Back in 2016 I got in an accident. My front end needed repairs from the accident. A friend of mine recommended me about this place and said they were great. So I went through my insurance and had The Body Shop repair my car. When I picked up my car everything looked fine and my car worked well. 5 years later unfortunately I got into another car accident In the same area. I went through my insurance and they sent me to another body shop and upon Repairing my car they noticed from the previous work there was a missing part which is now causing issues with this repair. I contact DM auto in regards to the previous repairs.  Since the first accident was about 5 years ago I surprised that they were willing to work with me in resolving issue.  They are professional and very nice. Im happy they were willing to work with me and getting my car fixed properly.  I would recommend them in the future for anyone who needs a repair.

We want to three body shops to get our 2004 Dodge Ram restored after someone sideswiped us in a hit and run. We had lots of other small dents, some chipped paint and hail damage accumulated over the years. No one else was really interested in doing a complete paint and repair job. Other quotes were ridiculously expensive and didn’t even include everything we wanted done to try and keep costs down.Then we went to DM and it was a whole new deal! The owners met us, gave us a complete estimate and actually wanted our business! The truck looks like we just drove it off the show room floor! And the finish feels like glass! One of the owners, Shaw, was there when we picked it up. He was so excited about their work that he called to be sure we were going to get there by the sun set so we could see it in the light!Great shop! Go here! You won’t regret it!

These guys were great. They took my car in and knocked it right out of the in little time. They even went above and beyond and polished my car and cleaned the inside and outside. Trust me my car was a mess. They also lived up to their word and worked with me on getting a one of their rental car for a better deal than any of the major car rentals. They did some front end work on my SUV after an accident, they were professional, friendly and fast. I got my car when it was promised. Almost two months later I had an issue with the car and brought it back to them, where they provided me with excellent service, taking the time out of the schedule to evaluate my car and make a few adjustments.Its so hard to find a reputable shop these days. They do excellent work here! Got my 1978 Dodge Magnum completely rebuilt here after a fire destroyed the dash when I was in high school. Custom interior, paint, stereo, all new custom dash and wiring, there are not many parts for 78 Magnums for sale so this was a tough one and they did amazing work! My friends and family also bring everything to them from minor to major repair including insurance claims, even RVs!

Alex and Karen were great. They really took care of us. They were so compassionate with our accident and understanding of our situation. The work they did on the car was amazing, it looked better than it did when i picked up the car from my dealer. No trace of damage from the accident at all and they even detailed my car inside and out. Above and beyond what was expected.

I called a few places that had the wave your deductible ads, and they all had pretty lengthy fine print. Alex actually delivered as promised. At other places I needed over $10,000 in repairs to waive the deductible, he was able to save me $500 dollars instantly, even though the repairs were mostly cosmetic.My wife hit a metal rack on the freeway and smashed my headlight in and scratched up the whole driver side of the car. My wife dropped the car off to Alex who was not only able to save me half off my deductible but did an outstanding job on the repairs. It looks brand new.They also did a free interior detail on the car that was better than the $150 dollar detail I paid for at some place off litchfield road. I would like to know if they just do interior details as well, because that was by far the cleanest my car has been since I left the dealership with it.Alex also went out of his way by giving my wife and kids a ride to a rental car company, and made the whole experience stress free for them. We just dropped off the car, called the insurance company and in a few days (2 days quicker then originally planned) the Repairs were finished. All around great service and if my wife smashes up our car again, this will be the place I take it. I highly recommend progressive auto collision.

They CANNOT BE TRUSTED !!!Very SLOPPY job. Took my g35 for collision work and gave me my car back with no lug nuts on my tires so the tires almost flew off while I was driving it so almost got into a accident shortly after they “FIXED” it... forgot to plug back my hose to power steering pump reservoir and leaked onto my alternator and destroyed it... and they replaced it but begged for extra money to replace something that they ruined on my car... they also did subframe work which only lasted for a few days before it fell apart(bolts snapped from my frame) !don’t go here ...

EXCELLENT! I got into an accident and for over a month, I drove around with my car making noise and looking horrible simply because I didnt have the $500 towards my deductible. A co-worker told me about these guys and although I was very skeptical, I went to meet them anyway. Getting to the point, everything I was promised happened. 1) They were able to cut my co-pay in half 2) the work is beautiful...you cant even tell there was ever an accident ) 3) they got the job complete in the exact time they said they would. My car got hit in a parking lot. The damage was significant and required me to change the front bumper along with some fender work. I was looking for body shops in phoenix area and came across DM auto-works on google. Not only did they waive some of my deductible, they quoted the least price and time to complete when compared to other body shops. I dropped my car on a Saturday, it took 1 week for my insurance company to send a person for review but the repair work was completed in 4 days. They even detailed the car so when I went to pick it up, it was clean and looked like a new car. I am really thankful to Alex (the owner) for completing the work so quick and waiving some of my deductible. I will definitely recommend. The front desk person Karen is also very helpful.

Overall experience I gave it a five star thing I loved about it the most is that they help you with the deductible, my deductible was 500 and I only paid 250. If I had any complaints about this place it would only be that they did not answer their phone very often but if you leave a voicemail they will return your call. I took my car in for a fender and a rim with Lugnuts it took three weeks for my vehicle to be completed.

Our 2004 Acura needed body work from an accident and mechanical work done. The owner Alex and his receptionist Karen was very courteous and knowledgeable being in the business for more than 15 years. Recently i had some damage occur to my car, and was looking for a dependable auto body shop. I met with several different shops, some suggested by my insurance, and some that I searched for myself, and after meeting with Alex, felt that they would be the best shop to trust with my repairing my car. The vehicle is a 2017 VW GTI and at the time, it had less than 10k miles on it, so I was looking for someone that would be able to meet the factory finish. Within a week of dropping off the vehicle, I had my car back, and it looked amazingTL: DRI will be using this shop for any body repairs that occur to any of my vehicles.

Very nice work. However, car took longer than expected and attempted to overcharge me 100 dollars from the quoted price. Work was excellent though.

Woke up one morning and my car got hit. Wasnt too sure where Id want to go to get my car fixed. Looked around for a high rated shop so I didnt run into any problems while car was in the shop. Stumbled across this shop on google and happened to read the reviews. A lot of satisfied customers. Stopped by on Saturday and was helped by Karen who is at the front desk. Told her what had happened and she called out to Alex. Alex sees the damage on the car and said they can definitely take care of it with no problem. Called my insurance however since the claim was submitted Saturday I was unable to leave my vehicle. Karen explained that the shop might be able to waive some of my deductible. Went back to the shop the Monday after dropped of 2 vehicles as my bfs car also got hit. The owner helped us out by calling enterprise so we could get a rental. The insurance then called on Wednesday and said that the shop had informed that both cars would take approximately 2 weeks. 3 days later we received a call saying both cars were ready and they were able to waive half of both of our deductibles! This was the smoothest and easiest thing I have ever dealt with. The staff did a superb job fixing both vehicles and always had great customer service each time we went to the shop. Not only that but both cars were detailed! Now thats great service! I will always keep them in mind for the future and have already recommended them to a few friends. Thank you!

GREAT SHOP! I took my car to this shop and Alex was very profesional and helpful! I had a very bad experience with a mechanic before I took it to them. Alex worked with me and had a big mess to fix. He did fix everything in about 48 hours despite being bizy. What was most impressive is when I had a small issue a week later he stuck to his word and paid for it to be done. Rare to find that kind of integrity these days. Five stars for sure.
