We had a refrigerator delivered and hooked up. They were very professional and thorough. It only took one person to haul out our broken down refrigerator. They even had to remove our front door to get the refrigerator in. I was impressed how quick they were. I would definitely recommend Spencers TV & Appliance for any appliances. Great Job!!

The delivery man, Alex, was very friendly and helpful. He delivered to the house on time. We were a bit disappointed that our order was not complete. We were missing our refrigerator and dishwasher. Apparently they were on back order. The issue with that is we were not notified beforehand. That would have been helpful as well as an ETA on those missing appliances. Otherwise a very good delivery.
These guys were quick (but thorough) and friendly. Hope to have them deliver future items.

They Take money but can’t seem to get $2000.00+ refrigerator setup for delivered. It’s not when you pay as to when you get the delivery.Was told over a month ago that when we paid that the refrigerator was in stock. We opted to set up delivery a couple weeks out. In the meantime they sold the ones in stock after taking our money.Our delivery date came and NO ONE even contacted us to let us know they had double sold these items.Now a month and a half later, still no refrigerator.I wouldn’t recommend this company, you can’t get a straight answer from them, they won’t even tell me who’s in charge or a “main” number to call to speak to someone in management.Go to a more reputable company,

Excellent prices! Purchased washer, dryer, refrigerator, soft water system, and reverse osmosis system from Mike who was very knowledgeable and friendly. Dryer made clunking noise on arrival so it was quickly exchanged for a new one. Helpful with getting service to repair a refrigerator issue, but the first available date was nearly a month after install. Their repair service, suggested I try using the manufacturers warranty service and was able to get them out in just a few days. All around great service!

