We purchased a new embalming machine from Radical Scientific Equipment in India. It will only operate on 220 volts, 500 wattage. I needed a step-up transformer and ordered a 500 watt transformer from Overseas Best buy. When it arrived It didnt work. After speaking with their technician I got an education on wattage and decided to order a 2000 watt transformer. I just tested it in our preparation room and Im happy to report our new embalming machine works perfectly with the new transformer. Thank you Overseas Best Buy. Ordered a voltage converter and UK plug bar. Both items recived were wrong. The voltage convert was a whole different kind and brand than I ordered, one that I cant even use... The plug bar was white not black.. The packing slip in the box says the correct items so obviously whoever packed my order wasnt even looking at what they were packing. They offered me an exchange but wouldent offer me a return label.. Really? Its a 15 pound box and this was not my careless mistake. Terrible.

Awful company and customer service. Called multiple times over a month period about returning a product, and was told I had to email not call. I finally got someone via email and the return process began. Tracked with UPS (the only shipment they will allow) which cost over $100. Waited a week after the tracking number said it had arrived, and checked in...Manoj told me it takes a week for processing. Waited 2 more weeks, so 3 weeks total, and have since emailed two more times. No response. So now they have their product back and are not refunding or responding. Terrible company and customer service. Do not use.

I move to the US and have a lot of 220 volts appliances that I could not sell, so purchasing all those items again would have been costly. So purchasing voltage converter was the best way to go.

I ordered a voltage converter for $349 which included free shipping. Item arrived, had a faulty outlet and was of very poor quality. Returned item which cost $75 as they insisted it be returned by UPS. It took a month to get a refund and this was minus $45 for their free shipping costs. So I am now out of pocket $120 due to being sent a faulty item, as well as the cost of having the transformer installed by an electrician, only to find it didnt work. I was offered a power strip to plug into one of the remaining working outlets but I would like a new product to work 100% if Im spending that much money on it. On top of that, I was accused of fraud when I told them the item was faulty. Charming. Will never do business with these nasty people again.

Horrible company to deal with. They refused to cancel a shipment ; minutes after placing order. Then, even though I requested they cancel the order they shipped it anyways. Tried to cancel through PayPal but PayPal said the sellers provided a tracking # and item was delivered. . so not only will the company not listen to customers they also lie to PayPal.

I bought Dehumidifier Model GE-RRY-C20E 20 Liter Dehumidifier 220 volts. and sent it overseas.when it came I found out that the unit was broken, I asked to repair it or replace it but the company refused to do anything due to It was sent outside USA.Why to buy from this company 220 vold if they are not willing to take any responsible?
