I WAS AT DRIVE THRU THE OTHER DAY AND IT WAS BUSY BECAUSE OF THIS GIRL NAME JESSICA TAKING TO LONG TALKING OR IT SEEMS FLIRTING WITH A CUSTOMER UPFRONT. I FIND THIS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISRESPECTFUL. especially since she’s doing this on her job and flirting or talking to another customer more then 15 min. I was frustrated.

Drive thru at this location 2x a week. Service is average-some people better than others. Today, not only did I have to repeat my order three times, when I got to the window and asked for a straw for my cappuccino-I was told there was a straw shortage and I couldnt have one! May sound petty but $5+ for a coffee.

A really nice Starbucks with a large seating area. The service is great. They offer gender neutral bathrooms as well. If you enjoy Starbucks, you will like this location as it offers all the greatest hits. The food selection is good, and its in a convenient location. It is worth visiting when you need coffee in the area.

I had the worst experience at Starbucks today. We ordered 2 iced coffees and both had zero coffee in them. My drink was cream, ice and syrup. It was disgusting! My husbands was just the same. We come to Starbucks to drink the coffee... it is already an expensive drink. You could at least put coffee in it. Extremely disappointed!

Its your regular ordinary run of the mill Starbucks. Its decent due to the fact that its new and has all the pretty new equipment but if you are going through the drive thru none of that will matter anyway. Its very similar to many other locations in the attitudes and attention given to the customers from the employees. The last time I was in there I dont think the person behind the counter looked up at me once, she just looked at the screen and a coworker who she was giving my order to. It was like I wasnt even there. I was only buying a hot chocolate but I was spending my money there but you wouldnt have known it by the lack of communication and attention. I havent been back since.

This pumpkin cream CB made my day and the wonderful barista who made it for me deserves the credit though I didnt catch her name but she did awesome job of making this concoction. I love extra caramel drizzle in my cold brew, but seemingly people are having trouble hearing me say extra. But today, the barista knew exactly how much I wanted and I am grateful for that. Thank you.

I ordered latte through app. I stopped by to pick up my drink. I got more than quarter of cup empty, only foam. You cant change the customer $4.32 for small coffee. Employees should be more responsible when making coffee. Im very disappointed. It was the last time when I bought coffe there.

I pulled up to drive up on 4/30 at 5.33 pm. I was third in line and two cars behind me. When got to order mic I was told they were closed at 5.30 even though website says 8.30 pm close. . They would not take my order and the two cars behind me and I had to back out of the drive up. I asked why there was not a cone blocking drive up to let customers know. Told that she would have to talk to her manager Stepanie about that. REALLY !! As I was pulling out another car pulled into driveup to experience this nonsense. Someone from corporate needs to look into this site. Lots of service complaints. Sad.My bad,,,this review should have been posted to the Sarbucks 430 Armry Trail location.

Consistently the slowest Starbucks in the area. Most of the staff are super nice (especially Sam) and the drinks are always great. They keep odd hours and more than once Ive placed a mobile order, arrived five minutes later and they are closed.

I find it ridiculous that this is the 3rd time Ive went to this Starbucks and waited in line for over 15min for a cup of coffee! They always have an issue or are out of sandwiches. When they do have a sandwich (panini) by the time I get my sandwich its cold! From now on going to the one on Lake st in Bloomingdale

If I could rate it lower, I would! Sat in my car ready to order for at least 5 minutes, they did not bother to greet. Thought the speaker was broken so we drove up to the window. There was a car ahead of us, they got their stuff and left. We drove up to the window and again we were not acknowledged. The girl at the window didnt even bother to turn to look at us. We then heard someone else talking over the speaker behind us. Drove off. What kind of service is this?! Will never go back to that location.

I used to go to this location 2 to 3 times a week. Today is the last day I visit this location. In the last month I have had to exchange my drinks 3 times, or I have to come home in remake my drink because it doesnt taste right. As much money as Starbucks cost, I should not have to come home and remake my drinks so they taste right. Today was the last straw. First, the music is so loud the cashier could not hear my order and I could not hear him either. This is a coffee shop not a dance club. The girls are making jokes and laughing so loud. So unprofessional. Then I get my drinks and they are so watery. I suggest getting a new lead night manager and/or a new store manger because everytime I ask for one he or she is NEVER there. Hopefully I will habe better luck at a different Starbucks.

Rude staff.. Understand social distancing policies and what not.. Was half sitting on a stool leaning up against the counter along the outer wall waiting for my order when the staff badgered me about needing to move somewhere else closer by other people.. Because there was a sign there... Really? Necessary?? Or just the power trip that people are living on now to be the enforcers of these new policies dictating our lives in the world.

