I love this place, they always have the parts I need, and they can fix stuff when I dont have the time, or just dont want to.

Great place to buy, fix or by parts for your tools. They always have parts I need or will order the parts. While other places tell me those parts are obsoleye to upsell me on buying a new tool. Guess what other places when I buy a new tool I imagine you know where I will be going. Thank you Banner for your honesty and integrity.

I had a very pleasant experience. It is an established power tool store in downtown Glendale, Arizona. The service was excellent, and the man who helped me knew the stores stock well. I purchased STIHL products.

Horrible customer service! They will be quick to take your tool apart and return it into pieces, rather than together, as it was before dropping it off! Then they want to charge you for putting it back as is. Horrible way to do business!

Great customer service at the counter... BUT the repairs to my Husky air compressor were horrible. I had to return it two times and it still does not work properly ! The repairs from my perspective were unprofessional and make shift at best. The counter service was great but ultimately my air compressor went to the repair department where things were not so good. I am not bringing it back for a 3rd visit. Maybe I just had a bad experience but after two attempts to get it repaired properly I give up. Again, a great sales/counter experience but when it goes to the back... be careful. Follow up... sent an email to the owner Dennis and not one word in reply. It has been a long 24 hours as they state for a reply. I do not see one forthcoming in the future either. Bad repair work... no way it could have been tested before I picked it up for the 2nd time. Downgrading to one star only because of the counter service. STAY AWAY.

These guys are great! They have all the tools and knowledge of tools you will need to get anything done that you need. The service is second to none and in my opinion a much better option than going to a big corporate place like Home Depot or Ace Hardware. Also, they are great because they are able to repair pretty much any tool you need repaired. Highly recommend!

My dad serviced his equipment at Banner for 20 plus years. Ive been going there for 10 years with same trusted excellent service. Friendly staff that knows your name and reasonable prices.

I have come up from Yuma at least six times in the past. Service is excellent--outstanding technicians. Prices are reasonable. They are very helpful in terms of sending the product to me if I am not planning a follow-up trip.

Worst customer service ever by owner! Told me, We are not standing around waiting for you to come. Because i told him i cant wait 10 days for my nail gun to be repaired. Very nice repair guy told me what I need, so I can do it myself. DO NOT COME HERE!!!

I have been going to Banner for 30 years, Sells top of the line equipment and repair almost any tool. Send friends and relatives to Banner. Going to Banner before he moved to present location. I still use the tools bought at Banner.

Didnt walk in but i called. The guy who answered sounded very dumbfounded when i asked if they have socket sets. But unfortunately they dont not carry them. Well thats what i was told. Harbor freight here i come

Great service, helpful and not overcrowded!

I called and they told me that they are an authorized repair company for my generator so I drive all the way over there and then they decide to tell me that they are no longer repairing them. This was after the employee said they had checked to see if they did warranty repairs on them so it was supposedly confirmed by the employee that they did do it. I wasnt born yesterday, I can read body language and could tell they just didnt want to deal with it. Stay away from this place.

Do not go to this place I took my blower in for repairs they ask for a $50 deposit they they call me with a $125 repair the blower was $160 brand new so I said no and she told my that my deposit wasnt refundable so they practicly charge you $50 just to check things .People worst costumer service ever
