I wish i could give this place less than 1 star, this place has everything i need and its a very good store but man the costumer service is HORRRIBLE.

This particular franchise is nothing special. There are two others within a mile and they arent awesome but Id rather go to those stores most of the time unless Im in a hurry or dont want to make another stop. Its a cramped and cluttered store and the employees are not very personable, much like the franchise on Army Trail Road a few blocks away. It almost feels like having customers is a bother and they want you to get in and get out as quickly as possible. So its kind of an uncomfortable store about half of the time I stop in, so I find myself avoiding it more often. Hopefully it will change!

The owner and the place is disgusting.

24hours open???Horrible service, came in at 245 am. after work, door was locked, owner open the door when he saw me then said it just for protection, follow me around then gave me an attitude for buying something and for stepping in the floor he just mopped, locked door again after I left. Prices are high, bad service with a bad attitude.

Terrible customer service they treat people like we need to give them our money. Two other 711 close by just spend the extra time and go there no need to subject yourself to their service. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

If I could give this place a zero I would. VERY POOR SERVICE!! My son who has special needs went in there for a snack and a drink. He walked around trying to decide what he wanted and the cashier followed him and then accused him of stealing and told him to empty his pockets. My son doesnt know how to handle situations like this but I thought he would be okay going in to get what he wanted. You shouldnt automatically accuse people cause of there appearance which I know this was about.

Lady at register was rude and clearly in a very bad mood. Poor service and prices are too high.
