Didn’t ask was our phones unlocked left the store without having phones working was told to have boost unlock them they won’t have to be with them for a year didn’t know that had to go back to boost and pay 175 there and cricket even lost my number I had to get a new number they refuse to refund me my 175 the person name was sandy b should of asked us was our phones unlocked in the beginning so I made a complaint to the better business bureau . Better business bureau is getting my money back I will never go back to the glen carbon store sandy B doesn’t know what she is doing she needs fired even the other Cricket stores I talked to agree with me what she did wasn’t right I guess she pocketed the money

The staff is amazing. Dominique helped me with a problem that I had not identified correctly. She smiled through the whole process. Never losing her p The other woman working was also pleasant and kind. Again to the staff thank you.

Was just in the Glen Carbon Cricket Wireless store this morning, and to be quite honest I was blown away. The store is clean, crisp, fresh and spacious. The customer service is unbelievable! They were knowledgeable and helpful, and I have to say, relative to other wireless service stores in the surrounding area, they are hands down THE best! Most other stores have 40 minute wait times at minimum along with crappy, snarky, and just plain rude customer service representatives. This shop is 5 stars all the way; you will not be disappointed.

I would just like to tell the manager or supervisor of this establishment what an amazing experience I had working with Von last night!!I came in around 5pm and needed 5 new phones as well as new lines with # port in’s. I was switching from Sprint (we all know how difficult they can be) however Von was so patient with all of my questions and needs. Not only that, but this was probably the best and quickest cell phone experience I have ever had!! Kudos to Von and your store. I am glad to be a Cricket customer!!
