Store is well organized and stocked (except for Halloween items). There really isnt any employees on the floor and the one person I did find, was not helpful at all. Just pointed towards back of the store. The register only had one person working and the line wrapped all around. However she was super sweet.

Michaels has so much to offer for your crafts and special projects needs. Found what we needed and left the store very satisfied.

Got a custom framing order. It was fantastic! The staff was amazing. So knowledgeable and helpful and very pleasant to work with. Kat answered all our questions and help us get just what we were looking for. Cant wait to see the finished piece.

Same great store but spring items almost gone everyone and on sale.

This Michaels is consistent of the brand. The store was very clean and organized. I went on a Saturday afternoon and the store was crowded!! The associates were friendly. There were many items on clearance and also on sale. Many parking spaces available. Accessible ramps and entrances. Dont forget your coupon!

First visit, did an online order and they had everything in stock. Asked for curbside and employee was very nice/polite. I had a couple items missing and they fixed it quickly! Will return when I need more craft supplies

I love going to this michaels! I always get in and out of there really quick and they usually have what I need. This last time I went into their store their shelves were pretty barren. Ive never seen the store that empty. But its also Sunday so maybe theyre doing a restock or switching out things. There was only one paint that they didnt have that I needed. But for the same liquitex basics paint it almost $8 on Amazon but I got them for 5.49 each plus the second one was 50% off! Im definitely going to start coming here for my candy melts! They now have super bright pigmented melts!

Always has what Im looking for and no matter when I go all the employees are super helpful. I love this location.

Whenever my wife or myself go into Michaels we are helped if needed and left to shop if not. We are always impressed with thier displays for whatever holiday is coming up!!!! Also thier prices are competitive with hobby lobby and johann fabrics.

This is my favorite location! Its bigger than the other Michaels and has more stuff! The staff is friendly and helpful and the store is very clean!

Everything section is color coated which helps tons! Things are fairly organized. They have great sales every week at this location. Be sure to check online for extra coupons. Staff is very helpful, not pushy.(If this is helpful please give thumbs up.)

We used a 20% off coupon and saved money on our mirrors and glue we purchased. Customer service was great. The store was very clean and organized.

Went to Michaels because I got a gift card. Thought I would check out there frames 4 acrylic art I found a very limited amount of already 2 go frames. Boughtsome acrylic paint. Price was equal to Hobby Lobby.

Gotta love craft stuff :)Havent been here for awhile, but they used to keep all the single pens [sharpie, felt pens, etc] locked up near or behind the registers.Now they dont. Pleased about that. Thank you.

I adore their seasonal sales as well as the random pop up sales. Yesterday they had all their summer collection on sale which included a wide variety of items, not limiting you to just a few.

Loved shopping on Black friday, tons of great holiday goodies half off or more. Cashier with baby on board was super sweet, made us feel very welcomed, into the store. We had a good laugh about when the place used to be borders the bookstore.

Michaels is a great place for all the artsy folks out there! Wide selection for a plethora of projects and a massive party room where there are art events held frequently when safe. Best Michaels in the area!

I go to Michaels when I have to. I find the people at Hobby Lobby and Jo-Anns Fabric to be over all much nicer and more helpful. This trip was no different, and the top it off they didnt have what I was looking for.

I love Michaels. It was clean and not very busy which was great. The employees have their masks on as well as everyone in the store. They have in store or curbside pickup and I noticed a lot of people using curbside. They usually have everything I need and some.

Nothing good to say about this store but I don’t remember it always being bad. For example I purchased spray paint 60% off Martha Stewart got home and felt for the first time one can was 80% less weight than the other can same brand and color . See the store policy is to bring anything that is 18 and older up to front not letting you hold before buy

As usual, they didnt have all of the floss I needed. The 50% sign in the yarn area was very misleading. I left without purchasing anything. Thank goodness for Hobby Lobby

I love Michaels for all my art supplies. It took me about 5 min to track down an associate to help me with a large canvas I wanted to purchase. However, she was very nice and helpful once I was able to find someone to assist me.

BARE SHELVES AND HORRIBLE PROFILING EXPERIENCE!!! i guess they see a tattooed couple walk in looking for scrapbook supplies and immediately think shoplifting in progress. The employee followed us throughout the entire trip...at one point standing at the end with her hands clasped together rocking on her feet as if we were taking too long......hmmn.

They have a lot craft ideas to choose from but it can get a bit pricey
