They were helpful when renting a generator. However had asked repeatedly for a quote on a good used gen set, Its been well over a month and they never answered me. I have a mining operation in need of a solid generator and I had to go elsewhere to get any sort of service. Their tech guy is fairly helpful but seems the sales end of this business is nonexistent. Pretty frustrating when a guy has cash in hand and a deadline.
