The pharmacists Evan and Harrish are excellent. The store in general is very nice and has most everything
This location still needs improving and to acquire a more customer service etiquette friendly, environment. Haris the lead pharmacist needs to address the staff he hired. The assistance pharmacist Katherine is still on some drama issues and negating the customers needs because of her negative attributes not conducive to what a pharmacist is supposed to be about in an ethical capacity towards customers and their medication like lying in your face and to your nurse and insurance company that your doctor sent a 5(Mg) prescription for your ear drops when it was a 10 MG prescription causing you to continue having to get the ear drops and bill your insurance double which is unethical, unprofessional and dishonest, which my Insurance company and doctor concluded. It places you on guard to check every prescription before leaving that facility. I worry sometimes if the same thing is happening to childrens prescriptions so Parents please check everything before leaving that facility. Evan generates a positive attitude, But it is not sincere and is also a part of the problem that needs reprimanding. He became angry when I called him Evan or Ethan, I deal with numerous businesses and when your name tag is not on I am not obligated to remember your name. But as a customer it is his responsibility to respect a customer.Staff needs to realize that without customers that will be the cause of their demise. We dont owe staff anything other than making sure that they adequately treat us with respect and handle our prescriptions with the utmost care and concern, as to why the corporation hired them to do. If they cannot accomplish that eventually their numbers with exhibit that to corporate and either be replaced by staff focused on the welfare of the customers needs. Would not recommend this facility to people with children elderly family members or people of color they seem to have a misconceived notion of a customers intelligence, when its obvious its something that they lack
Make sure your system sends text messages BEFORE the prescription is picked up, not after it’s picked up. Also try to pick up the phone quickly.
Pharmacy service was very quick and the staff very courteous.
If you are trying to follow CDC guidelines by being careful and wearing your mask don’t go here. Just went in for a few things I needed quickly and had to leave because in a matter of 5 minutes there was at least two people inside without masks. No one and absolutely no one said anything. This CVS is a joke and not following protocols.
No photo center. My husband and I were looking for a store with a photo center, and as we drove west on North Avenue, we noticed the words photo center displayed on the far east side of the building. We turned into the lot, and when we entered a polite cashier greeted us. When we asked if there was a photo center, she kindly explained that there was not. Not really a big deal, but hope this review saves someone (who might be in a hurry, as we were) the effort!
Virginia and Haris at pharmacy were very helpful, was never the biggest fan of cvs, now its MY pharmacy, thank you guys!
I’ve been going here for 16 years and I’ve always felt welcome, helped and that the employees take their job seriously. They always ask if I need anything and answer any questions I have. They were the first store I shopped at that were phasing out cigarettes. I was surprised knowing that cigarettes/nicotine products were hot selling products. Great place!
Mask not being wornI just picked up a prescription. All employees in the building were wearing a mask with the exception of one employee in the pharmacy. When I asked why the one person was not wearing a mask I was told that he was not coming into contact with any patients. According to the Illinois Department of Public Health masks are suppose to be worn under a number of circumstances. The first example given is: Shopping at essential businesses, like grocery stores or pharmacies. This person was 15 away from the others, but was speaking to them across the work area. Grocery stores are not even allowing people into their business without a mask. It seems to me as though a pharmacy that serves people who are ill should follow guidelines at least as strict as a grocery store. The pharmacists that were filling prescriptions were just as far from me as this person and they were wearing masks even though they were filling prescriptions, not interacting with patients.
Nice employees and friendly.
Staff is friendly, but pharmacy closes too early... You might as well shut all doors cause if anyone wanted groceries, youd be better off at Walmart...
Always has what I need.
The employees are always around to help with any question I may have. I go here often since its close and dont mind paying a little extra for great service.
The stock situation and neatness/cleanliness are sketchy at times. It seems like things are just kind of thrown up or thrown together and it makes the store feel cluttered at times. It almost feels uncomfortable to be in at times, enough so that I avoid shopping there unless absolutely necessary most times.
The one star is for the pharmacy. The people who are working there seem nice, but unfortunately that doesnt help when they dont actually follow through with what they say they will do. Ive been shorted pills, needed to call after a prescription wasnt transferred from another pharmacy after a week (they apparently lost their records from when I stopped in to transfer it), and I am still getting phone reminders to refill meds that I specifically asked not to get calls for. If you can, avoid this place and get your meds filled elsewhere.
Pharmacy staff excellent but HORRIBLY under-staffed. Phone calls typically on hold for 10 minutes.
The guy at the register clearly does not know their own coupon policy! As per Cvs policy, they allow the stack of store sales with manufacturer coupon. They will not give cash back on overages, but if the coupon is over the value of the item, they will adjust it or let other items in your order to absorb the overage. But this guy just wouldnt listen like he just wants to be mean. I did not have all day, left this store, went to another one and had no problems whatsoever. The store manager of this store should educate their staff properly.Oh btw, please fix your door before it breaks on someone someday.
All these drugs and I still remember.-Kody Mic
Great extrabucks program has allowed me to turn $50 transactions into $3 while getting at least $15 back each time! Excellent program benefits everyone!
Prices are too high, no public bathrooms...
Great arrive, employees are very friendly, clean and well organized.
They guy Eric in Pharmacy was so incredible and cooperative 👍
Worst pharmacy ever. They give you the wrong product and refuse to give a refund, they were all very rude, unhelpful, and undereducated. I will never go to CVS again. Im absolutely Will never go to a CVS pharmacy again. STICK WITH WALLGREENS
Nice employees but they need to remodel the store and clean it up. To be honest it looks like the store is closing down.
No customer service, no smile, employees with an attitude, angry, not professional.Parking dirty, not taking care.I witteness employees abuzing a delivery driver.CVS needs to do some training, firing and cleaning there.
Ive gone to 3 different CVS stores and found the same problem with every one of them...overpriced, everything from medication to paper towels to beauty products. 25 to 50% higher than everyone else like Walmart, Walgreens and Target. Even with your discount card that they give you, your still paying considerably higher. I guess its great bif people have money to burn...My shopping days at CVS are over.....
Better prices than Walgreens
Amazing Store