Starbucks over the years have gone downhill but I was really impressed with this one and their staff especially Sal. Even though he was a little hesitant on giving me his name they took care of me with my uncut cold brew; which is difficult to come by these days. Thanks again and see you all soon.Still five stars and one of the best Starbucks I’ve been to, in terms of service. Not sure of the young man’s name behind the counter to help me, but he got me my uncut cold brew no water, easy ice. Sometimes this is a hard task for some of the Starbucks I come across, this is been my go to drink for years and I appreciate I can still get it in certain spots.

Got a cold brew coffee with pumpkin whip on top, very good, would be great if you could get the whip with out sugar, its way too sweet. But as the barista told meyou cant get anything that does not have sweetener in it here its my treat for the week. Happy pumpkin fall to me!

The barista used a disposable cup to fill up my reusable cup and promptly threw away the disposable cup. The whole purpose of having a reusable cup is to not create waste. Will not be coming here ever again. Get a reusable measuring cup. It’s not that’s hard.Also, the cold brew tastes ridiculously watered down. Does not taste like cold brew. Go somewhere else and don’t spend your money here!

I have pretty much given up on going to Starbucks but my reasons are probably not going to be appreciatedThe first reason I give is because of personal preference and that is being that their coffee is just too strong instead of Boldore robust it just tastes like they put twice as much grounds in while Brewing the coffeeThe second reason I would say is they are expensive compared to many other coffee shops and have become so large that their overhead has driven their prices sky-highLastly and the one that may upset many would be for political reasons and their views on the country the president and older political reasons I just refuse to donate my cash to a place that I have more than one reason to go somewhere else forDo I hate Starbucks no so the best thing I can tell you is try it for yourself and if you enjoy the product for the price then you really did not need to read this review as reviews are only one persons opinion

I come to this Starbucks almost every day and each member of the staff is amazing. I try to use my reusable glass cup as much as possible, and while doing so, I was informed that the top of my cup had chipped. I was sad but I’ve used it every day so I figured it was time to get a new one. I was pleasantly surprised when one of the workers came back with another new one just like it. Above and beyond store. Thank you!

Our experience at this location was really quite below our usual experiences at Starbucks.After a 5+ minute wait in the drive-thru, we were overcharged and handed someone elses order. After we handed it back through the window, explained the issue, and got the correct item, the cashier tried to wave us through without refunding the difference. Then, when we asked for the difference back, she told us she would put the difference back on our card - but we had paid in cash! At this point, another staff member intervened and handed us the amount difference to the nearest dollar (which was less than what we were owed) and seemed to expect us to drive on and stop bugging them. I felt like asking - may I pay for my next order, rounding down to the nearest dollar?Its not about the money, it was the I-dont-really-care attitude at what is a rather expensive coffee chain that bugged me.

After waiting for 5 minutes in the drive thru and not moving an inch, I decided to go in, hoping for a shorter wait. There was no line; however, my kids and I stood in line at the register for at least 5 minutes, with 4 workers behind the counter, and not one of them greeted us, told us they would be with us in a moment, asked if we had been helped yet, nothing. We decided to leave. Horrible service, long wait times...I will stick to my usual Starbucks locations on Lake Street instead!!

First time trying starbucks and i got a horchata frappe off of the secret menu but when i went to order i tried to ask the man on the mic a question and he ignored me and told me to pull up so i asked again and he said PULL UP so i just pulled up and bit the bullet, the drink was amazing but the customer service was horrible. Terrible experience. There was a fly, flying around inside the pastry showcase, we told the lady attending us, she curly said oh thats ok,we dont pull anything out of it, we serve fresh from the package. Next thing I know, she was pulling the pastry we ordered right out of the show case, when I told her about is, she goes oh I am sorry but more than half of our order was already filled before I had noticed it. We canceled our ordet, just had the coffee only. There was no remorse at all on her face. Wanted to ask her name but by the time I turned around she was nowhere to be seen. Did not want to make a scene but I will be calling the district Manger soon. Amazing that they had the Store manager and District Manger business cards by the condiment area.

This place is a hit or miss...mostly a miss for me...of the dozen times ive been here maybe it was twice that i got a cheerful good service. Beaides that order messed up, rude or no Courtesy. Once they just forgot my order and i was waiting and waiting...when i finally asked the manager was there and she very subtly offered me a free drink card. Most of the time all the barista even the manager they are so monotone and a poker face. My worst experience was with Martin he is just straight out rude and inconsiderate. I am a freakin paying customers, dont need to get an attitude that you are doing me a favor of making my coffee the way I want it!!! 😐

I dont go to Starbucks very often. My boss alway has this pink drink and i didnt know what it was called. I tried to order it and just said it was an iced pink drink and they knew exactly what i was talking about. It was pasion fruit lemonade. I was there with my 3 kids and everone order ed something different. The cashier was so kind and waited for everyone to order even though we toom so long. Nice staff and good drinks. My kids love the scones as well.
