I had ordered a cake from Baskin. It was an online order and had called to make sure they were able to complete my order. The day i picked up it looked really pretty. BUT when we cut into in there was no cake!! They just frosted a round brick of ice cream! I had called and they said they tried to reach me but i didnt answer. I mentioned a voice-mail would have been nice or simply tell me when I picked up the cake. What a rip off paying over $30 just for a brick of ice cream...i would have been better off just buying a gallon of ice cream.

My daughter loves the creature creation ice cream!! This location is a store with a Dunkin Donuts and there was a problem with our drink order but the lady fixed it for us. Were happy!

The last 3 times I came here, they didn’t have all the ingredients to serve my son and I ice cream.The first two times there was no vanilla ice cream. (You are Baskin Robbins by the way in case you forgot) I went at random times of the day.Today they didn’t have bananas as of 3PM.WHO IS DOING INVENTORY THAT THIS IS THIS CONSISTENT OF A PROBLEM FOR YOU? How do you “not have” bananas at 3PM!?!Never seen a place so comfortable not being able to provide a customer what they came in to pay for. They got offended when I said we never get what we come in here for. Like that should be what I expect.Well now it is!Needless to say, I won’t waste my time coming here anymore. This location isn’t able to provide what they are advertising. If you decide to go, don’t expect to get what you want, and for crying out loud, bring them some bananas.

Word service ever !!!We order 3 cups of ice cream in the drive thru because at 7 pm store was close and only got 1 spoon . We have to do line at the drive thru again for like 10 minutes to get the spoons .

Every time myself or my husband comes to this Baskin Robbins. They never have my ice cream. I love Mint Chocolate Chip. I think since they open I got it one time. Whomever does the ordering should be retrained on how to order properly.

Once again, completely out of vanilla ice cream.This is a chronic issue and repeatedly reflects extremely poor and careless management. How hard is it to reorder vanilla ice cream?

This place is horrible. Girl was rude I order Chocolate milkshake she reply me baskin robin doesn’t sell chocolate milkshake. In menu it clearly says that your choice of ice cream blended with milk and syrup. Worst customer service. Will never go again.

We have gone to this location quite a few times.There is a lot of young girls that work there that DO NOT know what they are doing, they mess up on our orders every single time, they seem to never have the ice cream that we want. They stand there and talk and laugh to each other while they have cars waiting in the drive up, Ive complained to the store manager but it seems like he hasn’t done a thing about it. I will take my business somewhere else where they know what they are doing . Don’t waste your time going here.

They are an ice cream spot with literally no ice cream. Everytime I attempt to go they only have like 5 flavors the select from. They never have many donuts and they mess up simple orders. I refuse to visit this location anymore and go out of my way to go to one further from my house

The Rep name Allison was very patient and helpful. She deserves a great raise. I think she has to ability to go above and beyond and remarkably patient for a customer.

They don’t know how to make the Mocha blast I trie driving them a try different times and didn’t taste anything like the other Baskins I’ve been to.

First time I come to this place and they do not have not 1 not 2 not 3 but 6 different flavors I asked for...... What place runs out of most of their options.... 31 flavors my back tushhhhhh.... this place had the worse selection and worker was so rude wont be coming here ever again.....

Great donuts as always. A nice new facility with the added bonus of having an ice cream shop attached to it. So having a strawberry malt with a dozen donuts is a truly wonderful way to start off your day!! Weekday traffic is always stready and regularly outpaces the Starbucks across the parking lot! I guess quality, friendliness and price really do matter to most of us! Its a great location and Im really glad they moved into the area!! I hope the business thrives after so many in that spot have failed.

Best tasting Oreo Cappuccino Blast ever !! And that’s my fav flavor of the cappuccino blasts, so never get sick of that flavor but the girl that made it makes it the best, And the price seems a bit less than other baskin robins location so even better, most places taste so wattery and ice and like no ice cream but this 1 actually tasted like ice cream and milk and how ever they make it. I got it at 1am.

I have never ever been disrespected and treated the way they did here. 2 young girls working 4/26 at 9:45 PM closed the door on my familys face when it stated 10 PM was the closing time. Drive-thru was even worse. They were so angry!!! They need to be educated and definitely not be in the people business. Will never go there again! Such a shame😕

This Dunkin’ Donuts should be BYOB bring your own bananas or bring your own brownies. They never have bananas for their banana royal and brownies for their brownie Sunday. Aldi is literally behind their restaurant, what an awful management.

Amazing and quick service and really friendly employees, overall clean place too. went in yesterday evening and everything seemed fine, I don’t understand why people are so negative of this place.

The staff in the restaurant was helpful, but the owner and his friends blocked off the exit for the drive thru with his car saying it was broken when it wasnt. They did this so they can listen to music while getting drunk in front of the building

Very nice people and service is fast.

Coffee/food is fine. When they make it the way you ask/ have put into the app. Employees cannot get orders correct. Employees appear to not be trained on the to-go app ordering. No manager on duty after noon. Joselyn is combative and Dira has had to pretend to be manager more than once today.

Bad service. Young girls are rude and dont know what they are doing. manager clearly doesnt hire the right people.

The WORST place ever!! Horrible Customer Service. Ordering in Drive Thru is ridiculously slow. Sunday October 7, 2018 I tried to order a cappuccino blast, they said their machine is “broken” it’s very hard to believe they only have ONE blender for frozen drinks? Sunday October 14, 2018. I again tried to order a cappuccino blast, they said “No Syrup” for the drink. Are you freaking kidding me? Mmm.. Inventory listed in your job duties? On top of that when I asked the girl for the manager she gives me a horrible attitude and tells me “they don’t have a manager” is that even possible? Fine then I asked her for the corporate number. She stated they Are NOT corporation.. LOL 😂 really ALL DD/Baskin Robbins are privately owned by ONE individual? Interesting! NEVER GO HERE. Go spend your money somewhere else, Starbucks next door!!

This place sucks, they don’t have any flavors that I asked for. Service sucks, they are super slow and mean. I will never come back here again.. on top of everything they are giving you attitude.

This place is horrible. I usually go at night and every time i go, they tell me they’re out of something. One time it was bananas, another time they said they discontinued the frozen lemonade when i know for a fact they haven’t, same thing when ordered the Heath coffee. They said it was discontinued when it wasn’t and months later still have the sign of up for it. And once, they even said they were out of ICE. LIKE WHAT. It’s a coffee shop & 85% of people get iced coffee. And just last night i went and ordered an iced coffee and when i get to the window the guy says “our POC machine isn’t working, i can’t ring you up, sorry” he gave me the coffee for free, but still. They need to get it together. i hate it there but it’s the only one that’s open 24 hours near me.

Went there for T-MOBILE Tuesday to use a $2.00 off promo code only paid 50 cents for scoop of ice cream.

4/17/19/1:30PM stopped to order a cake for Easter. Told by 2 young people (standing at door locking it) that NO they couldnt do that - we are understaffed.. HOW MANY people does it take to write up an order for a cake???????