Spencers was at least $100 cheaper than Home Depot on all of the appliances I bought. All I did was find one I liked and asked if they had it and they were cheaper. The sales staff was friendly and efficient. The delivery driver was on time and the delivery service was very communicative. All in all it was 100% a good experience! I will only buy appliances from them in the future.
Install was earlier than expected, Spencer’s called to confirm the earlier delivery, which was great. Delivery was clean and efficient. Will definitely use Spencer’s for future purchases.
My experience is not one that should be taken lightly. The refrigerator was delivered and installed. When then 2 man crew was leveling the appliance after installation I asked if it was leveled all the way are around. They worked on it and then called a supervisor to ask for help. The crew left the appliance badly tilted towards the wall. I then called the salesman, he informed me that he would send a crew to correct the issue. It never happened.The appliance then stopped making ice. Called LG, they sent a repair technician. When he got to the problem he asked if this unit had been worked on before? It wasnt. Only personnel were the delivery men that installed the hoses. He informed me that this unit looks like it had already been worked on and looks like a used unit. He took pictures and I took pictures of the re worked item. He mentioned that the renwork was piss poor job and that he would repair that work. He also took care of the issues.I then went to Spencers to ask about this issue. The store manager informed me that the technician shouldnt have made those remarks. He then uncovered a couple of store units to show me that they were all like that and he thought they were. I compared the pictures I had taken of our unit and does not look the same at all. He told me that there wasnt anything he could do because the unit was delivered to us 2 days after they received it was brand new. I mentioned that as soon as they took possession of the item they were responsible. He said I have to call LG to discuss this issue.I will be posting the pictures so people are aware of what they might buy from Spencers. All I wanted is for the appliance to be replaced with one that didnt have items reworked. It was only 3 months old and an item like that should not be going bad that soon. Obviously I will not be going back to Spencers and if anyone asks I will let them know about my experience....
David our salesman was wonderful to deal with. On top of things. Took time to understand our needs and great communicator. The sales experience was awesome. Then came the delivery and Frankie. I have never ever had a better delivery experience in all my years. We were the last delivery of the day for Frankie and you would have never known it. He took his time walked us through all the set up of our appliances. Showed us that things were level. Took the time to set the time on our range and even turned it on to burn off the factory inside so we are ready to bake. Frankie was clean respectful and fun to chat with. David and Frankie together are a win. Thank you for making our remodel experience less stressful.
The salesman was very good and answered all my questions. Had plenty of time to look around to get an idea of what was available that I wanted. The purchase was quick and efficient I decided what I wanted to buy. Needed both a refrigerator and a washer. When the delivery truck arrived, on time and well within the two hour window provided, the guys were careful, knew their stuff, and very efficient. Would be happy to deal with Spencers TV and Appliance again.
Overall we had a terrible experience with Spencers TV & Appliance. Its very likely that not only will I not recommend your store to family and friends, but Ill attempt to dissuade those who are thinking of using your services.First of all, the fridge was delivered off of the truck with the door handle on the wrong side. I initially failed to notice this, but thought that it would be a simple fix. How sadly mistaken that was.Upon checking the fridges interior, it didnt come with the hardware required to swap the doors handle to the other side. So I didnt get all that I paid for. After reading the manual, it appeared that changing it myself would have voided my warranty anyways.I contacted our sales representative, Jim Beck, and he assured me that the language printed in the manual was wrong and that changing it myself did not void the warranty; and utter lie. He then went on to argue that the door handle didnt need to change to the other side, as if I didnt know our needs for my own kitchen better than he did. He then told me that it would take another three or so days for the parts (that should have been in the fridge to begin with) to even arrive. More time wasted.When the installers finally arrived to swap the door, they seemed hurried and annoyed to be there. Upon taking the handle off, it was discovered that large and noticeable surface scratches existed under the handle. We were then presented with the option of pursuing a new door or accepting the damaged goods, as if I hadnt just paid over $1600 in full, only to receive damaged goods.I was in a work meeting I could not step away from, so I let my girlfriend who was home handle the conversation with Jim. He again attempted to inform us that the handle was fine with the side it was on and that we didnt need to change it. She assured him that it was on the wrong side and we wanted a new door that wasnt damaged to go only the fridge.At this point, the installers did not change the side the handle sat on, even as a temporary fix. They instead just put the handle back on the same side and actually scratched the existing door up even further in the process.The only solution we were offered to get what we paid for was now for Spencers to ship a new door to us and then we would have to call THEM back to schedule more irritated installers to return and hopefully not scratch this one up. Since this order for the door had been placed, I have not received any tracking information or ETA on arrival.All of this for something as simple as changing a door handle. Pitiful performance on this order from a warehouse, sales, and installation level. The only salvation of this situation is that Spencers actually had the fridge we wanted in stock. Finding the right model, features, color, etc has been difficult due to COVID19. If I could find this fridge in stock with any other dealer, even if the price was higher, I would return the item in a heartbeat. I suspect their return policy is even more shoddy than their sales and installation, however.In summary, I will not be shopping here again; nor will I be recommending your services to anyone I know. If asked, I will tell them to go elsewhere if at all possible.

Pleased to receive a washer/dryer pair in quick order, however NOT HAPPY with sales person.After selecting the items as shown on the floor and purchasing an extended warranty, paying in full imagine my rage to discover upon receipt both bottom mounted storage drawers were missing.A conversation ensued with the store, where the salesperson down right lied to me. His claim, oh those are separate and an additional $400.. and I told you that.Which he did not. Nor was there any signage stating that the drawers were sold separately.I said he should make it right, to which he replied, Oh you want me to just give you $400.00 worth of product? Yes I said.Longer story short, he was going to check with his manager and return my call. NEVER HEARD A WORD.BUYERS BEWARE!
Great experience shopping at 43rd and Peoria in Phoenix. Our salesman was a great help choosing appliances based on the size, practicality, and pricing. All aspects of warranties and coverage were detailed to a T. I would absolutely shop here again and recommend friends do as well.

This location has never disappointed. After getting a brush off from another place, we went in looking for a new stove. Michael McMurry greeted us from the moment we walked in and politely asked questions to see how he could help. We asked questions about a few models and Mike did his very best to answer or look up the answers to our questions. We found a model we liked and as luck would have it, there was 1 left in the warehouse. He personally called the warehouse to verify it was indeed there and secured it for us. He also was able to get us delivery within a couple days and we now have our brand new stove and couldnt be happier. Over the past 20 years, Ive always bought my appliances from Spencers. The salesperson, Kevin Kalalwsky, has been GREAT! He sold us our new kitchen suite and wotked around our renovation schedule for delivery of all the appliances. This past week my washer stopped working. We went in to the store, talked to Kevin, and now I am doing the laundry in my wonderful new washer and dryer.The delivery person seemed to have some issues with hooking up the dryer vent. Perhaps some additional training may benefit him. Regardless, we know all of our appliance needs can be taken care of by Spencers and their great sales team. We have been customers for years and will continue to look to them for appliance assistance.

