Awful experience. Never completed a repair for over a year now. First time due to the covid supply chain, I get it. No calls after several follows up. Requested ANOTHER service this year. They claimed they ordered the parts finally. Several weeks go by and I call AGAIN, now they tell me they dont have the parts. Have not heard since.

This is a professional service and reasonable pricing. I called because I needed washer repair for my Maytag. The technician came diagnosed and fixed my washer that was leaking all over my new floor.
