People are always helpful. They currently have a check-in line, which is a good idea. I had to buy a couple of tires, and he was willing to explain the levels of wear on all my tires so that I could make a decision regarding what I would purchase. I think they told me a longer wait time, which is a good idea. So they finished faster than I was initially informed. I liked that. Ive been going to Discount Tire for many years. They are always helpful and the tires they sell me are good products and last a long time.

(BMW M3)I hate writing bad reviews to be completely honest.. I went to get an air check. The gentlemen told me I had a flat at my right rear tire had a flat(I had never gotten the light on. My car until today and it showed ALL tires were low). He insisted in pulling my car behind another car in a different line. So I did and went through the whole thing and I asked the other gentlemen who checked me in that I didn’t want any oil marks anywhere and to be careful with the steering wheel because it’s ALCANTARA. He said sure and promised me they would take care of it. I came later in the day to pick up the car and there was oil stains everywhere on the door panel, shifter, emergency brake, including the steering wheel and my “M” performance button. I automatically got mad and started doing a further inspection of the car and noticed they curbed my wheel all around as well… I’m not sure what can be done here, but I definitely now know to never take my business with them again.

The crew really does work hard and fast in the hot weather. I think its cute when they sing along to the music playing. They air up your tires for free. Sometimes theres a line not always tho. Fast and friendly service.

Guy tried to pull one over on me. Have all 4 tires are the same and had 2 free replacement warranties. Had 1 tire needed to be replaced due to something In tire tread. Without even looking he said the tire needing replaced wasnt under free replacement warranty. I told him to make sure and WHADOYAKNOW! Free replacement! Not cool!ATTENTION!! People.. Please know what your warranty/options are for repair or replacement. If you dont know whats going on then that makes it much easier for the guys who work there to take advantage of a situation to save Them money and screw you on your tires. Tires are not cheap! Also, it seems often times when paying for tire service/replacement one is leaving the store scratching their head saying to themselves thought that I had.... know what I meen? Be careful, know what you paid for and what your entitled too and dont get taken advantage of...

My fiance and I are beyond appreciative of Discount Tire on Bell Road in Glendale, AZ. My fiance pulled up after work and I noticed the car leaning to the side. Upon further inspection, I realized the rear tire was very low. I checked it, and it only had 10lbs of pressure. It was obvious that it was going flat. Trying to keep my fiance calm, I played it off like it was no big deal. However, in my head, if was thinking, we cant afford to buy a new tire. On top of that, Im physically disabled, and cant change a tire. I looked online and saw that Discount Tire was closing in ten minutes. I called anyways hoping they could do something. I spoke with Jordan. He said not to worry about the time. He said bring the car in and well get it taken care of. When we got there, we met Mason. Mason was extremely friendly. I apologized for being there so close to closing time. He said not worry and hed get us taken care of. While my fiance and I were in the waiting room, we discussed how much we thought it would cost. Mason came in to the waiting room and told us the car was ready. I asked him where to pay. He said no charge. We were over the moon. I asked if I could at least tip him. He said no. He said he was just happy that he got to meet us and get us taken care of. Now, Im not old, but Im old enough to remember fantastic old school customer service. And, thats exactly what Mason delivered. Mason, thank you for saving the day!

Easy experience. They didnt pressure me on an upsell. I had all 4 tires replaced and was in & out within an hour. I got there at 8:30am.

Times have changed to say the least and it feels like they just want you in and out. It’s not a bad thing but I definitely miss my old Discount years ago when it would be a few hour event and you could chat with everyone and have a great time.Now it just feels like you’re another number. But with that being said they’re still great people and got the job done for my lady and I which I appreciate.One thing that was weird is I went in to schedule an appointment and to purchase 4 new tires. They did all the measurements and what not on the current tires, nothing weird there. When I came back for my appointment, I had to go through the same thing again.While that might seem like a small thing, I was trying to get back to work and only had a short window to drop my vehicle off. So I’m just confused on why when I am replacing all 4 tires that they have to measure the tires again on my appointment day.None the less I’ll be back!

Fantastic!! They helped us with 4 new tires. The next week the tire pressure light came on again due to a faulty valve. The guys there were so nice and took good care of us. Fixed it really quick.What was even better than their great service was watching them work. They were working quickly and effeciently, but they were having fun. 🤗 One sang along to the 80s 🎶🎵 they were playing. Even did a little dance on his way to another tire.It was just so great to see people enjoying their work!! PLEASE DONT CHANGE!!

