot today with my confusion. And showed me a hug deal on apple watches which I have been wanting for a while! She was very nice and easy to understand. I have stores closer to where I live but this store never fails to help me out! Thank you again guys!

Worked here for years and I take pride in helping my guests. If anyone has any type of problem, its because you were either committing FRAUD, TRYING to commit Fraud, or were treating us staff members like garbage. We take pride in helping others and giving our all. We may be short staffed, but if you would take the time to actually learn to work your phone and The T-mobile App, youd be fine. 🤷‍♀️

Terrible customer service and communication. Definitely worth the drive to go to the Deptford mall store. A few more minutes with save you a lot of headaches.

We are always happy and very willing to help ANY customer with ANY problem when they enter our location. Just please make sure the account belongs to YOU and you have valid ID to prove as such. We will NOT under any circumstances access a customers account without proper identification. Kick, scream, yell, get mad. Not happening. This is for YOUR protection. To say someone is accessing your account without permission and then ask us to access an account you yourself are not authorized on! Its hypocrisy and wont happen in my location. So if you want great customer service, amazing deals, and your personal and private information protected then come to Tmobile in Glassboro. If you want to commit fraud then go elsewhere.

The staff is not knowledgeable. They did not know the current promotions. The were reading the website as I stood next to them. Wasted an hour and did not buy the phone. Will go to a different carrier. They were polite which is the only reason I gave them 2 stars.

Tiffany was amazing, Also, Skyler was great. Between the both of them they got me two new phones for the price of one. They also saved me alot of money. I was with Verizon wireless for 20 years. Wow, how time flys! Verizon wireless wouldnt even give me a discount on a new phone. Forgot to mention I had the same phone for all that time. I think I amassed about 14 free upgrades in that time. The phone went really bad. Asked what I could get, We cant do anything. Almost bought a J7 since I was with them all those years. Dont like change too much. My bill was over $60 a month with Verizon with only 500 meg.I had a lot of trouble with Comcast to get a cable connection for inet at me house years ago, so I finally went to tmobile for a hot spot, had it for quite a long time A few years ago, they made me buy a new hotspot because of upgrades, wast too happy about that!Over all, between the plan with Verizon for the cell phone and tmobile for hot spot I am paying less and have way more! Thank you Tiffany and Skyler!Would definitely recommend the Tmobile Glassboro NJ store to everyone I know, even if its out of their way!

Never have had such a horrible experience at a tmobile store let alone any store for that matter in my life. No customer service skills I was ignored for 30 minutes when I first walked in there were three workers and only one customer other than myself. Very loud and obnoxious behavior from the workers whom were yelling the entire time and not one person even acknowledged me until I was about to walk out the store. Dont go here for a phone.

Very slow, came to pay my bill got here at 5:00pm, 5:30pm still waiting to pay my bill. Only 2 associates working and only 2 customers in the store. Not coming back!