All personnel were friendly and helpful. despite us coming in late and around closing time they took the time to make sure we got what we needed. They ensured we’d have delivery the next day as our fridge was busted. Our fridge had some issues upon delivery out of no failure on their end but they were more than happy to work with our needs and communicate promptly. Highly recommend their services.

Shopped around for a mattress. Looked everywhere for the best deal, online and in store. Remembered the great service and prices we got at Spencers when we purchased our kitchen appliances.Went to the 43rd Ave store. Was met by salesperson David. Looked at mattresses but I noted they had higher prices than american furniture warehouse. Without missing a beat David was ready to meet or beat their price. Plus delivery was several days faster and a lot cheaper. Purchased on a Friday, delivered Monday morning. No one else could beat that for the price.While I was there I inquired about a small chest freezer. Was offered a great deal. Bought both the bed and freezer and spent my money at a local company.Ill definitely shop Spencers in the future. Great service, great prices and they are local.
I purchased a range from Spencer 2 days ago. Hector helped me throughout my purchase, and it went very smooth. Today my range was delivered. The delivery guys were very polite. They delivered it professionally. I am very pleased with my recent purchase from Spencer. I recommend them to all. Lows, Sears, and Home Depot were much more expensive, and their delivery time is upto 2 weeks.

Love this store from One visit, Huge Shout out to Mike McMurry, he sold us a washer and dryer to my beautiful wife and I our washer broke on a Friday and we had a new set the following Friday and got a great deal on them it does help they were the cheapest place for the set!! If your looking for a new appliance go talk to Mike or one of the other salesman (sales people) he was a lot of help and they dont care if you wear a mask or not if you show up wearing one theyll put theres on as well otherwise they dont care if you wear one!! I came into Spencer’s appliance store since my washer and dryer died on the same day ..R.i.p. They brought me years of cleanliness After 2 long weeks of visiting multiple large appliance retailers, And multiple letdowns of not being able to secure a new washer and dryer, For either not being in stock, severely over priced, or no delivery under 30 days, I gave up and went to the laundry mat . This was not fun . After the door auto locked on me, And all of my things were inside, I then realized I was spoiled and needed to find a new set . Luckily I came across Josh, at Spencer’s in the Glendale Az, 43rd ave Location . He was great ! I found a beautiful, brand name digital washer and dryer.They were cheaper than the cheapest cheap set at Lowe’s and Home Depot . He was happy to help explain the options with out looking at me the way the other Sales men did . (Like I just work here lady) . They were delivered in 48 hours . They removed the old set for pennies it seemed, And I was washing clothes like I never stopped . Thanks josh! You were awesome . Unfortunately I’m at that age where these things excite me ! Sad I know .. I will never go anywhere else for appliances .
About the only positive thing I have to say about this whole experience is that for the most part they have the lowest prices for most appliances... Definitely do your homework and price check. The salesman will tell you they have the lowest prices but I did find a few items that were much lower. My biggest complaint about the whole experience was that I put a down payment on appliances back in May to be delivered in September. I was told putting a down payment would secure the prices on my appliances. I had ordered black stainless steel and when I went to have them delivered, Spencers was out of stock and I was told none of my stuff that I had ordered to be delivered in September would be available until January due to decreased production at the GE Factory. I was really upset because none of the sales team members bothered to call me to let me know the stock was running low. The reason I put a down payment was to secure the sales price. I had to order all new appliances and was charged almost $2,000 more due to price increases and I didnt get the appliances I originally wanted. I felt that Spencers could have compensated me... They would not even give me free delivery. When I brought my complaint to the sales person I was not even allowed to talk to the store manager. Overall, they are not the best in customer service... It may be worth your while to shop somewhere else, you might pay a little more but at least you will get what you ordered.