Right around closing time I found a nail in my tire. I drove it to the location expecting to drop it off and return for it in the morning as I knew they were closing. NOPE! Guys didnt do anything for me they made me wait for over an hour to say they couldnt do anything for me and I just wanted to balance my tires.

Went to get some 37 tires dismounted off my 18 rims. The guy said $20some bucks a tire. He said the tire is big and his workers might get hurt moving these tires thats why its so much. We offered to move the tires for them. My buddy called the discount at 4455 w. Bell and the said $7 per tire is a flat fee for Discount. Here is the proof. So if you want a better deal go to a different Discount tire store. Stay away from the location in the Arrowhead towne center.

I bought tires from here. Later got a screw in my tire. Went to get it fixed and they took forever! Waited over an hour! There were cars that got there after I did and they were serviced before I did. I had to go inside to remind them that I was there. Their customer service sucks.

Waited in line for only 5 mins but when I got to the front of the line everyone ignored me. Waited 15 mins for someone to help me. Tried to get peoples attention walking by and they ignored me. My wife was also waiting with her car there to take me home since I needed all 4 tires. No one acknowledged us so we left and went down the street to the next place and got tires there.

These guys are on top of it. I am very happy with my trip. I was treated with value, even though, they did not profit off of me. Ill be back because I trust their advice . Thanks guys!

Nice people BUT too slow

Overall, I have had roughly the same experience at most of the discount tire shops I visit. However, the discount tire here takes much time trying to up sale you a tire you dont need. They have switched to some system that asks you what kind of driver you are and ranks different types of tire. Of course, it puts the most expensive tire first and you are made to feel guilty about asking about more affordable options. AZ is a dry state with most roads being free of potholes and bumps. There is no need to be told to by a Michelin tire because you drive 30 minutes for work. I would say I spend most of my time just listening to the sales guy talk to me about irrelevant information instead of pulling what they have available and letting me choose.In addition, Discount tire will do almost all in their power to not get you covered under a warranty; they will bring up mechanical issues such as alignment, not rotating tires and so on just so they make sure you pay for the tire, not the manufacture. I will admit, the actual guys working on the tires work hard for close to minimum wage I am sure, but the people selling you tires and helping you with service are somewhat less than trustworthy.

Grant did a phenomenal job! Needed a tire fixed and he got me in and out in fifteen! Will absolutely be back next time I need help.

Polite but busy, long wait time

Although employees are trained and respectful but too long of a waiting for flat repair make you wonder if something could be done about this.

The best advice I can give is to either show up 30 minutes prior to the store opening, or make an appointment. The staff is very knowledgeable abs friendly, but as with anything do your research. I was here at 7:45am for a balance and rotate (40 bucks for a lifetime account, any car) I was done by 8:15. You just cant beat that!!!

Ive came here for tires so far and I love the friendly service that they provide. They have wonderful products and I was able to get all 4 tires on warranty for roughly $430 and that wasnt even the cheapest tires they had. Had my tire replaced today because a nail caught inside my tire and flattened it. I was able to replace it and only pay $16 for the entirety. Im giving it 4 stars because I had a broken bolt on the wheel and they wouldnt take my donut of and place the new wheel on but I cant complain to much about that.

Waited in line for 30 minutes. Then- the GM had me come in and quoted me $200 more than the original quote was 2 weeks prior. Advised him exactly how much I was quoted- and he said “I’m trying”.. couldn’t find my original quote, and wouldn’t work with me on getting my original price. Very dissatisfied.

Oct 21 made appointment for 2 new tires. Picked out, paid for tires on line a week before. First thing in the morning, took 30 minutes!June 2021, from 5 stars to 3. I have been waiting an hour, they still have not pulled my car in to change 2 tires.Still doing walkins at this location. Fast work replacing 2 tires.Dec 2020. Picked up nails in 2 tires, made an appointment on line ( very easy) sat in my car as they repaired both tires, no charge.

Customer service at Discount Tire cant be beat. Im a long time customer that hasnt taken enough advantage of the complimentary tire pressure check and fill. I called today to ask if they fill dually truck tires, and they were happy to do it. I dont have the tools or the patience to do it myself, but 10 minutes there and we are all set to tow our fifth wheel.