I bought a brand new refrigerator from Spencer’s which turned out to be defective. I purchased Spencer’s extended warranty so I thought everything would go smoothly. The whole process was a terrible experience since the guy who sold me the refrigerator kept blowing me off and not returning my calls. I will never buy any from Spencer’s again.

After checking other options I call Spencers and worked with a wonderful salesman named David, who was able to get me the Maytag washer and dryer I wanted, delivered and installed within a day. I am so impressed not only with the service but also the price! The team that delivered and installed the appliances were very efficient and pleasant. All around a great experience!

Shopped by phone and Charles was great. Made the purchase decision because of his good service and knowledge. Unit was bought at 4:30pm and delivered the next morning at 7:45am. Delivery guys was very efficient but unfortunately the note that I asked to be placed on the file did not let them know that they needed to go to the alley. It all worked out and I am very happy with my new range and the price was a real value. Thanks for the good customer service.

Only one person was nice and new what they were doing mike. He had to leave doe to an emergency. All they had to do was take the money. Josh was rude arrogant a smart as. He was difficult. The mgr was busy. I wanted to get out of there finish with me first. Had to wait for mgr. He was not helpful said no one ever complained about josh. I said first time for everything. 4 hours later mgr calks me while eating to waste my time. It was a mutual decsion to get my money back and cancel the transaction. He was rude even a smart alec to randy and everyone know randy does not say much and is non confrontational. Do not shop at spencers you dont get treated like family except maybe like an unwanted step child. Do nit go to peoria and 43rd ave for sure. Stay far far away. Im in no rush for the appliances. My money i can go anywhere. Shame on them. Karma. Mike was great. Sorry he lost the sale josh and the mgr should repay him. Don t shop there
Great experience between home warranty company (platinum) and spencer’s glendale- specifically Kevin in sales. Got a replacement washer for a great price and received delivery on a Holiday weekend! Install-delivery was great with no issues. Based on experience with one warranty and Kevin I will continue to use both and work with this spencer’s to redo the entire kitchen appliance set- thank you!
The price and selection was better than I expected. I told my sales guy what I needed and he found it and didn’t try to sell me something I wasn’t looking for.
Spencers came through wonderfully. We bought a washer and dryer set from them which was delivered and installed very quickly! The have fantastic prices and great service!

Sales man was great- listened to what I wanted and gave options. Was honest and up front about the current delay in having products delayed. On delivery day, the driver Called me in the morning to tell me when they were coming, gave another courteous call 10 min out. Kevin was friendly and worked fast!
The delivery guys were great. They took the extra time to get the appliance inside the house and set it up. A bit of a challenge but they did a great job. Great team work too.

Salesman, awesome. Price, okay. Delivery driver, south end of a northbound horse. If you have a bad back from a car accident, delivering appliances might not be a select career path.His delivery partner was a lady that couldnt have been 100 pounds soaking wet.Removed the doors to get the unit in the house. Looked at one of the sheetmetal screw recesses & instead of seeing the rop of a screw there is a screw laying horizontal.Doors are not in alignment. Theyre just a little off, but I just paid $1400 for new fridge that should be perfect.Jr hooked up the water line, but kinked it & made no attempt to bleed the air out of the waterlines. Once the hose was unlinked & the air burpped, guess what. I have water & once the freezer cooled it makes ice.They were supposed to haul the old fridge away. The builders put a planter in the way, so the old fridge would have to be boosted over a 2 wall. Well Mr Bad Back & the little gal did not want to attempt it even with the offer of help.The little lady did a horrible job unwrapping the plastic covering over the doors. I have little clear plastic covering for shipping left all over that will take some time to pick off.I called my salesman, but he was not in. Now the guy that answered the phone asked if there was something he could do, but I opted to leave a message. Looking at phone log, no call was received on Tuesday. I called him around 5 PM to share my frustrations. He agreed to send someone else to adjust the doors, but that will be Saturday (6 days later). Still waiting for the follow up.And finally, they have made no offer to return the charges for the old fridge disposal.While I did like my sales guy, I believe I might shop elsewhere in the future