We called and spoke to Kyle and he was incredibly helpful, told us to come in and the team would take care of us! Tony set us up with four new tires. We were out in under 45 minutes! I had a notice come up on my dash that I had a low tire early this AM. Showed 24#’s on the screen. Took to Liberty Buick...said looked like a nail in the tire. Service @ Liberty filled tire and recommended that I take vehicle to Discount Tire on Bell. I did and made an appointment for early PM. with courteous associate (Mateo). Young man removed tire, repaired and rebalanced tire, and replaced on the car. Brought me the receipt with the valve stem he replaced. ALL DONE AT NO CHARGE! I asked where is my charge..’we fix flats for free’. Amazing and a lifetime customer was just developed. Awesome and great customer service. AAA+++

When they pay attention and you have an appointment. You can be in and out in about 45 minutes. Today the first person to help me screwed up and didnt pay attention or heard what I said, I had an appointment. Waited an hour and my car still wasnt touched. Talked to someone different and they immediately took my car. Other than this usually discount tire has been great to me.

IMPRESSIVE. Twice now I have driven up to this place expecting to spend a couple hundred dollars on tire repair or service and TWICE they have solved all my problems at no charge. They are quick, friendly, competent and honest... qualities that can be rare in the tire business. I appreciate their business and, especially, their diligent staff. I have a 1988 Ford with life time tire rotation. I took it in today, was promised to be done in 1 hr or so. We went to lunch, came back in about an hour, car all done and they did a wonderful job. Awesome and clean show room too.

Pulled in to get a nail pulled, making them aware that Im short on time, its like they didnt hear me. 4 bays vacant, 1 car on a rack, 6 tire jockeys, 3 standing around with hands in pockets. The TSA employees at Airport are more active. Almost ready to go to Auto Zone, buy a plug kit and fix it myself. The N Sctsdl store is managed so much better.

Very disappointed with their service, I purchased 4 new tires on Thursday . They didnt had tire in-stock they told me tires will be in Friday and we call you i never received call from them so i call them 1:00pm . I arrived at 2:00 it took them 4 hours to do me tires. Poor service lost my day waiting on them .

I had to take in my car to replace my front two tires, and I came to find out that for my tire size it was going to be extremely expensive to replace only the ones I needed. We spoke to the manager, David and he said if we were to do 4 new tires of a bigger size, it would be the same price as just replacing the two tires I needed in their original size. The whole staff was amazing to work with, and I got a really great deal on some brand new tires and my car finally feels safe to drive. Best of all, they got us right in and my car was ready to go in less than an hour at the shop. I would highly recommend them if you need to service or replace your tires.

Needed to get a screw out of one of my tires and plugged. So I made an appointment for 9:30 am the next day (today) knowing these shops get busy. The car didnt get taken back to the service area until 10:20...(why even make an appointment if you are not going to look at it any sooner than walk ins????)...After they take my car out of the service area, I get called up to the register. I was told my car was under a recall for some faulty wheels. This took me by surprise because I am not one to let recalls go unnoticed. But at this point it was 1.5 hours after my appointment and they didnt fix my tire.So I call Ford and ask about this recall and gave them my VIN... There is NO RECALL out on this car for anything wheel related.I am so upset with this company. I have bought two sets of tires from them, which will be the last I ever buy from this place.FYI. Dont bother making an appointment, it wont help you, your wait will be 1 to 1.5 hours. Then hopefully they dont make up some BS to not fix a simple screw in the tire.GO SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!

Went in for 2 rear tires for my wifes Focus. We were first that morning & waited no more than 20 minutes.They quickly found our vehicle in their database since this is our tire shop. We purchased same tires as before. Like I said, in & out super quick.Only complaint is the charge for new valve stems. They didnt even put news ones in, but charged us. This has happened before. Im 98% sure its a scam. Charge, but dont actually change them out. About a year ago I had them install a new pair of slicks for me. Charged me for valve stems. I had metal stems. Luckily I checked before I left. Had them refund me the money. Just keep an eye out for this.

Stopping by for a tire pressure check. Very impressed. The system for checking is improved, Id say. It makes a little more sense and seems smoother than before. Jacob and Grant helped me today and both had impressive customer service skills and were timely in the work.

Love this store! Always curtious and friendly. Got a flat on the freeway, had just purchased my car and didnt realize that I never received my wheel lock key. The employee was nice enough to let me look through all their keys and take it with me to see if it worked. So nice of them! Excellent customer service!

I went to have my air checked for one of my tires today and the gentleman that helped me was so genuinely nice and made sure all my tires were okay. I have been to this location a few times for air checks and to purchase new tires. Every single time, they are super friendly and give great customer service.

Ive been dealing with a tire that was not hold air. I took it to these guys and asked them to take a look at the tires and do a rotation for me. The wait was a little long on a Saturday but the service was great. I got 2 tires fixed and all 4 rotated as well as the TPM reset for free. Thanks guys.
